10 Stars from me.
My family has had to solicit the services of the AETC a few times. Things to be ready for when you visit; 1) They prioritize patients based on severity, which is completely understandable, just be ready to be bumped. 2) They expect payment. Expect a huge quote/down payment/bill ($1000.00). See below for feedback on pricing. Now to the point, the staff are experts in the field. They are compassionate, friendly, and have the best interest of your kids (animals/pets) in mind and at heart. They get results! From having to put down an animal suffering from cancer related issues, to both a cat and a dog ripping off toe nails, to the most recent, a pup with pneumonia. Every time, they treat us and our kids with respect. They also treat us the humans, they relieve the anxiety of the emergent visit. It€s not just our kids that aren€t feeling well, we humans tend to be crazy emotionally too.
I wouldn€t normally rebut those providing poor feedback, but in this case there seems to be an overwhelming trend. Owning pets is expensive. As I read the comments, the poor reviews appear to be from folks that mention an inability to pay for services. I think it€s important to remember that you don€t volunteer your time at your employer. There is an expectation that you get compensated for your time, usually in the form of money. Now some might say the price is high, well it€s true, look at the cost of a regular doctors visit versus an emergency visit for humans. To that point, emergency clinics have to provide services on site that regular clinics don€t. They have the latest and greatest technologies on site which isn€t free, they have to pay skilled professionals to use that equipment which isn€t free. If you think they are high rollers, check the parking lot, the employees aren€t driving fancy cars, the building isn€t the newest, shoot they just recently put up a fence so they had a secure place to walk the animals outside. It is obvious they strive for care. I€ve been there, trying to figure out how to get my animals care while single and unemployed. But it isn€t the responsibility of the clinic, it€s mine. I know it sucks to see your kids struggle.
AETC, thank you all for your service, dedication, and your compassion. Read Less
