I was introduced to Dr Sodhi by a dear friend over a year ago when Western Medicine was only going so far for my beautiful shar-pei, Stoli, who had been diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. She was originally given 3-6 months to live, and we extended her life longer. Though we took our baby girl to him at the end, I know that we could not have asked for a better doctor to not only validate the hard work it took to keep her healthy in her terminal state, but to also help us keep her comfortable in her final weeks. He personally called me to inform me of her new blood test results after her first visit with him, and to discuss options, and what the results meant for her quality of life. Although she was in a very dire state (close to the end), he expressed sympathy and how well as dog parents we have done to give her every chance at living out a healthy life. Dr Sodhi gave us a few supplements that we could try to help her eat a little more and assist in her energy levels. They did help her! My baby girl had never taken to a vet so quickly; she walked right up to him, jumped on him and immediately began loving on him like they were best friends. In her last moments, before we let her pass since her quality of life was no longer there, she licked him goodbye, and we all, Dr. Sodhi included, sat with her. I have never met a doctor with more compassion for animals and their owners who love them. I also brought my 11 year old lab Bailey to see him after our first experience with Stoli. Bailey has despised veterinary offices since he was a pup and has super high anxiety, so when he sees Dr Sodhi, he sits with ease. Bailey has already had one major surgery and recovered beautifully. Also, we went over supplementation (super simple stuff to add to his diet), and proved through validated blood testing that my home cooking has been working and he is super healthy at his mature age. He also took the time to figure out some cost- effective alternatives to meal prep for him since Bailey has allergies. I would never have even thought of those options on my own without his help. Above and beyond. I love that I have a vet that I trust and will always treat my animals with love and compassion. I know that my furry kids will be patients of Dr Sodhi's for life. If you care about your animals AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The Vampire who owns it doesn't give one whit about your animals, he uses them to hold you hostage for money. Aparently a blood test is the biggest money maker. I will be putting up a website detailing what happened to my beautiful black 16 yo boy at the hands of this uncaring, cruel and sadistic Vet. He also tortured my 17 yo cat who I brought in to find out why his back hurt. That complaint was blown off and he instead did a blood test which required 3 people to hold my cat down while he screamed in pain and tried to bite and scratch them. Every other Vet I've ever worked with would have stopped and used another approach or continued at another time. Not this Vampire! The best part is that the blood test revealed nothing of importance, and was identical to the last blood test from the previous visit. The cat never had his pain addressed and he was hurting for several weeks afterwards. I should have left then, but I liked the other Vet, so I just saw her exclusively until she left, so then I was stuck with him. Since when does a cat dying of Cancer need a blood test to get pain management? Since when does a cat starving to death need a blood test to get the pain management he needs in order to be able to eat? This Vampire refused pain management unless I brought my cat in for a blood test! Since this happened I've talked to numerous Vets and Vet techs and NONE of them can understand why pain management wasn't given in the beginning. Here's the best part, this cat had a pre-existing condition requiring pain management, he was on Adequan when this happened which won't work with Cancer, and he should have been switched to conventional pain management when he first came in. He never got it, nor did I ever get a diagnosis. Several other Vets I've consulted with were able to determine it was probably a Nasal Tumor just by the description of his initial presentation. Nasal Tumors require pain management so the cat can eat. Instead he was given appetite stimulants which made him try to lick up gravy, but he was unable to eat. The Vet was told numerous times that he couldn't eat, not that he wouldn't eat. How would you like to have your appetite stimulated when you can't swallow anything due to pain? My baby suffered horribly under this Vampires lack of care or concern for his well-being. Dr. Sodhi is the best. He found the heart problem that every other vet missed in my precious 10 year old chihuahua (who is my baby!) that allowed me to get him on life prolonging medicine. I was searching for a veterinarian who could provide traditional and holistic services for my pet.  