My dog has attended ATP daycare for over 2 years and just loves it. He isn't an easy dog- he is fearful of new people and can be quite a handful, behaviorally, but the staff at ATP have always handled him with such care despite his quirks. Well, first and last time customer of this place. Went to pick up our dogs after grooming, got hit with additional 'charge by the minute' charges for deshedding services. An extra $35 we were never made aware of before, during or after service. Leaves a bad taste to a new customer. On top of that, they never brushed our dogs teeth, which they were supposed to do. We've brought our puppy, Neville, here for both the Puppy Life I and Puppy Life II classes. It's been amazing to see the progress that he's made so far! Neville loves coming to class and he absolutely adores the trainer, Cara. He always runs right up to her and sits attentively at her feet. Cara has been warm, welcoming, patient, and very knowledgable. I really appreciate the focus on positive reinforcement and the individualized attention that we've received in class. The best do my 9-year old Bichon mix has ever gotten! I'm not picky about my dog's hair, but this was really the best grooming he's ever had. I love this place. He hadn't had a professional grooming in a year, I'd been doing it, & he was a mess. I expected some judging, but nope! Not at all. The groomer suggested a different cut with "puppy ears" instead of leaving them long. Great call. It really took years off his appearance.The front desk staff & the groomer are the nicest people we've encountered. The prices aren't outrageous either. We have been bringing our dog here for ten weeks now. He is just a puppy so we thought this would be good for him to go to daycare once a week. The first time he came home so tired! Yay! Us, one. Puppy, 0. But then every week after he hasn't been very tired afterward. It's a pretty small room they play in and we thought it would be good interaction. However, the trainers are sometimes actual trainers. they don't post videos on their facebook each day but more like once every week or two. It would have been nice to see him whenever he was in. And we never got an update at the end of the day, just a hand off. All in all, for the price of $30/day, I expected more: educated trainers, using opportunities to train our puppy instead of separating him when he gets possessive, videos each day on facebook, and a verbal update of the day when we pick him up. Tomorrow is his last day, if the above things happen, we'll consider coming back. In the meantime, we will find dog walkers on rover.com and check out Bonafide for our baby. Read Less

I've been brining my little Havanese to their day care since they opened and have absolutely nothing but praise for this place. They create a well supervised and structured day care (play group) for your dog, with a rotating calendar of daily activities for them to enjoy. The customer service is top notch, as it should be for your little or big dog. The fact that they have a vet attached to the day care is one of the reasons I bring my little guy there. It is easy to keep your dog in top physical condition, manage exams, and keep them well socialized with other dogs. The dogs are separated into large and small dog groups, and they both get turns to play on agility equipment, along with tons of toys, sleeping areas, etc. My only complaint would be that the city of Redmond did a poor job planning the parking situation for all of the businesses in this small complex. But walking a block when the lot is busy is well worth it. This place is for keeps! Read Less

i've taken my puppy here for grooming about 3 times after a recommendation from a friend.  The first 2 visits, i was very happy with the result. very well groomed, clean, smelling good and all.  The groomer Jamie really seemed like the best at those two times.  My puppy knows no strangers, he LOVES people, VERY FRIENDLY to other dogs.  other salons i've taken him to, i was told he was just the calmest puppy  they had seen.(i only changed salons because the cut wasn't that great.  2 times to PetSmart, once to Pet Stops here)On my first visit, even happy with the result, Jamie told my puppy was a bit of work which caught me off guard.  Second time, same response from her, saying he had hair knots-more complaining than not.  i was thinking 'that's why i pay u' in my head.What drew the line for me was the last  visit.  i did felt a lil hesitant, but hadn't found a new one yet so i said wth.when i dropped him off in Jamie's arms, my pupp was shaking so much, very afraid.  of course, i understand dogs never enjoy getting groomed, but that was a lil odd, i thought. when i picked him up, he dashed into my arms as soon as he saw me, and was still shaking.  i thought he was just excited to see me.  after getting home, i started to notice a few spots has been clipped out-no blending what so ever-especially around his ankles(which she complained before about his knots) looking uneven.  i told her the type of cuts and length specifically this time, brought a few pix as well, but looked nothing like it.  while my puppy laying next to me on a sofa, every little move i make, i say 'little move' he freaked out n jumped off sofa.  a lil noise he heard got him all alert. that's when i decided not to go back.  Even as a worrier of nature, that was a lil too strange and felt i was the most horrible dad putting him through such experience.  Granted grooming isn't the pupp's favorite thing to do, i don't want to feel unwelcomed or like i  had a bad-behaving, real piece of work dog. This is a really great training facility for pups. It's nothing fancy but its an easy location right off the freeway which is nice. The Puppy Life I class is offered at 2 times and I opted for the monday night classes which are a little late if you ask me. My shy 9 week old shiba inu started coming her to get her more socialized with other dogs her age. She was being shy at first but by the end of the 1st session she was coming out of her shell. After week 2 she was a different dog, friendly to other dogs and playful. Positive training techniques are so successful that I don't know why more people haven't heard of it. The exercises were very basic and my pup already knew some basic commands but it was still a great foundation for when we were training at home. for example, she was having a hard time walking on the leash with her puppy A.D.D. I would bring treats with me and when we got "stuck" in a spot as I called it and wouldn't listen. I would pull out a treat and play one of the games in class to get her refocused and engaged and we would continue on. The trainer is really nice and will answer any question you have and make recommendations for what you are going through with your puppy. I would definitely recommend this place. Every week, she would add some new activities and play off of the energy of the dogs. If they were really excited and wanted to play, then we would have off leash play time first then do our exercises and not stick to a rigid schedule which I think is key. The class sizes are small and you can jump in them at any time. The most dogs in a class we had was 4 when we went. Our 4 month old pup is now more confident around other dogs and socialized because of these classes. Read Less

