At first impression, this seems like an outstanding facility with top-notch care, until you realize they are in it for the money and not the care of the animal. I had three instances that all happened within a short period of time that helped me easily say goodbye and go to another facility. Mind you, I am happy to pay for services for my furry loved ones, but I am not about to be taken advantage of. These are the incidents that happened to me:1. As a new out-of-state patient, I advised the office that if they were missing any records for my pets from my prior vet to let me know because I had proof of all vaccinations and all were current. When one of my dogs came in for an Adequan injection only, the office advised my husband that she needed all of her yearly vaccinations + rabies also. She had all of these vaccinations from her prior vet the month before and therefore clearly did not need any of these injections. They risked my pets health and also charged me for unneeded vaccinations (totaling $64.00) until I raised the issue and reminded them that I had specifically told them that all pets were current and to bring any concerns to me. They refunded my money, but not without me making issue of it, and offered me an additional $20 for their malpractice.2. I inquired as to the cost of the Adequan injection (from point #1) before making an appointment knowing that my pet is expected to need this medication monthly for the rest of her life and was told the cost was about $22. (My prior vet charged $24 so that seemed very reasonable to me.)Actual cost for this was around $120. After my husband arrived home and gave me the bill, I called their office and questioned the cost. I was told this is the cost and that is the amount I was expected to pay. They had no explanation for giving me the $22 estimate originally. I was stuck paying this outrageous charge with their bait and switch tactics.Additionally, my dog refused to walk on the leg they gave the injection in for almost 4 weeks to the extent that I was making an appointment for hip replacement surgery in Pullman. It took a long time for her to bounce back from that injection, thankfully without the need for surgery.3. My dogs, being new to Washington, needed a Leptospirosis vaccination since the state we moved from was a desert state and this virus didn't exist there. I was told by this office that this was a 2-shot vaccination initially. They gave the first shot to all 5 of my dogs. After moving my pets to a different veterinarian, I asked them to give the second vaccination and was told we don't live in a high risk area and therefore only one vaccination was necessary. To add insult to injury, they tried to hold my pets' records from my prior vet hostage from my new vet because it would cost them $5 to mail the records. They received almost $2K from me in a one month period! Really, you are that cheap and unprofessional to not release my pets' records? My prior vet didn't ask anyone to pay for their postage to send the records to them in the first place.I can see having one unpleasant experience and letting it go, and after the second I start to raise my eyebrows. But three strikes and you're out! Read Less
