Dr. Dana is genuinely in a league of her own when it comes to knowledge, compassion, empathy and skill. I have never met a vet like her and I have known many vets. Not only can she treat any animal, whether it be equine, canine, bovine, domestic or wild, zoo creatures alike, she takes care and wisdom to a whole other level. I cannot begin to say how much her true expertise has changed and saved lives on this continent and abroad, as she is also part of the World Vets program, volunteering her precious time and teaching all kinds of animal care in other countries as well. To have this skill level, and the mindset and heart to truly care to the degree that she does, there is no other vet that can compare. If you are in need of expert veterinary services look no further, you are lucky to have found Dr. Dana - once you have found her you will quickly realize she is the only vet you will ever entrust with your beloved animals.

We met Dr. Dana, when we had to have our very old Llama, Kaluha euthanized. He had rickets and just couldn't stand up anymore. She came right over, and we liked her instantly. She put him to sleep. It was gentle and kind. As much as you don't want to ever lose one of your animals, it was inhumane to keep him alive when he couldn't stand up. She has since come over with a wonderful llama that needed a new house..Our other llamas are accepting him, and all is good. SO glad that we were able to give this llama, Huey Louie, a great home!

Dr. Dana is amazing...actually more than amazing...what would that be? Crazy super-dooper, like a cow that jumped over the moon, you get the idea. Dr. Dana is our "new" vet and we were so lucky to find her. She loves animals more than is humanly possible. She has come on regular vet visits, true emergency vet visits, and sometimes just to observe another vet working on my animals (of course for no charge). I love her to pieces, she inspires me to be a better animal owner and a better human being. xox Dianna

There is no one I trust more than Dr Dana- she is an amazingly skilled and brilliant veterinarian who is SO good with animals. My horse adores her. She's kind and patient and really explains what is going on. Some vets only offer a prescription or expensive treatment- Dr Dana isn't afraid to tell you what YOU can do to improve your horse's health. My gelding has equine Cushings and she has done an amazing job of helping me manage his illness in a sensible healthy manner. I just can't say enough about her. She's reasonably priced for her services, she does a beautiful job on tooth floating, injuries, illnesses and whatever else comes up. Her office staff is great for scheduling, really nice folks all around. I believe Dr Dana is the most well-rounded veterinarian for equines in our area because she combines good old horse sense with a thorough knowledge of modern procedures and the result is happy, healthy horses.

I had to call Dana to make an emergency farm call for my mare that I thought had colic on a saturday and she was on another call a couple cities away bit she still made it to us in an hour. Unfortunately my 23 yr old mare didnt have colic. Dana believed that she probably had a large tumor that was swinging around inside her. I had a very hard decision to make... I was totally unprepared to say goodbye to my beloved friend but it seemed to be the best option to ease her pain. Dana reassured me that me she probably would have done the same thing, since my mare had lived a long happy life. My best horse veterinarian experience was with Dr. Dana. Thanks Dana for always being their for our animals.

We met Dr. Dana, when we had to have our very old Llama, Kaluha euthanized. He had rickets and just couldn't stand up anymore. She came right over, and we liked her instantly. She put him to sleep. Dr. Dana is our "new" vet and we were so lucky to find her. She loves animals more than is humanly possible. There is no one I trust more than Dr Dana- she is an amazingly skilled and brilliant veterinarian who is SO good with animals. My horse adores her. She's kind and patient and really explains what is going on.
