I cannot say enough about this place, it doesn't smell, we have never been taken advantage of. Dr. Betts have been fantastic with all of our dogs, he tells us when a treatment isn't necessary, and doesn't overcharge. I wish they offered some holistic treatments, but I could not be more pleased. The staff has always been great to work with. We have sent other people to him and they loved him also. Keep up the great work!

I love the clinic!! Everybody is very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a simple & conservative approach for your pets, it's the best place to be. Since my dog has many health issues, they try to see her as soon as they could during their busy schedule and/or answer the questions in person or on the phone.

Dr. Betts is great. We went through several big corporate vets before finding him. I wish we had of found him sooner, it would have saved us thousands in vet bills.

Dr. Betts is great. We went through several big corporate vets before finding him. I wish we had of found him sooner, it would have saved us thousands in vet bills.
Our dog was having stomach trouble and the first few visits to Helping Hands (not Mill Creek Veterinary hospital) had us spending tons of money on tests for diseases our dog "could have". They definitely took advantage of how much we cared for our dog by scaring us. Never once did they tell us that stomach problems are very common with dogs and a simple changing of food could fix the problem. Live and learn I guess.
Anyway. Dr. Betts has a more balanced approach and only treats what he sees. We have never felt like he goes overboard with his treatments. Other bigger places may be a bit cheaper for any one treatment, but they over subscribe their treatments so much you end up paying way more.
In short, Dr. Betts is the best we have found and we have been to 5 different vets in the Lynnwood/Mill Creek area. We take both our kitties and our mutt to him for all of their shots and for any problems that come up.

We called to get price quotes. They were a little high. We said never mind we'll go to Benefield because the first visit there is free. They said that in that case they would waive the first visit off...
We called to get price quotes. They were a little high. We said never mind we'll go to Benefield because the first visit there is free. They said that in that case they would waive the first visit office fee. We got there, got the service, went to pay out and the price was the full price. We said, wait a minute, we were told the first visit was free. They said, Yes I see that in your account record, but unfortunately its against our policy and we dont do that... By my counts this is illegal to quote one price and charge you another once service is done. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else unless the phone quoted price means nothing to you, just like it meant nothing to them.
Update: since posting this review of less than satisfactory service they now refuse to do any VET work for me. NICE! I'm glad though, I'm not interested in being ripped off by these individuals any futher. Run away! Run away fast!

I cannot say enough about this place, it doesn't smell, we have never been taken advantage of. Dr. Betts have been fantastic with all of our dogs, he tells us when a treatment isn't necessary, and doesn't overcharge.
