Wonderful atmosphere and terrific front staff--very welcoming! And Dr. Waters is just the best! We brought our baby in because she had a ruptured ACL ligament. Dr. Waters did surgery to fix it, and not only is our fur-baby as good as new, Dr. Waters price is only HALF of what other vets around here charge for the same surgery! Our dog is back to running around like nothing happened. Also, we were able to get ahold of Dr. Waters on her day off with some questions; I've NEVER been able to get in touch with my previous vet on a day off. I just can't say enough good things about her and her staff. Anyone whose dog needs knee surgery, or anything else, THIS is the place to go. Kind, caring, compassionate, and amazing prices. Didn't think these kinds of vets existed anymore. True gem!!! Thank you so much, Dr. Waters and your staff!

They got to me for about $700 with no good results, said they could do more tests but that would cost an additional $800. I decided to get a second opinion from another clinic. They took tests that cost 1/4 of what Central Valley was going to charge me. The end result was my dog was sick with a Kidney disease, Cushing disease, real high Liver value, and Diabetes. I was told the Diabetes was controllable but the other problems were not, it would be best for her to put her to sleep. I feel central valleys goal was to sell me medications and take Test that were not necessary. I personally would never go there again.

Dr. Waters is the best vet in the Kitsap area. She is compassionate, affordable, effective, and efficient. All the staff at the clinic are top notch. Emma had luxating patella surgery with Dr. Waters using the latest techniques 2 1/2 years ago and she has been able to run agility courses ever since her knee healed. The clinic never tries to up-sell you on products and procedures. Emma gets everything she needs from Central Valley plus TLC.

Nice staff but it was really limited time with the vet and information about our pets was given in an odd order, I felt it would have been important to know that we needed to come back 3 weeks later BEFORE getting their shots so we can make our plans accordingly. Got the job done - but I felt like I was at a used car dealership. It's expensive and I found it to be withholding/dishonest. They took my pet out of the room and left me there - first vet I've ever seen do this. My pet was gone for 10 minutes maximum and in that time they did a "wellness exam", deworm, leukemia shot, booster shots, and stool extraction. I quote "wellness exam" because I don't understand how much of an "examination" could be accomplished in 10 minutes after the rest of those items I listed were also done. The exam itself cost $45, but in the end it just seemed like a ticket to get in. When they suggested the leukemia shot, and how much extra it would cost, they waited until I was about to pay to tell me that another shot was needed in a few weeks (at additional cost), otherwise that first shot would basically be pointless. They also told me that the flea medication would be once a month, and are selling a year supply for $120 - but it comes on a six pack + 2 doses for free. Tell me how once a month adds up to 8 doses in 12 months, when they need a dose once a month. When I realized that there was only 8, I looked online and found an actual 12 month supply for the same price.....which they weren't too thrilled about based on the fact that they felt like they had to explain to me that "we don't buy a truckload like bigger companies". Stool test was additional, but wasn't told that when they suggested it. Like I said - the job was done, but I felt like they are really just trying to cram as much as they can in one day while selling the most products possible.

We adopted a young rescue kitty from PAWS and this was one of the locations that offered a free initial checkup within a month of adoption. They were also the only vet on the list that was open on Saturday's. They were able to fit us in fairly quickly considering I only had Saturday's available. The vet was friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our kitty back to have her front claws removed. The vet said they were one of the few locations in the area that used laser removal, which is more gentle, precise, and heals quicker. I would have liked more information upfront about the recovery process because I think the vet downplayed it a lot and I said I'd never done this on a cat before. She needed to take medicines and wear a cone, etc, and they didn't tell me any of this ahead of time. After the procedure the vet was good about returning calls and answering questions. Best aspect is that they work hard to fit you in quickly. The price of pet care was shocking to me (about $500 for declaw and the same for dental clean), but I haven't done much comparison since I only had Saturday's available so maybe it's competitive.

