I took my dog in for euthanasia, and while my dog was wretching in pain in thr floor the doctor asked me if I was sure I wanted to do it, as if that decision werent hard enough. Then, 30 minutes passed as they tried to find things, the nurse asked me twice if I wanted more time, both times I said "No, Ive been ready, whats taking so long, can we hurry it up?" FWIW, my dog was healthy for 10 years, never had a problem until he went there for a UTI and they prescribed meds that killed him in a week. They misdiagnosed my dog with a kidney infection and sent me to the vet ER for antibiotics because it was a holiday the next day. It took the ER vet about 5 MINUTES to diagnosis him correctly with spleen cancer as the tumor was "very palpable." They also told me he was bleeding internally. He died 30 minutes later. I took my other dog in for a specific problem because they had talked me into buying their plans coverage. It's been a month and they have NEVER called with lab results. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Even though I have credit on the books with them, I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY FUR BABIES THERE AGAIN. Every time I have been there, the waiting room is empty, which is very indicative of a clinic that is struggling to find "patients". Read Less

You won't find any kinder people to care for your pets than at North Creek Pet Hospital. They love our pets as much as we do. Our best buddy Rascal wasn't eating well and his stool was becoming a mess. They were able to rule out really serious issues which greatly eased our mind. They suggested a new diet which has worked wonders. Our old friend is back to his perky self again. They always make time for us and are attentive to our schedules. Their check up reminders are a thoughtful way to ensure regular care visits aren't forgotten. This is by far the best care I've found. My senior dog loves Dr.Loesch and in fact all the doctors are caring and thorough..We see more issues now with Mr.Bubbles being 13 and have used many of our plan services.I really see the paw plan is a great value and is a budget saver!!I highly reccomend them. I have never taken the time to write a review but today was one of the most difficult days of my life. After almost 16 years of having my dog I had to make the difficult decision to let her go peacefully without suffering. The staff and doctor were so comforting during one of the hardest times imaginable. There I was 8 months pregnant having to let my dog go and the comfort and service they provided was above and beyond. The best animal care team...EVER. I first experienced Dr. Rachel when my best friend lost both his Dobermans within 7 months of each other and I went with him to their final visits. The team was EXTREMELY sympathetic, kind, and understanding... making that time the easiest they could with the situation at hand. Now, almost a year later, we both have puppies: a brother and sister from the same litter and it is so nice to walk in and have everyone know BOWIE & SOUL, treating them with such kindness and compassion. Dr. Rachel explains everything (especially for me being a first time fur-mommy)! We weren't able to attend her puppy socializing classes because of scheduling conflicts but it was nice to know someone we trust and adore offer classes for loved fur babies. Thank you Dr. Rachel and the ladies at NCPH - I can't even put into words on how much Erik, Soul, Bowie and I appreciate your compassion and love for not just new puppies, but especially for the old girls we so greatly loved and miss every single day. Their prices are extremely high. Their so called quote policy is not true, because they did a test on my dog, and when I dropped the sample off I was told that I didn't owe anything. Then when I went to make a purchase the other day, they said that I had a $60 balance. I attempted to reach the office manager twice for 2 different pricing issues, and she never returned my calls as promised. They never could tell me what is wrong with my dog, but they are quick to charge $300-$400 each time I take her in. I spoke with the vet today, and let her know why we will not be returning. It was pretty clear that they do not care about my pet. They just want $$. I will not be returning to this place! Read Less

This place will leave you broke. They know you love your pets so they will charge you an arm and leg for every thing. My dog had several cysts on his back. I asked if I can have them removed. They were going to charge me over 1000.00. They said they found 10 cysts and were going to charge me 100.00 per cysts. I refused the service and took my dog to Murphy's Corner pet care. All three of my animals have had superb care here. The staff are incredibly professional but also completely personable and friendly. Unfortunately, almost two years ago now, I had to put one of my cats down due to FIP. This was the first time I had had to put an animal down myself after moving out on my own, and to say I was heartbroken would be an understatement. From the time I arrived for the appointment to the time I left, the staff was caring and made me feel as if they were losing one of their best friends, too. I will never forget that. The way a customer is treated during their low times with their pets is just as important as how they are treated during the happy/normal times, if not more so. Great clinic very caring. They completely explain what's going on and you always feel like a part of the process. Beyond that there follow up in unparalleled, and Katie one of the techs is just amazing. I noticed people complain about the price... In my opinion you get what you pay for. Yes it might be a little pricer than the discount vet clinic but it is in mill creek and not highway 99 in everett. They actually saved us money when another local vet clinic was trying to make me pay for test that weren't needed. I completely offer my recommendation to this clinic. Read Less

Excellent staff. My husband's family has taken their dogs there for years and loves the staff there. We took our first dog there as well when we first got her. After our dog died, we informed North Creek Pet Hospital that we would not be in for an upcoming appointment. About a week later, we got a letter in the mail thanking us for a donation made in our dog's name to a teach vet. hospital. We found out that the vet's office had made the donation in our name after learning of our dog's death. We now take our current dog there and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have been available to give advice over the phone, shown a lot of love to her when she has gone in for exams and have even gotten her in for an emergency inbetween appointments. I recently contacted this veteranary clinic after being dissatisfiedwith my current vet who was way overpriced for an obsolete office andtoo long wait times. The staff is so nice and friendly. They are superb about informing youof every form, procedure and cost, each step of the way.The facility is clean and the lobby is spacious for a little kitten or the biggest (or smallest of dogs) to feel comfortable in. They appear to have up to date equipment and resources. They even had a little rug for my puppy to sit on in lieu of the cold, steel exam table.Their prices are reasonable (trust me, shop around) and schedulingappointments has been so easy and convenient.I would highly recommend this vet clinic.
