Place has gone down immensely since I first started taking my pets there. Feels like a cash grab every time we come in. Reception unpleasant and unhelpful. Seek other options.

If I could rate zero stars I would. My puppy had a broken tibia and when I came here Dr. Moss was extremely nice and optimistic up until I said their X-ray plus interpretation cost was too much. I ask...
If I could rate zero stars I would. My puppy had a broken tibia and when I came here Dr. Moss was extremely nice and optimistic up until I said their X-ray plus interpretation cost was too much. I asked could they hold off on the x-ray interpretation cost unless they actually needed it and she got very upset with me and said my puppy really needs to be seen today. She tried to force me to go home with very expensive pain pills (she was refusing to eat) and played on my emotions when i refused. When she left the room she slammed the door causing my puppy to wince and cry out in pain. I called Steamboat Animal hospital and they fit me in. Completely 180° difference on the service there. Do not waste your time and money at VCA

If I could rate zero stars I would. My puppy had a broken tibia and when I came here Dr. Moss was extremely nice and optimistic up until I said their X-ray plus interpretation cost was too much. I asked could they hold off on the x-ray interpretation cost unless they actually needed it and she got very upset with me and said my puppy really needs to be seen today. She tried to force me to go home with very expensive pain pills (she was refusing to eat) and played on my emotions when i refused. When she left the room she slammed the door causing my puppy to wince and cry out in pain. I called Steamboat Animal hospital and they fit me in. Completely 180° difference on the service there. Do not waste your time and money at VCA
