I really liked the staff--they knew who I and my pet were the moment I walked in the door. They also gave me updates on my pet throughout the CT scan. What I don't love was afterwards, reading the report with the radiologist. I really didn't understand what he was saying, which is probably normal because it is technical, so I left without a next step to do. The radiology website says the radiologist will talk to your pet's doctor day of the procedure, but I didn't have results from my vet for a week. I had to make calls between my vet's office and the radiologist to have them resend the report. The radiologist's office also wasn't clear on whether they'd talked to my vet. They claimed my vet received the report, but my vet said she didn't. Whoever's fault it was, it was frustrating to wait a week to know what to do next with my pet, and I didn't get much clarification from the radiologist.Read Less
