Expensive medications, made me pay for UA and blood work 3 times and said it was clear each time, Not true. Got a 2nd opinion and she had struvite crystals, a pretty easy and common ailment. Professional, friendly staff. We had to put our dog down, which is always difficult. The doc and staff made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. He went to sleep peacefully and painlessly. Dr. Hickey showed empathy, listening to our stories about Indie. Even though it was past closing time, no one rushed us out the door. I just wish they also practiced acupuncture and natural medicine in addition to the traditional approach to vetinary care. Read Less

My dog was very sick with a life threatening infection. They got me in in 30 minutes when my original vet couldn’t see her. Within a few hours she was in surgery. Dr. Hickey was kind and compassionate. She relieved my fears and went over in detail her techniques. Staff is friendly. I highly recommend them. They are now my new vet clinic. Read Less

Highly disappointed. My dog was diagnosed with Parvo virus. It was day 3 for him. It was more important to the staff (including veterinarians) to get my dog out of the facility, than to help him. I was given poor explanations and some fluids for him, before sending me on my way. There was no medicine, like antibiotics, given while we were there. He died 12 hours later. I called the next morning to inform the staff about my dog's passing. I received a voicemail afterwards, telling me not to bring back anything they handed me and just to flush it down the toilet! It could be that I am a single case in hundreds, but is it worth risking the life of your pet? Read Less

Giving them a 5 star review not only because that staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the vet was caring and informative. The 5th star is for the fact that this is the first clinic my cat went to that she wasn't freaked out. She didn't need to be forced out of her kennel. She didn't hide under my coat/shirt. She popped out of the kennel on her own and wandered around exploring the room, she would walk up to me and chirp and purr, before heading off to explore some more. The fact that my cat was relaxed and not stressed out by the whole experience (blood draw/x-rays/booster shots and nail trim) makes this vet clinic worth it! Read Less

After leaving Ridgetop vet where I had been a client 12 years, I found this wonderful clinic thanks to recommendation of good friend! Reminds me of how Ridgetop was when they first opened and customer service was number 1. My last visit to Ridgetop was a horrible experience having to put a dog down. Vet acted like I was wasting her time, and wasn't very compassionate at all. Love Dr Paulson who did all my dogs' surgeries, but he's not there much anymore. I'm SO happy with my new vet clinic and it gives me great piece of mind to know my animals are receiving quality and compassionate care! Thx to you all! Read Less

Our baby (mastiff) Zeus was shot with a shot gun on our property by a man in a "Bad mood" according to the police report! This clinic and it staff have been in constant contact with us until we were able to bring Zeus in for his follow up today! She has required monthly visits for the past 5 years and over the past 6 months I have noticed the service and communication get worse and worse. For 15 years i have been a client here for Drs Daigle. Have so appreicated their work in helping me be one of the top breeders in WA. I recommend my clients go here because they have been the best place to go. Last Monday I came in to find new staff, temporary Vets and the practice sold. Upset, hurt, frustrated and mad does not begin to describe it. The test i came in for was fouled up and it cost me several thousand dollars. I will not return and neither will my clients. This vet does everything I need, they make follow-up calls and take care of my dogs. If they didn't have the services required, such as for my dogs skin needs, they can provide referrals. I like that they're open on the weekends since I have a busy work schedule during the week. I just wish it wasn't so expensive to take my dog there for something as simple as a rabies vaccine. It costs over $100, that seems excessive to me.Read Less