Best care, best price for their care, best Doctors and staff! I love everything about this place. It started with a sick elderly cat who I ended up bringing here. That was the best decision. She was correctly diagnosed and cared for until I had to make the tough decision to let her go and the experience was made so much better because of this place. When I had to board her with meds as I travelled...I worried so much. When I returned I heard stories about Lisa, at the front desk, carrying Baby cat around and giving her lots of love. She was in good hands! My other kitty Pixie recently developed some issues with her bladder, crystals and a UTI. I took her to ER first and while she improved briefly due to pain meds...it wasn't until I could get an appointment with Dr. Liz that I saw immediate improvement with Pixie. Dr. Liz and her staff have always called it right with my cats, and done what needed to be done to help them feel comfortable as they were treated for whatever illness they had. I'm forever grateful for their great care and compassion. Sometimes you run into a veterinarian that feels like they nickel and dime you but that is not the case here. They are totally reasonable and I'm here to stay. Highly recommend them! Andrea, Lisa, Debbie and Tasha are staff members who have gone above and beyond to make me and my pets feel safe and comfortable.

I was so blessed that I found Dr. Waters and her private practice.
Her staff is very loving and warm when they check you in. They all understand what it's like to bring in a sick dog. Dr. Waters and her staff are very experienced and loving. I will never take my dog anywhere else. Thank you so much for the attention you pay to my dog

Our 13 year old baby recently went to the hospital for breathing difficulties. They took him in so quickly and told us immediately the bad news that we never wanted to hear . The staff were so gentle with us and with our baby...the "comfort room" was more than we could have ever asked for. Although losing a pet is like losing a member of the family and it hurts terribly , Central Valley Animal Hospital made this experience one of comfort for our family. We are forever grateful for you.

The people from the reception desk to the vets & nurses are true animal lovers. They can at times be busy so make sure you are earlier for your appointment. The first time make sure you go early as its on the road but too obvious. My GPS got me confused as I was right there. Never seems to work well in Mall parking lots. The only thing I have an issue with is they can be a bit pricey. But if you want to have someone who is skilled and well versed I'd spend the extra money to know that you done your best for your best friend.

My experience with Central Valley Animal Hospital was perfect. We went to the wrong door at first and the girl in there walked us down carrying our cat to the correct place for us. The girl behind the desk there was most helpful explaining to us about our first exam after adoption.
The Tech took us back weighed Pretty Girl and took her vitals. The Vet came in and gave a very good exam to the cat. Explained everything thoroughly to us. They did blood tests and promised to call the next day with results and they followed through with their promise. Pretty Girl was constipated and we were told to put her on Miralax (1/4 tsp) daily until we could get her going. She is doing fine with that treatment. She has settled in with us and runs all over the house like and idiot. We were, once again, very pleased with our visit. They gave us a printed out treatment plan which is very helpful. I would say that they are a very good place to take your animals. WE will be returning with our follow up visits

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our border collie puppy. I called several different offices and decided to take him to Central Valley. I chose this place for two primary reasons: first, it was significantly cheaper for a basic neutering than the other places I called. Secondly, the receptionist told me that the vet has a border collie, which is the breed of our dog, so I was sold! Dr. Waters and every single member of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful during the entire process. With the advice from Dr. Waters we decided to also have his dew claws removed, which made the surgery more complicated. However, everything went very smoothly and our dog received the best possible care. An added bonus was that the staff treated my younger daughters exceptionally. I am so glad that we chose Central Valley.

Love this place and love the staff. I took my cat here after discovering that what had started as a small lump on her side, had grown substantially while on vacation. Dr. Liz was gentle and thorough in her examination, and gave me several options of how to proceed with treatment. While my cat was under anesthesia the following day for surgery to remove the lump, they cleaned her teeth and trimmed her nails at no charge. My cat is healthy, happy and her prognosis for a long, healthy life is excellent. They accept CARE credit if financing treatment is necessary.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with this animal hospital! It started with my phone call to Lisa, the receptionist who answered my call. She was very happy, cheerful, kind and I could tell she was really listening. The conversation with her on the phone made me decide on this hospital. We have a feral cat in our neighborhood that was showing signs of pregnancy so my husband brought her in to be examined while I went to work. He said that everyone was so nice and helpful and they even praised us for taking care of stray/feral community in our neighborhood. They gave us a wonderful deal for the x-rays that determined that she was in fact not pregnant, they also discovered that she had worms and they provided some medication to take care of that problem. The entire staff was very kind and we immensely appreciate all the help and care they provided today.

I really wanted to like this place, but it's too expensive for the same services elsewhere and they butchered my dog's coat & he had a big shave burn on his leg. He now doesn't want me to touch the leg they shaved. I've never had a vet shave any of my dogs' coats like this before, to do an ofa hip xray (almost $500.00 for the ofa hip xray & I didn't get a consult from Dr Waters either) or any other medical procedure. I was heart-broken, since I'm still showing him in the ring.

