They don't "see" anyone between noon-2, but if they do.. it's extra $$. After the weekend.. called in trying to get an appointment again since they wouldn't see my dog last week and they still won't see her.. if your beloved Pet is hurt or injured.. DO NOT GO TO THIS "CLINIC"!! Also.. if you get upset due to this establishments LACK of caring what so ever.. they will ask you not to call back!

I can't recommend Cascade Animal Clinic enough. Yesterday, while picking raspberries, Milo was a little too excited and poked himself in the eye with something. He wouldn't open his eye for over 30 minutes which was pretty scary. Cascade Animal Clinic squeezed us in and truthfully ended up being one of the best veterinarian experiences we've ever had. With his abusive history Milo is quite freaked out when it comes to vets and exams... he has definitely never let a vet poke around his eye for that long, without trying to jump off the table. He responded so well to all the staff there, which speaks volumes in and of itself. Milo is fine now and I am very thankful for the good care we got during a scary situation. I've never written a yelp review but will be writing my first ever for this place. If you're in the Monroe area and need a vet - this is the place to go!

All 3 of my dogs actually enjoy coming to the vet because of the awesome and friendly staff here! They really care and treat your fur baby like family. I've been taking my fuzz kids here for over 4 years. I've moved and still drive 50 minutes to come here. I think over this time I've seen all the vets here and love them all. I've spent the most time with Dr. Kingsley and I think she is the most compassionate amazing person. A doctor is nothing without their front desk and back office staff though and these people are also amazing. I've had some very hard situations to deal with but would not hesitate to bring my kids in for treatment whether it dental, emergency, or routine checks to any of these fine doctors.

My first experience years ago was not very pleasant with this facility- I felt overcharged nd was suggested to perform screenings that were not needed on my puppy. However, when my cat died in Nov 2015 they were the most affordable and willing to do house calls to put my kitty to sleep and check on him. So the company began to regain my trust. Well its about a year later and I got a new kitten that needed a vet quick. Still not sure if I was fully committed to Cascade I thought I would give them another chance since it was so close to home for our new kitten. I do not feel I was over charged. The vet saw us quickly and had a waiting room fully of happy clients that had been seen promptly and were only waiting in line to pay. So I think there must be new management or new vet running the show because I am pleased and will likely be back for future vet appointments.

We found this vet 10 years ago after I had taken our cat to a different place not far from here. I can't remember the name of the other vet, but they were incredibly expensive, and after hundreds of dollars worth of tests, they referred me to Cascade saying it would save me money.My boy back then ended up having kidney failure. I had just given birth to my 4th child who was born with her own medical conditions and I was broke and exhausted. Cascade and their amazing staff found a way for me to afford care for my sweet cat so that he could live another 4 years of good quality life. It's not a convenient location for me because I live up in Lk Stevens, but it is worth the drive. When our boy Nova needed to finally be put to rest, the doctor wept with us, as did several of the staff. They had all gotten to know him and just loved him. I had a bad feeling recently when I took our new cat that we adopted from NOAH in for some urine tests. She's 11 years old and when the doctor came in to talk I knew it was probably going to be kidneys again. Of course dollar signs just kept flying around, but I appreciated that not only did Dr. Ball come in and sit on the floor to just be human and at our level, she gave me multiple options with different price tags, so I could make the decision that was best for Roo, and us financially.Everyone here really cares, and most of their testing can be done in house so you don't get the big lab bills. I wish they were closer to my house...but we will be making the trip to them because you can't buy compassion, and they have it.

I am currently working with Dr. Ball with my sick kitty. She, as well as all of the staff there are incredible. They are thorough, compassionate, patient, and very helpful. My first visit was Monday, and I was in a room and seen by the veterinarian in 5 minutes. She gave me the best options for my budget, and did not try to push any additional testing or procedures on me. They are affordable and are doing what they can to save me from spending an arm and a leg. Dr. Ball is going to teach me how to give my kitty subcutaneous fluids at home to keep her hydrated. I have been calling their office at least once a day, and they are helpful and flexible with my needs and questions. I am beyond grateful to have found such a great clinic, they truly are easing me through this stressful process! I will not take my animals anywhere else as long as I'm in the area.

