What a peaceful goodbye for my little old Beagle Sophie. The Technician was absolutely the most gracious kind person, to make us feel so at peace. She placed a velvet green blanket on the floor for my little dog to feel so comfortable, as she enjoyed her last icecream. It was a good day. And they even walked me to the door, and gave me a hug. As the snow was falling..... in Spring! In my mind, it was Sophie sending a happy goodbye, as she crossed Rainbow Bridge, in the snow. Thank you all very much.

We moved to Lake Stevens and still go here as they know our dog and his temperment and how he loves going to the vet for some odd reason.

I just moved to the Mill Creek area from Seattle and was nervous about finding a new vet for my dog Enzo, who is very, very fearful of going to the vet. Petcare Hospital is within walking distance from our new home and had been recommended to me by a neighbor so I decided to check it out, as Enzo needed a Lepto booster shot anyway. The first thing I noticed when arriving is that the facility is clean and well maintained outside, and inside it's not like a regular vet clinic. It used to be a house that was then expanded on, so it seems home-y and welcoming but also professional. It doesn't smell like dog and antiseptic when you walk in either, which is always a plus. They also have a large selection of prescription foods available which is good to know. All the tech were great and Dr. Godwin took the time to make Enzo feel comfortable with lots of treats. It was the first time I was actually able to stay in the room for an exam. Usually my dog likes to hide behind me and run away from the vet so I have to leave the room. He stayed moderately calm while Dr. Godwin looked him over and did his exam. He didn't even flinch when she gave him his shot. He still needed to wear a muzzle but he didn't really even wiggle or resist which is a new thing. Overall, I am really happy to have found a great hospital and vet with Petcare and Dr. Godwin!

I recommend Petcare to anyone looking for great care, excellent communication, and compassionate service.I have a long history with Dr. Frasier and the other great vets working at Petcare, I think that I have been visiting them for close to 10 years and I have never had a poor experience with any of their staff.The facility is inviting and clean and they do a great job of providing as much comfort and privacy as possible for some of the more nervous visitors. For the outgoing pets there is always someone excited to show attention and provide treats if you choose to accept.It is easy to schedule the regular check ups and Dr. Frasier has gone out of his way when necessary to see a sick pet on short notice. My pup got kennel cough and they were booked up when I called but he told me to come on down anyways and he did his check from the back of my car, squeezing us into his busy day.The one occasion that we have had to put down our pet was very tough, but the entire staff on duty that day were great. Their compassion and care was really shining brightly and we will always appreciate that.Great place, great care, and great people!

Every time they've gotten shots they charge for a doctors visit. They don't need a doctors visit for shots and it shouldn't be charged for. They're just shots.

I started coming to Petcare because of a friend's recommendation. Our dog is very wary of strangers and would growl and try to bite other vets. The doctors here took their time to get to know her and while she is still nervous she isn't as aggressive.
Even when she had an infection and had to go 6 times in a month they took care of her in the ba k with no problems.

Hands down the best place to take your fur baby. So many caring and loving people that work here. Special thanks to Dr. Fraser, whom is always there to help. My 6 month old labradoodle Gus got into a bag of chocolate last night and with no hesitation was able to treat him and make him feel 100% better in less than an hour. Very thankful to have such an amazing group of people that care about Gus as much as I do. Barbara, thank you for taking me last minute. Without you guys, Gus and I wouldn't know what to do.

We came to Petcare Hospital and Wellness after my co-worker recommends them. We had previously went to another vet nearby and were horribly disapointed! The other vet did not examine our dog like she should have, but they had no problem charging us and not following up. When we came to Petcare our vet, Dr. B was perfect, she listened to me, she examined Brody very well and found the problem (oral extraction of nylon bone piece)! I knew We were in the right place. We are so thankful for her, the awesome technician and staff!

We take our puppy Juno to Petcare for vet services and now we just finished our first boarding experience. The vets and their staff have been very professional and thorough. They have always answered all of our questions and given clear guidance. We were pretty new puppy owners so we needed a little more hand holding than most and the team there has never missed a beat. Now onto the boarding, or condos as they call them. We were very nervous to leave our beloved and very sweet Juno. They made us feel so comfortable leaving him knowing that they have very clean facilities and offer the dogs 4-5 play times per day. Juno ended up having a great time and he even got several pics taken of him during playtime. Having those pics while we were on our trip helped us tremendously. We won't hesitate to leave him at Petcare in the future. Juno was exhausted when he came home. I could tell he missed his friends from Petcare. So I know he'll be excited next time as well!

We have only been to this vet once. When we got a new dog, we took him here to hopefully establish care. The first experience was fine, I was impressed by how clean it was, and all was well until we checked out. We had to get a few prescriptions for him and when they rang up the exam and the meds I was shocked at the cost. Too little too late at that point, so we swalled our pride and went ahead and paid it. Going forward though, we decided that in the future if our dog needed meds we would just have them write the prescription and fill it elsewhere. We were planning on switching our cat to this vet too so that both of our animals are in the same place for care.
A few months later, now, my dog needs some more allergy medicine and some more of the flea prevention we had him on. We found the medicine at a fraction of the cost available online but they need to verify with your vet. We have no problem taking our animals in for exams, or shots, but for things like flea prevention we would like to find this at an affordable cost since they are charging almost 3 times what you can get it for online.
I called our vet that we still had our cat at in the area. They are more than happy to let us fill prescriptions through on online retailer. We are going back to them - with both animals.