We met Dr. Waters for second opinion on our yellow lab. She saw us the same day, performed a thorough exam, took digital x-ray's so clear she could easily explain and show the problems to us. The whole staff was compassionate, friendly, and overall amazing. Our whole family will be changing over to the Central Valley Animal Hospital for our pet care needs. We are very blessed to have such an amazing team in our county to provide superior care to our family pets. As a side note, this is a NEW clinic, not associated in any way with the VCA that was previously in this location.

They got to me for about $700 with no good results, said they could do more tests but that would cost an additional $800. I decided to get a second opinion from another clinic. They took tests that cost 1/4 of what Central Valley was going to charge me. The end result was my dog was sick with a Kidney disease, Cushing disease, real high Liver value, and Diabetes. I was told the Diabetes was controllable but the other problems were not, it would be best for her to put her to sleep. I feel central valleys goal was to sell me medications and take Test that were not necessary. I personally would never go there again.

Emma had luxating patella surgery with Dr. Waters using the latest techniques 2 1/2 years ago and she has been able to run agility courses ever since her knee healed. The clinic never tries to up-sell you on products and procedures. Emma gets everything she needs from Central Valley plus TLC.

Nice staff but it was really limited time with the vet and information about our pets was given in an odd order, I felt it would have been important to know that we needed to come back 3 weeks later BEFORE getting their shots so we can make our plans accordingly. Got the job done - but I felt like I was at a used car dealership. It's expensive and I found it to be withholding/dishonest. They took my pet out of the room and left me there - first vet I've ever seen do this. My pet was gone for 10 minutes maximum and in that time they did a "wellness exam", deworm, leukemia shot, booster shots, and stool extraction. I quote "wellness exam" because I don't understand how much of an "examination" could be accomplished in 10 minutes after the rest of those items I listed were also done. The exam itself cost $45, but in the end it just seemed like a ticket to get in. When they suggested the leukemia shot, and how much extra it would cost, they waited until I was about to pay to tell me that another shot was needed in a few weeks (at additional cost), otherwise that first shot would basically be pointless. They also told me that the flea medication would be once a month, and are selling a year supply for $120 - but it comes on a six pack + 2 doses for free. Tell me how once a month adds up to 8 doses in 12 months, when they need a dose once a month. When I realized that there was only 8, I looked online and found an actual 12 month supply for the same price.....which they weren't too thrilled about based on the fact that they felt like they had to explain to me that "we don't buy a truckload like bigger companies". Stool test was additional, but wasn't told that when they suggested it. Like I said - the job was done, but I felt like they are really just trying to cram as much as they can in one day while selling the most products possible.

We adopted a young rescue kitty from PAWS and this was one of the locations that offered a free initial checkup within a month of adoption. They were also the only vet on the list that was open on Saturday's. They were able to fit us in fairly quickly considering I only had Saturday's available. The vet was friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our kitty back to have her front claws removed. The vet said they were one of the few locations in the area that used laser removal, which is more gentle, precise, and heals quicker. I would have liked more information upfront about the recovery process because I think the vet downplayed it a lot and I said I'd never done this on a cat before. She needed to take medicines and wear a cone, etc, and they didn't tell me any of this ahead of time. After the procedure the vet was good about returning calls and answering questions. Best aspect is that they work hard to fit you in quickly. The price of pet care was shocking to me (about $500 for declaw and the same for dental clean), but I haven't done much comparison since I only had Saturday's available so maybe it's competitive.

Best care, best price for their care, best Doctors and staff! I love everything about this place. It started with a sick elderly cat who I ended up bringing here. That was the best decision. She was correctly diagnosed and cared for until I had to make the tough decision to let her go and the experience was made so much better because of this place. When I had to board her with meds as I travelled...I worried so much. When I returned I heard stories about Lisa, at the front desk, carrying Baby cat around and giving her lots of love. She was in good hands! My other kitty Pixie recently developed some issues with her bladder, crystals and a UTI. I took her to ER first and while she improved briefly due to pain meds...it wasn't until I could get an appointment with Dr. Liz that I saw immediate improvement with Pixie. Dr. Liz and her staff have always called it right with my cats, and done what needed to be done to help them feel comfortable as they were treated for whatever illness they had. I'm forever grateful for their great care and compassion. Sometimes you run into a veterinarian that feels like they nickel and dime you but that is not the case here. They are totally reasonable and I'm here to stay. Highly recommend them! Andrea, Lisa, Debbie and Tasha are staff members who have gone above and beyond to make me and my pets feel safe and comfortable.

