I saw Dr. Wise this morning for a 2nd opinion for my 15 YO dog, (should have been my 1st choice). As other have said the staff is great and Dr. Wise took the time to explained the situation and the different options. You can tell the staff really cares about your pets/family member. I had a wonderful experience here with my kitty Toby. Toby got neutered here and the staff was so great with him. They even called the next day to check in. Toby is literally back to normal mode the next day, playing as usual and not crying out in pain. The staff and the vet were helpful in explaining the procedure and before/after care. They weren't pushy with vaccines which was a big plus for me. I will definitely be going back here when necessary! Read Less

I highly recommend the Redmond-Fall City animal hospital. We have been going there since we moved to Carnation in 2013. They've been outstanding in a variety of situations. We have a diabetic cat, an adventurous pug, and they were so kind at the passing of our very old cat when we first visited. My dog injured his back and they stayed past closing (9pm) to wait for us to get him meds. That was amazing!!!I ended up having a specific issue, and the owner contacted me directly...on his vacation!!! He made sure to address all my questions and concerns in a respectful manner. Jasmine had her annual physical at RFCAH. Dr. Maillet was her vet, and Jasmine loves her. The service of all of the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly, as usual. We trust their judgement, recommendations, and advice, and rely on their expertise. The personal touch, such as prompt phone calls after visits and procedures to check on our pet, report test results, etc., are exceptional, as well. The new remodel of the facility is very nice and inviting, too. We love RFCAH! I have been bringing our pets to RFCAH since 1995. We appreciate and value all of the veterinarians and their staff. All are professional in every way. Jasmine and I are now a Pet Partners Pet Therapy Team, and RFCAH was integral in recommending us and in assisting us with all of the paperwork necessary regarding the veterinary part of the application process. Our cat decided it would be a good idea to eat around 4 feet of string off of a kids toy. We took him to an ER vet initially, and the cost of surgery was prohibitive. I called around (basically hysterical) trying to find more reasonable prices for the surgery. This office got us in within hours and did the surgery. Our cat is back to causing problems and healthy as ever. The surgery was even less than the estimate, which was so appreciated. $2K later, they will likely now be our regular vet. Read Less

I take my chameleons to Dr. Mitchell. She does an absolutely wonderful job and diagnosing, not selling me every thing in the book, very reasonably priced and such a lovely kind person. Have been going to RFCAH for 18+ years and love it. I take my dogs and cats to see Dr. Hartung and she is the best! Very thorough with examinations and spends enough time at each visit so I leave knowing that my pets got great care and all my questions/concerns are answered. Dr. Hartung has a great approach to pet care in that she doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments but will give you an honest and practical answer when it comes to making important decisions about your pet's health.