It's always hard to find one that you feel comfortable with and trust with your animals when you first move somewhere!My poor persian, Sterling, was having a hard time adjusting to Washington weather...and on top of it all he had his first run in with fleas! Agh!I called the front desk, assuming that I had to make an appointment, and what do ya know! They had immediate openings. The entire staff of CAC go above and beyond for you and your fur babies. Very personable, understanding, and informative! I'm proud to consider them our primary vet!

Everyone here is super friendly and even though we moved to a different city we still make the 20 minute drive to bring our dog back here. My dog recently got spayed and at the same time had an oral extraction which cost $470. She also got an updated shot and microchip inserted in her which was about $50, included in the price. I do feel cheated in a way because I had an estimate for under $300 (which is no longer valid after 30 days) and was surprised at the expensive price jump in less than 5 months. I had to pay $120 for a price bump in the cost of the surgery and when asked to have someone explain it to me, I was at fault because I did not read the small print that told me the estimate was only valid for 30 days. Although the staff was willing to explain the situation to me, I was at fault for not renewing the estimate before setting up the surgery.
The price increase is not reasonable and I will be looking for a new clinic.

LOVE THIS VET! My 4 legged kids have gone here for years, they are the best. The vets and the staff is soooo compassionate, they know how to think out of the box when necessary, they will go to the ends of the earth to figure out what is wrong with your pet and do the best possible treatment. On top of that, they are reasonably priced. All the vets are wonderful, and care soooo much. I have so much confidence in them! I have referred many people and will continue to do so because I know their pets will get the very best care!!

Dr. Ball and Dr. Buchholz are AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help my little dog when I brought him in with bladder stones. He had a hard time recovering from the surgery, not at all their fault, but when he had to stay overnight, Dr. Ball came in after hours to check on him. When we had him home and he had been having blockage problems, Dr. Buchholz called us on Super Bowl Sunday to check in on him. Never have I had not one but two Dr.'s care about my pets recovery so much! The entire staff have always been lovely to us and seem genuinely happy to see my dog. It's hard to find a vet you trust, and I completely trust Dr.'s Ball and Buchholz. It's been two years, and with following the dietary advice they gave me, my little Lew hasn't presented with more stones. The prices have always been fair and I trust them with the care of my pets. I would recommend them to everyone!

We moved to Mill Creek temporarily but after 1 visit to a clinic there, we knew the commute to Monroe was worth everything for the care and comfort we received. Brought my cat in for an annual exam. Dr.Lynn Kingsley was amazing! She handled Josie(my cat) incredibly well. She had a gentle touch that made her calm and relaxed. Dr.Kingsley's assistants we incredibly sweet and welcoming. Overall a good experience, I'm sure Josie can't wait until she has to come back.The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because her front office people could use a customer service course. One of them was making rude and obnoxious faces at my mother and I for trying to figure out our schedules. (we hardly see each other because our work times are incredibly different) We needed to figure out who would drop Josie off and who would pick her up. Other than that, the doctor was fantastic and her assistants were wonderful. But their downfall is their front office.

I cannot say enough good things about Cascade Animal Clinic! We moved to Monroe from Issaquah, and I needed a new vet for our two chihuahuas. It happened that Cascade is only a couple of blocks away, so I thought I would give it a shot. The staff is kind, compassionate, and very professional. Lots of personal touches that I find wonderful. Dr. Ball is an excellent veterinarian. We recently got a puppy, and I took her to Cascade for her spaying. She is very small (2.5) lbs, so I was a bit worried. They were wonderful with her, and she is fully healed with no issues. It was also far less expensive than what I paid to have our other pup spayed. We will continue to take our chi-kids here for as long as we reside in Monroe. Your pets will be greatly cared for at Cascade!

This is the best vet/clinic I've ever been too. The clinic is very clean and the employees are super friendly. We asked some great questions and got clear answers. Dr Bell treats our 20 year old kitty like her own, and is very insightful in all of her health concerns and issues. We've had many visits to this clinic and we'll continue to visit it as long as we have pets.