As soon as I entered the office I felt negative vibes.  There appeared to be no other patients; I was the only person in the waiting area; the space was void of the sounds of barking dogs.  It was too quiet. I have a now, 1 year, 8 months old, male, French Bulldog. Even though I live in North Seattle. I have been bringing my Frenchie to the Animal Hospital in Lynnwood. Ever since he needed his 1st Puppy Check-up + vaccines. When he was able to come home with me, at 9 1/2 weeks old. Dr. Sodi is my Frenchie's primary veterinarian and I have always been very happy with all of his advice, an care! Dr. Sodi is also totally on board with the Raw Diet, "SMALLBATCH" (available at All The Best Pets) that I researched, and decided to feed to my Frenchie, since he was a baby. For years I read up on, and studied everything from health issues, possible behavior issues, and anything else I could find on French Bulldogs (plus saved up for one!). Most articles I found said that if you feed your Frenchie a specially prepared Raw meat diet throughout his life span you can avoid so many health issues that this breed can be plagued with! So having a veterinarian who was well educated in proper nutrition! Was paramount to me! Dr. Sodi was also spot on, in the diagnosis of the "Seasonal Allergies" that my Frenchie started to develop at 5 months old. Apparently lots of dogs in WA, can suffer from them (molds, pollens, etc.) His first recommendation was a Homeopathic solution which worked well, for awhile. But just like with people, allergies to molds, pollens, etc. can get worse as you get older. So now I give my Frenchie a RX Pill which has made the Flem, and Snorty Attacks, as I call them, almost nonexistent. When Dr. Sodi hasn't been available, we have seen Dr. Coon. Who is a Naturopathic Veterinarian. She is so thorough with her examinations too! I highly recommended them both! For myself, I see a M.D. who is also a Naturopath. I also take a lot of Ayurvedic supplements for myself. So when it came time to find a Veterinarian to care for my puppy. It made sense to give my dog the same, best of both worlds, medical care. This is why I drive there, from Seattle! I also have a 6 year old, male, Bengal Cat, who's "Cats Only, Veterinarian" retired. So I will definitely bring him to the Animal Hospital Of Lynnwood when, or if, he ever needs to see a Veterinarian. I've been feeding my cat a Raw Diet his whole life (RAD CAT, I buy it frozen). Plus I brush his teeth once a day too. He is also an indoor cat. So thankfully, he is the picture of health, yeah! Cuze those Frenchies can be costly! Even though, he is otherwise, extremely healthy & handsome. Tip: I brush his teeth once a day with Kissable's Dog Toothbrush & Toothpaste (ALL THE BEST PETS). Clean his facial wrinkles after every meal with warm water wet paper towels, or a soft wet wash cloth. Dr. Coon said that TUCKS MEDICATED PADS are great on those facial wrinkles should a rash appear. Dont use care credit here. If you have used care credit in the past at this office, be aware they are illigially charging their patients a 5% fee of their entire bill and profiting. Care credit refunded me this 5% fee today and even sent me an appology letter. They assured me it is a violation of their contract to charge patients a fee to use this service, and that they had no idea the office was doing this. I wont even begin to describe the rest of the experiance I had at this office. I am happy to see from other reviews that animals seem to be receiving good care here, because although they were prompt in seeing me ,I was not treated well at all, and did not feel the Dr or his receptionist valued my business or my dog. Our two year old dog was dx'd with lymphoma. Went in for a "cancer consult". I was hopeful but not expecting any miracles. The doctor said she would be happy to research for us at a cost of 150/hour. That it would be like studying for a Phd.What??? We go to the Dr because they are already schooled and degreed! Anyway, she suggested a diet and a few herbs to start with. I love Dr Sodhi! He takes such good care of me and remembers I need treats when there are needles about. I get acupuncture and lazer treatments that help me stay active-well as active as I want to be. I am there so much he said I could just go home with him! I think I would like that a lot. Dr Spdhi has helped my back, both rear legs and got rid of those nasty bladder stones. In November my back was so very painful and he knew just what to do to help me recover. