I thought my dog was going to need surgery but it turns out another 2 weeks of restrictive activity and she should be fine. The doctor is extremely friendly and doesn't believe in unnecessary surgery they only believe in what's best for your pet. I travel 20+ miles each way to give my dog the best care

We've been going here for-ever. Vet techs are always kind and loving. Dr. Nordstrem is awesome. He's attentive to you and your pet and explains everything so you can understand how to better care for your pets. I also like to point out that he's not a "gimme" vet. He's not going to try to talk you into treatments or testing that you don't need or is not in your pets best interest.

They are nice & knowledgeable. They can handle a variety of health issues. I've only experienced one downside. They charged me for something they shouldn't have but I caught it in the parking lot. I brought it back in to show them and they refunded my money however they put it on my account instead of giving me my money back. It was a month or so before I was able to use my money.

I have been taking my dogs here for almost years. It has been the same get the whole time. He is very good with animals, even my frightened dog.
I've been there with new puppies and even to put a few to sleep. I have seen him excited with a new puppy and hurting along with me over putting one to sleep. He has given a good diagnosis every time I have taken my animal in. The service is prompt and on time.

I have a 10 year old Mastiff who was really slowing down and starting to experience arthritis.
Not only were they extremely gentle with my baby, they were able to put here on a one year trial where she wears a fit bit type collar that tracks her movement - accompanied by free medication for a year!
My aging dog is much more comfortable and has much more energy! We go for longer walks, and her overall health and happiness is much improved!
The Dr, Assistants and office staff are all caring and professional! They have late hours a few times per week to accommodate our busy schedules! Highly recommend them!

Just took my dog here for their offer for a free check up. Was still expecting to walk out paying something and imagine, it was actually free! They didn't have any hidden fees and didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. Great experience. My dog was really nervous and started getting aggressive and they handled him super well. He's a bully breed and I've had experiences with vets and techs in the past that seemed unsure handling a frightened dog of this kind. The tech and the vet were both super professional and experienced. We will definitely be back here for our veterinary needs. Will recommend to friends. Thank you for the great service!

Poor service. My dog was having an allergic reaction and they put her on meds which ended up not resolving the problem. I called to see if I should change her diet or get a higher dosage. When I had my appointment the doctor explained that they like to handle stuff over the phone so that the animal can get fast care. So, when the receptionist returned my phone call she advised me that the doctor needed to see my dog again. Unfortunately they were unable to work with me to get her an appointment and refused to see my dog if we were more than 5 minutes late. On top of that she could not confirm if they received all of my dog's medical records that they were supposed to have ordered. Then, she thought I had adopted my dog and it turned out she was getting my dog confused with another dog and then stated that she did not have my dog's file in front of her. Seriously, why would you call someone back to discuss their dog's health without having pulled the records? Lack of care.

Dr. Norstrem always has time to talk and discuss your pet, plus I love that he gets down on the floor with my dog and loves her up!The staff is always exceptional, always answering any questions and helping in any way. Our dog recently had a torn crucia in her leg, and had to have surgery. She stayed at the hospital with them for 3 days, and now our Cleo loves everyone there. Thanks to the Doctor and staff, Cleo is on the mend, and healing wonderfully. By the way, because we love Crestwood so much, we actually drive 1 and a half hours to take our dog to the Vet!! I think that says alot!

I thought my dog was going to need surgery but it turns out another 2 weeks of restrictive activity and she should be fine. The doctor is extremely friendly and doesn't believe in unnecessary surgery they only believe in what's best for your pet. I travel 20+ miles each way to give my dog the best care

I brought it back in to show them and they refunded my money however they put it on my account instead of giving me my money back. It was a month or so before I was able to use my money.

I've been there with new puppies and even to put a few to sleep. I have seen him excited with a new puppy and hurting along with me over putting one to sleep. He has given a good diagnosis every time I have taken my animal in. The service is prompt and on time.

Not only were they extremely gentle with my baby, they were able to put here on a one year trial where she wears a fit bit type collar that tracks her movement - accompanied by free medication for a year!
My aging dog is much more comfortable and has much more energy! We go for longer walks, and her overall health and happiness is much improved!