It's 3:50PM on new year's eve. Our 17 lb cat is at the top of the stairs on the deck waiting to come in and a bigger stray cat is between the door and our cat staring him down. As my wife opens the sliding glass door Bella, our 8lb Yorkie-Chihuahua (thinks she's a rottweiler), charges the stray to protect us and her cat. She (the dog) fought valiantly, but was struck in her face a single claw rupturing her eye. Defeated she whimpered into the house and it was our turn to take care of her.My wife called Cascade and was told to bring her in immediately. Dr. Shawn Buchholz met us at the door and brought us into an exam room. She gave Bella some numbing drops in her eye and examined her wound, then gave me her recommendation. She recommended I take Bella to the Animal Vision Center in Kirkland as they have more specialized equipment that could show whether there were any pieces of the stray's claw left in her eye. She knew that they were closed for the holiday, but called the emergency number for me and told me the Dr. on call would meet me at the door. At this point Cascade Animal Clinic had already been closed for ten minutes.Dr. Buchholz also said that since they didn't do anything (what?) I wouldn't be charged for this visit. We were calmly and courteously rushed out the door bound for specialized care.This is typical of the level of service/care we and our dog and cat have received in the past 5 years at Cascade Animal Clinic. Their rates are reasonable, even lower than most, and every person I've encountered there truly care about your pet's well being.

Always homey and approachable, the entire staff provides high quality access for the best care available for cats and dogs. They keep up with the latest in veterinary medicine with out loosing the home town connection with their clients. I had to put my Boxer down a few months ago. I had to bring him in emergently b4 they opened.They let us in right away and immediatly began providing comfort and care top my Beloved Simba. They were truely amazing. Everthing was done professionally from the tec's to the lovely vet. I wish we could have saved my boy but Cascade staff were wonderful letting me stay with him until the last breath. It was heart wrenching but the Vet was so wonderful. She even sent me a card a week or so later and they made a foot print of my boys foot. Thanks Cascade for helping

This the very first time I give a review but due to the excellent service that Cascade Animal provides to our baby dogs, (we have two German Shorthair Pointers Kaiser & Maya). Every single lady that works there has always a smile in their face and show how much they care about animals. Both of our babies had surgery recently and the staff did an amazing job with them and took all of our ""worried parent"" calls very patiently and gracefuly. We have been to other places but after finding Cascade Animal, there's no other place where we will take our babies. We highly recommend this for those of you that want the best care for your pets. 2 thumbs up!! Thank you Cascade Animal Clinic for the loving care that you provide to our babies.

They don't "see" anyone between noon-2, but if they do.. it's extra $$. After the weekend.. called in trying to get an appointment again since they wouldn't see my dog last week and they still won't see her.. if your beloved Pet is hurt or injured.. DO NOT GO TO THIS "CLINIC"!! Also.. if you get upset due to this establishments LACK of caring what so ever.. they will ask you not to call back!

I can't recommend Cascade Animal Clinic enough. Yesterday, while picking raspberries, Milo was a little too excited and poked himself in the eye with something. He wouldn't open his eye for over 30 minutes which was pretty scary. Cascade Animal Clinic squeezed us in and truthfully ended up being one of the best veterinarian experiences we've ever had. With his abusive history Milo is quite freaked out when it comes to vets and exams... he has definitely never let a vet poke around his eye for that long, without trying to jump off the table. He responded so well to all the staff there, which speaks volumes in and of itself. Milo is fine now and I am very thankful for the good care we got during a scary situation. I've never written a yelp review but will be writing my first ever for this place. If you're in the Monroe area and need a vet - this is the place to go!

I've been taking my fuzz kids here for over 4 years. I've moved and still drive 50 minutes to come here. I think over this time I've seen all the vets here and love them all. I've spent the most time with Dr. Kingsley and I think she is the most compassionate amazing person. A doctor is nothing without their front desk and back office staff though and these people are also amazing. I've had some very hard situations to deal with but would not hesitate to bring my kids in for treatment whether it dental, emergency, or routine checks to any of these fine doctors.

