I'm going to start off with my cats have never scratched, bitten, or hurt anyone. I know how my cats act around different people, situations, and environment. They come to me for comfort. They sleep with me under my blankets. They're my children! But, I've never felt so belittled and treated so terribly for taking my cat in for a checkup, that I scheduled a couple days in advance for a concern of one of my cats ears. They told me that they're liable for any injury. My response was, "that's my cat, I'm not going to sue or get mad at you if my own animal hurts me, I want to help you guys. I want her to like you. She won't hurt me, she just wants comfort." No response. Exam goes on. She starts getting a little more upset and tries to get out of the towel, so they squeeze the towel harder, especially around her head so she doesn't bite them, choking my cat. And this all happens so quick. I'm almost in tears, listening to my cat meow so loud, as she's looking at me for help. I don't think I've ever been so upset. They finished, walk out of the room with her, paid, and never went back again. Read Less