This is in regards to the grooming service. Today was the second time we brought in our dog for grooming. Our first experience was outstanding. Today, however, we took him in for a bath and a trim to clean him up. Imagine our horror when we went to pick him up and, with the exception of his head, he was completely shaved. Our Golden Doodle now looks like a character out of a Tim Burton movie! The excuse for the shave? There was a knot of fur on his chest. They didn't call. They didn't email. They just shaved him.

She placed a velvet green blanket on the floor for my little dog to feel so comfortable, as she enjoyed her last icecream. It was a good day. And they even walked me to the door, and gave me a hug. I just moved to the Mill Creek area from Seattle and was nervous about finding a new vet for my dog Enzo, who is very, very fearful of going to the vet. Petcare Hospital is within walking distance from our new home and had been recommended to me by a neighbor so I decided to check it out, as Enzo needed a Lepto booster shot anyway. The first thing I noticed when arriving is that the facility is clean and well maintained outside, and inside it's not like a regular vet clinic. It used to be a house that was then expanded on, so it seems home-y and welcoming but also professional. It doesn't smell like dog and antiseptic when you walk in either, which is always a plus. They also have a large selection of prescription foods available which is good to know. All the tech were great and Dr. Godwin took the time to make Enzo feel comfortable with lots of treats. It was the first time I was actually able to stay in the room for an exam. Usually my dog likes to hide behind me and run away from the vet so I have to leave the room. He stayed moderately calm while Dr. Godwin looked him over and did his exam. He didn't even flinch when she gave him his shot. He still needed to wear a muzzle but he didn't really even wiggle or resist which is a new thing. Overall, I am really happy to have found a great hospital and vet with Petcare and Dr. Godwin!

I recommend Petcare to anyone looking for great care, excellent communication, and compassionate service.I have a long history with Dr. Frasier and the other great vets working at Petcare, I think that I have been visiting them for close to 10 years and I have never had a poor experience with any of their staff.The facility is inviting and clean and they do a great job of providing as much comfort and privacy as possible for some of the more nervous visitors. For the outgoing pets there is always someone excited to show attention and provide treats if you choose to accept.It is easy to schedule the regular check ups and Dr. Frasier has gone out of his way when necessary to see a sick pet on short notice. My pup got kennel cough and they were booked up when I called but he told me to come on down anyways and he did his check from the back of my car, squeezing us into his busy day.The one occasion that we have had to put down our pet was very tough, but the entire staff on duty that day were great. Their compassion and care was really shining brightly and we will always appreciate that.Great place, great care, and great people!

I started coming to Petcare because of a friend's recommendation. Our dog is very wary of strangers and would growl and try to bite other vets. The doctors here took their time to get to know her and while she is still nervous she isn't as aggressive.
Even when she had an infection and had to go 6 times in a month they took care of her in the ba k with no problems.

Hands down the best place to take your fur baby. So many caring and loving people that work here. Special thanks to Dr. Fraser, whom is always there to help. My 6 month old labradoodle Gus got into a bag of chocolate last night and with no hesitation was able to treat him and make him feel 100% better in less than an hour. Very thankful to have such an amazing group of people that care about Gus as much as I do. Barbara, thank you for taking me last minute. Without you guys, Gus and I wouldn't know what to do.

The other vet did not examine our dog like she should have, but they had no problem charging us and not following up. When we came to Petcare our vet, Dr. B was perfect, she listened to me, she examined Brody very well and found the problem (oral extraction of nylon bone piece)! I knew We were in the right place. We are so thankful for her, the awesome technician and staff!

We take our puppy Juno to Petcare for vet services and now we just finished our first boarding experience. The vets and their staff have been very professional and thorough. They have always answered all of our questions and given clear guidance. We were pretty new puppy owners so we needed a little more hand holding than most and the team there has never missed a beat. Now onto the boarding, or condos as they call them. We were very nervous to leave our beloved and very sweet Juno. They made us feel so comfortable leaving him knowing that they have very clean facilities and offer the dogs 4-5 play times per day. Juno ended up having a great time and he even got several pics taken of him during playtime. Having those pics while we were on our trip helped us tremendously. We won't hesitate to leave him at Petcare in the future. Juno was exhausted when he came home. I could tell he missed his friends from Petcare. So I know he'll be excited next time as well!

We have only been to this vet once. When we got a new dog, we took him here to hopefully establish care. The first experience was fine, I was impressed by how clean it was, and all was well until we checked out. We had to get a few prescriptions for him and when they rang up the exam and the meds I was shocked at the cost. Too little too late at that point, so we swalled our pride and went ahead and paid it. Going forward though, we decided that in the future if our dog needed meds we would just have them write the prescription and fill it elsewhere. We were planning on switching our cat to this vet too so that both of our animals are in the same place for care.
A few months later, now, my dog needs some more allergy medicine and some more of the flea prevention we had him on. We found the medicine at a fraction of the cost available online but they need to verify with your vet. We have no problem taking our animals in for exams, or shots, but for things like flea prevention we would like to find this at an affordable cost since they are charging almost 3 times what you can get it for online.
I called our vet that we still had our cat at in the area. They are more than happy to let us fill prescriptions through on online retailer. We are going back to them - with both animals.

This is in regards to the grooming service. Today was the second time we brought in our dog for grooming. Our first experience was outstanding. Today, however, we took him in for a bath and a trim to clean him up. Imagine our horror when we went to pick him up and, with the exception of his head, he was completely shaved. Our Golden Doodle now looks like a character out of a Tim Burton movie! The excuse for the shave? There was a knot of fur on his chest. They didn't call. They didn't email. They just shaved him.