Me and my dog have had nothing but positive experiences here. Reviews should really be for three separate services, the vet, the daycare and the grooming, but we've used all three and have no complaints. The front counter staff are excellent, and to the person who had the misfortunate of visiting at the same time as the dog with the runs, the vet services and daycare are in completely separate areas. My dog has been going to daycare and grooming here for over a year and he loves it. That, to me is the best measure of how good the place is. Every time we go, he bolts inside and sits by the door to daycare with tail wagging a mile a minute. This place has done more to socialize my rescue dog than anything else we've tried, including classes and two dog trainers. My dog is only 11 pounds and has never had an issue here. Never so much as a scratch.As for the grooming, they've had a bit of turnover, but the service has been good. Scrappy came home looking like the world's cutest dog Friday. Best cut ever. Read Less

Uh... Hello? Hello?I don't understand why it takes them so long to come back to the phones. Even after you leave a message with a live person, you don't get a call back. Seriously people! When customers are calling you for business, it would be wise to take their calls even if you have to hire one extra receptionist to handle call volumes. That extra hourly pay may be worth it. I call All Things Pawsitive when I need my dog to be in daycare once in awhile but they usually take a day to get back to me. I would take her elsewhere but I'm already registered here and it's a bit more convenient.  I've been taking my pooch here since they opened for daycare services. They have a cool picture uploading feature on Facebook so you can actually see what Fido was up to the whole day. They also do themed day events so that's cute too. Downside is that they have a very small patch of concrete land which is all the dogs get for outdoor time. It's literally the size of a walk in closet.It's aight if you're in the area. Meh Read Less

We send our dog to daycare at ATP and she loves it. She is a very high energy dog and she comes home from daycare WIPED OUT. We love it because not only do we know that she's playing hard and getting her energy out, but we also trust that the people at ATP are taking great care of her and we know she is having a great time- we can tell from the photos they post daily on Facebook! We've been frequenting this place for awhile now and have recently encountered issues with their daycare services. Having been through the puppy classes (Which we LOVED and cant say enough good things about their Trainer Carolyn) it disappoints me to right this review. I dont feel that they spend enough time actually watching the dogs and correcting behavior or stopping potential issues that dogs may have. Due to their negligence we received notice that our dog had an "incident' and that we would be responsible for covering any injuries made from our dog (who is a small non violent dog who LOVES other dogs, loves playing etc.) They neglected to stop the other dog from cornering/provoking our dog which she felt she needed to attack. Follow my advice and RUN away from this place, you and your dog will thank you! Read Less

The daycare couldn't be better. Kat & Brie are fantastic and the great care they give couldn't be more appreciated. It's not hard to tell that Max loves it here, but I also love all the photos that show me just how much fun he has all day! We also took advantage of the "Basic Manners" clicker training. We recently got two three-month old puppies, and before adopting them, did a lot of research on daycares to make sure they would have a safe environment to be in while we were at work. We selected this one because even though they are new, they are owned by a veterinary hospital (which is next door) which actually got good reviews for daycare prior to their expansion. The daycare coordinators (Carla & Kat) have a lot of dog training & care experience and have been great about slowly helping socialize the puppies to other dogs, making sure they go out on a regular basis for potty breaks, and ensuring that they are happy & comfortable away from home. They also have training and grooming services here which is super convenient for us - they have all positive reinforcement training, which matches how we want to raise the dogs, so we will definitely be taking advantage of these extra services to get them used to groomers and growing up to be happy well-behaved pups! I preface this review by saying that we've been taking our dog to Petco in Redmond Town Center for grooming for the past few years, and have been very happy with them there! But I recently got a Groupon for this new facility, which I pass every day, and I couldn't pass up the deal. So I decided to try them out....And it was a terrific experience! First, it was super convenient, filling out all the forms and requesting an appt online. Lauren called me back promptly and advised that the first Saturday opening was 2+ weeks away. I took that slot, although I wasn't sure if my pooch could really wait another 2 weeks, as she was looking rather Yeti-esque. A few hours later, Lauren called to say there was an opening this coming Saturday, and I jumped on that available slot. Next, I had to drop off pooch very early on Saturday, as I had a 0730 hr appt elsewhere. To my pleasant surprise, there was a lady (Tess) there already at 0650 hrs, and she let me in and got my dog checked in right away. She was very efficient and very friendly. I was out the door by 0700 hrs.I called the place around 1000 hrs (it may have been earlier) to see when pooch would be ready. I was told I could come to get her in 15 minutes! I remember thinking, this is a WAY faster turn-around time than at Petco. When I got my dog, she looked absolutely AMAZING. As good a groom job - or better - than anywhere I had ever gone. And she wasn't all stressed out, as she usually is when I get her from grooming appointments. Even without the Groupon, this groomer charges a lot less than Petco does. For a small dog, it costs $35. For those of us on a budget, this is a big savings. Lastly, today we got a message on our phone from this groomer, asking how our pooch was doing, if we were happy with the grooming job, is there anything they could be doing better, and wondering if we'd be returning in the future. What terrific follow up!I am SO happy with this place: the online conveniences, the hours of operation, the staff, the actual grooming job done, the follow up, and the cost.