My first experience years ago was not very pleasant with this facility- I felt overcharged nd was suggested to perform screenings that were not needed on my puppy. However, when my cat died in Nov 2015 they were the most affordable and willing to do house calls to put my kitty to sleep and check on him. So the company began to regain my trust. Well its about a year later and I got a new kitten that needed a vet quick. Still not sure if I was fully committed to Cascade I thought I would give them another chance since it was so close to home for our new kitten. I do not feel I was over charged. The vet saw us quickly and had a waiting room fully of happy clients that had been seen promptly and were only waiting in line to pay. So I think there must be new management or new vet running the show because I am pleased and will likely be back for future vet appointments.

We found this vet 10 years ago after I had taken our cat to a different place not far from here. I can't remember the name of the other vet, but they were incredibly expensive, and after hundreds of dollars worth of tests, they referred me to Cascade saying it would save me money.My boy back then ended up having kidney failure. I had just given birth to my 4th child who was born with her own medical conditions and I was broke and exhausted. Cascade and their amazing staff found a way for me to afford care for my sweet cat so that he could live another 4 years of good quality life. It's not a convenient location for me because I live up in Lk Stevens, but it is worth the drive. When our boy Nova needed to finally be put to rest, the doctor wept with us, as did several of the staff. They had all gotten to know him and just loved him. I had a bad feeling recently when I took our new cat that we adopted from NOAH in for some urine tests. She's 11 years old and when the doctor came in to talk I knew it was probably going to be kidneys again. Of course dollar signs just kept flying around, but I appreciated that not only did Dr. Ball come in and sit on the floor to just be human and at our level, she gave me multiple options with different price tags, so I could make the decision that was best for Roo, and us financially.Everyone here really cares, and most of their testing can be done in house so you don't get the big lab bills. I wish they were closer to my house...but we will be making the trip to them because you can't buy compassion, and they have it.

I am currently working with Dr. Ball with my sick kitty. She, as well as all of the staff there are incredible. They are thorough, compassionate, patient, and very helpful. My first visit was Monday, and I was in a room and seen by the veterinarian in 5 minutes. She gave me the best options for my budget, and did not try to push any additional testing or procedures on me. They are affordable and are doing what they can to save me from spending an arm and a leg. Dr. Ball is going to teach me how to give my kitty subcutaneous fluids at home to keep her hydrated. I have been calling their office at least once a day, and they are helpful and flexible with my needs and questions. I am beyond grateful to have found such a great clinic, they truly are easing me through this stressful process! I will not take my animals anywhere else as long as I'm in the area.

It's always hard to find one that you feel comfortable with and trust with your animals when you first move somewhere!My poor persian, Sterling, was having a hard time adjusting to Washington weather...and on top of it all he had his first run in with fleas! Agh!I called the front desk, assuming that I had to make an appointment, and what do ya know! They had immediate openings. The entire staff of CAC go above and beyond for you and your fur babies. Very personable, understanding, and informative! I'm proud to consider them our primary vet!

Everyone here is super friendly and even though we moved to a different city we still make the 20 minute drive to bring our dog back here. My dog recently got spayed and at the same time had an oral extraction which cost $470. She also got an updated shot and microchip inserted in her which was about $50, included in the price. I do feel cheated in a way because I had an estimate for under $300 (which is no longer valid after 30 days) and was surprised at the expensive price jump in less than 5 months. I had to pay $120 for a price bump in the cost of the surgery and when asked to have someone explain it to me, I was at fault because I did not read the small print that told me the estimate was only valid for 30 days. Although the staff was willing to explain the situation to me, I was at fault for not renewing the estimate before setting up the surgery.
The price increase is not reasonable and I will be looking for a new clinic.

LOVE THIS VET! My 4 legged kids have gone here for years, they are the best. The vets and the staff is soooo compassionate, they know how to think out of the box when necessary, they will go to the ends of the earth to figure out what is wrong with your pet and do the best possible treatment. On top of that, they are reasonably priced. All the vets are wonderful, and care soooo much. I have so much confidence in them! Dr. Ball and Dr. Buchholz are AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help my little dog when I brought him in with bladder stones. He had a hard time recovering from the surgery, not at all their fault, but when he had to stay overnight, Dr. Ball came in after hours to check on him. When we had him home and he had been having blockage problems, Dr. Buchholz called us on Super Bowl Sunday to check in on him. Never have I had not one but two Dr.'s care about my pets recovery so much! The entire staff have always been lovely to us and seem genuinely happy to see my dog. It's hard to find a vet you trust, and I completely trust Dr.'s Ball and Buchholz. It's been two years, and with following the dietary advice they gave me, my little Lew hasn't presented with more stones. The prices have always been fair and I trust them with the care of my pets. I would recommend them to everyone!

