RECOMMEND. my adopted son has bad anxiety and hasn’t been to a vet since he was neutered (at the shelter). he reacts really bad to other dogs but that wasnt a problem for them at all. They made sure that when i got there all dogs were already in a room getting taken care of. and went super slow on Freddie (my dog). they didnt go over the line of his comfort and gave him yummy treats when he started to feel uncomfortable. anyways, you can tell this place loves and really does care about the pets that are brought in. Amazing staff. I had to put down my baby of 13 years and they all helped me through it very well. They sent a condolence card signed by the entire staff as well as taking a paw print in clay from Tippie. The Clinic staff is great, from the phone call to make an appointment to being welcomed as you enter the clinic with your pet. Everyone is easy to talk to and makes you feel like you and your pet are their total focus. Questions are welcomed and treatment is explained in terms that are easily understandable along with costs. We were referred to a pet hospital for further diagnostic work and all information was transferred to the hospital staff before we arrived. A follow up visit was also excellent in terms of possible next steps if the symptoms persist, to how to administer oral meds to a 6 yr. old male cat! Many of my neighbors take their pets to this clinic and recommended I use their services for my cat. I am so glad I took their advice.Read Less

Everyone here is amazing! Dr Andrea Johnson is super friendly and helpful. She has been our dogs vet for the last 2+ years (since he was a puppy) and he is super healthy and always happy to see the friendly staff here. We get all our vaccinations, flee meds and ear cleaning treatments here. Great prices too. Yesterday, my poor pup's face swelled up (probably from a bee sting or bug bite) and they were able to get him in right away and calm my nerves. They checked him out and gave him a shot to help with the allergic reaction along with meds and instructions for the next 48 hrs. The next day they called to follow up to see how he was doing! How nice is that?!?! We could not ask for a better vet for our pup! We highly recommend them to everyone with a fur baby! :0) Read Less

I brought my dog here after moving to the area recently and we had a fantastic experience! My dog tends to be skittish and gets really nervous in new situations, but the entire staff made her (and me!) feel so comfortable and treated her so well. Dr. Scriven was patient and answered all my questions and took care to offer preventative health measures, but not push unnecessary things on us. Everyone was so friendly! Dr Kate was very helpful and was great with our rambunctious little one. They are affordable and thorough. We used to take our pets to Banfield and had great service and care from Dr. Scriven. She left and service and care went downhill.I was doing some searching for a new veterinary clinic and low and behold I found Dr. Scriven at Puget Park Veterinary! I made an appointnent for the next day. Our dog actually wagged his tail when he saw Dr. Scriven!!! Different place of practice but even better level of care. Even gave options and pricing on services that she recommended.Very professional office staff and Camille called the next day to see how Pocono was doing. I have a ten year old cat whose mission in life is to mistrust first and then attack. I found these guys after a really traumatic experience with another vet watching how she was handled. Dr. Trish said that they get many cats that have been fired by other vets; pretty comical, but I can see why. They were very low key and gentle with her; minimizing the stress for her was a main consideration in both the exam and the recommended treatment options. I've been going there for two years now; and I trust them. I know that they consider both the cat's welfare as well as the costs. Very practical considerations as far as I'm concerned. We just moved to the area a few months ago and wanted to establish care for him as he has a seizure disorder. My Bichon, Lucky had a great experience at the Puget Park Vet Clinic. He was very comfortable. He has been a reluctant customer at other clinics. Dr Johnson and her assistant were very helpful. We did blood test to check his liver as he is on anti-seizure meds. Dr Johnson showed me the lab price list so we could decide what was reasonable for him The doctor also told me about pill pockets from Greenies. He hated taking the capsule so twice a day I had to push the capsule down his throat. NOW he can't wait for pill time. I have tried every way to get him to take his meds--peanut butter, cheese, hidden in his food,etc . Nothing worked until pill pockets. No other vet even mentioned it. I thank Dr Johnson for this idea. Dr Johnson is young to me. I'm getting up there. But she is knowledgeable about current treatments for seizure disorders. She was friendly. She made sure all my questions were answered before we left. I would give them 5 stars but they are remodeling and its not "pretty" but it will get done then I will change the rating up to 5. My beloved son (4 year old red nose pitbull) was having horrible diarrhea, I thought it would go away but it kept getting worse so I called about 13 different Vets (all of them couldn't get me in the same day and wanted ridiculous amounts just for him to be seen) until I called here. They were able to get him in 20 mins after I called! The Vet and the assistants were extremely sweet and courteous and they were all giving my dog lots of love and attention which made him less nervous. Once the vet initially checked him out, she said he was very healthy otherwise and prescribed him some antibiotics, probiotics && some bland dog food (I bought a big case for a discounted price). Within a couple of days his diarrhea was completely gone and he's healthier then ever. I also paid under 150$ for the whole visit (including paying for his food and medications) and that also paid for a free check up. Super amazing Vet that doesn't try to scam you and charge you an arm and a leg, and they genuinely care about your fur babies. Read Less

