Dr. Mann was great, he helped my dog's broken tail heal. We took her to an emergency vet in Des Moines, and he (the vet there, not Dr. Mann) recommended to dock it! Dr. Mann sedated her and did "bone manipulation" by moving it back into place. It has since healed wonderfully. I was very worried it wouldn't but it did. Thank God.