Our 13 year old baby recently went to the hospital for breathing difficulties. They took him in so quickly and told us immediately the bad news that we never wanted to hear . The staff were so gentle with us and with our baby...the "comfort room" was more than we could have ever asked for. Although losing a pet is like losing a member of the family and it hurts terribly , Central Valley Animal Hospital made this experience one of comfort for our family. We are forever grateful for you.

The people from the reception desk to the vets & nurses are true animal lovers. They can at times be busy so make sure you are earlier for your appointment. The first time make sure you go early as its on the road but too obvious. My GPS got me confused as I was right there. Never seems to work well in Mall parking lots. The only thing I have an issue with is they can be a bit pricey. But if you want to have someone who is skilled and well versed I'd spend the extra money to know that you done your best for your best friend.

My experience with Central Valley Animal Hospital was perfect. We went to the wrong door at first and the girl in there walked us down carrying our cat to the correct place for us. The girl behind the desk there was most helpful explaining to us about our first exam after adoption.
The Tech took us back weighed Pretty Girl and took her vitals. The Vet came in and gave a very good exam to the cat. Explained everything thoroughly to us. They did blood tests and promised to call the next day with results and they followed through with their promise. Pretty Girl was constipated and we were told to put her on Miralax (1/4 tsp) daily until we could get her going. She is doing fine with that treatment. She has settled in with us and runs all over the house like and idiot. We were, once again, very pleased with our visit. They gave us a printed out treatment plan which is very helpful. I would say that they are a very good place to take your animals. WE will be returning with our follow up visits

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our border collie puppy. I called several different offices and decided to take him to Central Valley. I chose this place for two primary reasons: first, it was significantly cheaper for a basic neutering than the other places I called. Secondly, the receptionist told me that the vet has a border collie, which is the breed of our dog, so I was sold! Dr. Waters and every single member of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful during the entire process. With the advice from Dr. Waters we decided to also have his dew claws removed, which made the surgery more complicated. However, everything went very smoothly and our dog received the best possible care. An added bonus was that the staff treated my younger daughters exceptionally. I am so glad that we chose Central Valley.

Love this place and love the staff. I took my cat here after discovering that what had started as a small lump on her side, had grown substantially while on vacation. Dr. Liz was gentle and thorough in her examination, and gave me several options of how to proceed with treatment. While my cat was under anesthesia the following day for surgery to remove the lump, they cleaned her teeth and trimmed her nails at no charge. My cat is healthy, happy and her prognosis for a long, healthy life is excellent. They accept CARE credit if financing treatment is necessary.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with this animal hospital! It started with my phone call to Lisa, the receptionist who answered my call. She was very happy, cheerful, kind and I could tell she was really listening. The conversation with her on the phone made me decide on this hospital. We have a feral cat in our neighborhood that was showing signs of pregnancy so my husband brought her in to be examined while I went to work. He said that everyone was so nice and helpful and they even praised us for taking care of stray/feral community in our neighborhood. They gave us a wonderful deal for the x-rays that determined that she was in fact not pregnant, they also discovered that she had worms and they provided some medication to take care of that problem. The entire staff was very kind and we immensely appreciate all the help and care they provided today.

I really wanted to like this place, but it's too expensive for the same services elsewhere and they butchered my dog's coat & he had a big shave burn on his leg. He now doesn't want me to touch the leg they shaved. I've never had a vet shave any of my dogs' coats like this before, to do an ofa hip xray (almost $500.00 for the ofa hip xray & I didn't get a consult from Dr Waters either) or any other medical procedure. I was heart-broken, since I'm still showing him in the ring.

I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Waters and how she took the time and talked to me and especially how she took her time with Sadie and let her calm down before she started her exam. We met Dr. Waters for second opinion on our yellow lab. She saw us the same day, performed a thorough exam, took digital x-ray's so clear she could easily explain and show the problems to us. The whole staff was compassionate, friendly, and overall amazing. Our whole family will be changing over to the Central Valley Animal Hospital for our pet care needs. We are very blessed to have such an amazing team in our county to provide superior care to our family pets. As a side note, this is a NEW clinic, not associated in any way with the VCA that was previously in this location.