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS! Gave me the bait and switch!! My Muffin was having some stomach issues so I had googled vets in my area that would take payments so I could get her in to be seen sooner then later. This office came up as one that would accept a payment plan so I picked up my phone and made my appointment with them after asking if they took payments and being told "yes, we charge a $50 initial fee then work payments out from that point" and when I got to my appointment 3 days later was told they do not do payments but had at one point years ago! What a huge invonvience! I could have in the time waisted had my muffin in to be seen elsewhere having her problem resolved but now I am 3 days late in finding her a health resolve hopefully not causing her more health issues in the long run. Thank you Dr Trish for an amazing visit. I'm blown away at the level of warm caring knowledge that was shown during our visit. We went in for a feline health certificate and vaccinations to cross the Canadian boarder. Dr Trish reiterated all of the research I had done and gave me some much needed advise on travel. She gave me great info that supported my gut instincts about my geriatric cat. They genuinely care for your pets as their own and have gone the extra mile for me. Everything from making a last-minute appointment on a busy day and even sending our family a card when one of our beagles passed away.Whenever I take my pups here, Dr. Trish thoroughly explains everything and I never feel rushed. My dog was in a dog fight and the other dog bit my dog's left eye. The damage was mostly to the bottom lid area and I rushed my dog to the Puget Park Vet Clinic where the doctors immediately treated us with urgency and sound medical care. Due to the fact that my dog's eye area became very infected, we returned to the clinic almost daily for the first few days, and I was given specific home care instructions. Thanks to the care at Puget Park, my dog's eye is completely healed and you can hardly tell a chunk was once missing from my dog's lower eye lid. Kudos to the entire staff and a special thanks to Dr. Trish Graisy! She knows how to "get in there" and at the same time provide reassurance/comfort to an animal that is frightened and in pain. Dr. Trish and her staff are so caring and awesome! I have taken my pets to her for years and do not trust any one else for their care. She lets you know exactly what's going on with your pet and is honest in her opinion of their condition. She will also tell you exactly what they need and what you don't need to waste your money on. Just moved up from New Mexico. My little dog has had major anxiety issues with separation and being in a new place... It's just her and I here, 1,500 miles from home. I took my baby in for her shots to possibly be boarded. Dr. Graisy and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I've never encountered a vet who takes their time to not only explain things to you, but actually listen and give you options. They referred me to an awesome dog care center. Just wonderful. Dr. Trish is an amazing vet, who goes out of her way to make herself available to her clients! In the event of an emergency situation, she will call me back anytime day or night, weekday or weekend. Having just moved here from Canada, trying to find a vet who could compare to the attention received previously was difficult. My elderly dog is terrified of going into the vet, and in Vancouver, the vet would come out to the car for check ups etc, and we avoided going inside unless absolutely necessary.After unsuccessfully asking the same of Mukilteo Veterinary, and a second one on Mukilteo Speedway (name forgotten, and insignificant , we happened upon Dr. Patricia Graisy of Puget Park Vet. What a find! Not only did she come out to the parking lot to meet Shiloh, but her sincere concern and care was apparent. Dr. Trish made Shiloh and myself feel very comfortable, and all the "vet" stress was gone. She even has carpeted the floor inside the waiting room to avoid the dreaded "slippery floor syndrome" that all big dogs hate! Maybe one day, Shiloh will go inside! Thanks Dr. Trish....! Read Less