Brought my cat in for an annual exam. Dr.Lynn Kingsley was amazing! She handled Josie(my cat) incredibly well. She had a gentle touch that made her calm and relaxed. Dr.Kingsley's assistants we incredibly sweet and welcoming. Overall a good experience, I'm sure Josie can't wait until she has to come back.The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because her front office people could use a customer service course. One of them was making rude and obnoxious faces at my mother and I for trying to figure out our schedules. (we hardly see each other because our work times are incredibly different) We needed to figure out who would drop Josie off and who would pick her up. Other than that, the doctor was fantastic and her assistants were wonderful. But their downfall is their front office.

I cannot say enough good things about Cascade Animal Clinic! We moved to Monroe from Issaquah, and I needed a new vet for our two chihuahuas. It happened that Cascade is only a couple of blocks away, so I thought I would give it a shot. The staff is kind, compassionate, and very professional. Lots of personal touches that I find wonderful. Dr. Ball is an excellent veterinarian. We recently got a puppy, and I took her to Cascade for her spaying. She is very small (2.5) lbs, so I was a bit worried. They were wonderful with her, and she is fully healed with no issues. It was also far less expensive than what I paid to have our other pup spayed. We will continue to take our chi-kids here for as long as we reside in Monroe. Your pets will be greatly cared for at Cascade!

It's 3:50PM on new year's eve. Our 17 lb cat is at the top of the stairs on the deck waiting to come in and a bigger stray cat is between the door and our cat staring him down. As my wife opens the sliding glass door Bella, our 8lb Yorkie-Chihuahua (thinks she's a rottweiler), charges the stray to protect us and her cat. She (the dog) fought valiantly, but was struck in her face a single claw rupturing her eye. Defeated she whimpered into the house and it was our turn to take care of her.My wife called Cascade and was told to bring her in immediately. Dr. Shawn Buchholz met us at the door and brought us into an exam room. She gave Bella some numbing drops in her eye and examined her wound, then gave me her recommendation. She recommended I take Bella to the Animal Vision Center in Kirkland as they have more specialized equipment that could show whether there were any pieces of the stray's claw left in her eye. She knew that they were closed for the holiday, but called the emergency number for me and told me the Dr. on call would meet me at the door. At this point Cascade Animal Clinic had already been closed for ten minutes.Dr. Buchholz also said that since they didn't do anything (what?) I wouldn't be charged for this visit. We were calmly and courteously rushed out the door bound for specialized care.This is typical of the level of service/care we and our dog and cat have received in the past 5 years at Cascade Animal Clinic. Their rates are reasonable, even lower than most, and every person I've encountered there truly care about your pet's well being.

I had to put my Boxer down a few months ago. I had to bring him in emergently b4 they opened.They let us in right away and immediatly began providing comfort and care top my Beloved Simba. They were truely amazing. Everthing was done professionally from the tec's to the lovely vet. I wish we could have saved my boy but Cascade staff were wonderful letting me stay with him until the last breath. It was heart wrenching but the Vet was so wonderful. She even sent me a card a week or so later and they made a foot print of my boys foot. Thanks Cascade for helping

This the very first time I give a review but due to the excellent service that Cascade Animal provides to our baby dogs, (we have two German Shorthair Pointers Kaiser & Maya). Every single lady that works there has always a smile in their face and show how much they care about animals. Both of our babies had surgery recently and the staff did an amazing job with them and took all of our ""worried parent"" calls very patiently and gracefuly. We have been to other places but after finding Cascade Animal, there's no other place where we will take our babies. We highly recommend this for those of you that want the best care for your pets. 2 thumbs up!! Thank you Cascade Animal Clinic for the loving care that you provide to our babies.