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sodhi!!! My Peke was diagnosed with a malignant melanoma by my long time vet in Edmonds. I was not about to put him through surgery and radiation as he was 11 years old and it was not fair to him. My vet gave him about 4 months to live. I had taken my other dog to Dr. Sodhi for acupuncture because of a back issue so thought I'd give it a try for Bob. I took my Dachshund to a traditional veterinary hospital and they said that I needed to pay $3,500 for an MRI. I declined and they instead sent me home with Codeine and Gabapentin. My dog continued to cry all through the night and all day the next day. He was so miserable that I thought I might have to have him put down. I did a search for alternative treatments and found Dr. Sodhi on the internet. After only two treatments, my dog was up running around, tail wagging, and almost as good as new. I was very disappointed with this clinic. Very poor communication. First time I was there they had me leave my kitty there and told me they would call me when he was ready after the tests. Five hours later I had to call to see if he was ready and they said he was ready hours ago. I was furious as no one called me as they said they would. They said someone was supposed to, but forgot! Strike ONE. Then they didn't communicate with me what tests were to be done and they ended up charging me for tests that had already been done by my regular vet (who faxed them all the results). The staff is very incompetent and very poor communication and customer service. Strike TWO. The Dr. was always trying to get me to do more tests for things that had nothing to do with his current illness. He just saw me as a dollar sign and never treated me with kindness. At my last appointment (I went in almost twice a week for acupuncture appointments, per their recommendation) I had to wait over an hour. I went to the lobby to see what was going on and the front desk gal didn't know what was going on either. Evidentially the DR. was attending an emergency, but no one came to tell me or ask if I'd like to reschedule. They just let me sit there with my poor kitty not wanting to be there in the first place going stir crazy. I asked to reschedule and the girl said "Let me ask the DR", but she did nothing. Just stood their wringing her hands. I could have walked out, but wanted my kitty to get his treatment. The Dr. then treated someone in the next room that came in after me. When he finally did see us, he didn't even apologize. Strike Three! I'm done. I've also had friends and family have poor experiences here as well. We called last Monday afternoon because our dog had suffered a back injury on Sunday night and the emergency vet told us we were likely facing very expensive back surgery. We were at the point where we were contemplating whether we would have to put our beloved miniature poodle down. She had completely lost functioning in her hind legs. When I talked to Dr. Sodhi's office, they were incredibly comforting and were willing to see us and start treatments on the same day without an MRI which costs $2,000, which they recommended by didn't require. Empathizing and treating to the up most (Highest Level) in care and medication that could be done at the time. Whether Naturopathic or Western approaches were chosen theowners are fully informed. They are straight forth when needed in making your choices easier. As with all life cycles sometimes our choices are difficult and final. In such cases they have advised and counseled professionally when emotions are high. We have begun taking our Frenchie here, and are very happy thus far. We originally took him to another vet when we first got him, and they were not very good. They did not have any special knowledge of the breed, or care to try holistic care. They wanted to pump him full of shots as they do every dog and send him on his way. Our dog came with some skin/itch issues, and Dr. Sodhi gave us some traditional and holistic meds to help him. Also, had diet suggestions. Within weeks his itch was cleared up and he was feeling better. We recently went in for rabies shot, and it was completely painless and quick. I have faith (after having some convos) Dr. Sodhi is very invested in doing the right thing for OUR dog, and not batch prescribing a med for MOST dogs. Read Less

Maybe everyone was having an "off" day. The doctor arrived late, seemed preoccupied, and rushed. We came primarily because this is a naturopathic practice. What we got was a confusing set of instructions about our dog's condition...most of which we had already tried.Found the Dr. condescending and hard to follow. My dog, Lyla, had a serious emergency late in the afternoon on a Thursday. I called our usual vet, but the vet refused to see us since he was closing in fifteen minutes, and even though her eye was bleeding. I thought she was going to be blind. After calling around for half an hour trying to find a vet that was open, I contacted this clinic. They were courteous, and very concerned for Lyla. They told me to come in right away. Today, Lyla sees perfectly, and we have changed our primary veterinarian. If you want to go to a place with personable service, that really cares for their patients, then I highly recommend this place. Read Less
