I brought my 4 year old cat here as a new patient today. Our entire experience for both of us couldn't have been better. All of the staff there was courteous, professional, super knowledgeable and very patient. I never felt like treatment options were forced on me, I never felt judged by declining a treatment, and I felt like all recommendations were given in the best interest of my cat rather than in the best interest of profiting the corporate pocket. As a new patient, our exam was free and the vaccine for our cat was reasonably priced at $27. I don't live nearby but this is the vet clinic that we will always be bringing our beloved pet too. Glad to have found it

VCA Redmond is a great vet hospital. We relocated from Chicago and had an amazing vet hospital there, so we were a bit apprehensive about a new place.
VCA is really nice, though. It's in a good location and strongly encourages appointments, though you can walk in, but you'll just get signed up for the next available spot.
The staff there is so friendly! They always greet us warmly and most of them know and greet our dog on sight. They've got treats to give out and Carlos the Cat is lovely to pet and fawn over.
The veterinarians there are fantastic and attentive. They always follow up after appointments and do their best to give you plenty of options.

They were VERY accommodating for an emergency situation with our dog, 30 minutes before closing on a weekend, and this was our first visit there. Somehow our pupper ripped out a nail (the whole dang thing was straight up missing!) and she was gushing blood. Our normal vet was closed and so were several others we called. These guys were closing soon but squeezed us in. They were very upfront about procedure and costs (which were very reasonable considering) and stayed an hour past closing patching her up. And they had a great attitude about it the whole time. The care she got was excellent and I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciate it!

Great doctors and staff. They are very good about giving me options about treatment. My only problem is I feel the cost is high. The care is great though. I guess you be what you pay for.

Ashley Warren did a phenomenal job with our cats cancer removal surgery. He was a happy cat again just a few days later! Also came in below the estimated cost, so no complaints from us.

We went to the vet emergency and they told us our puppy shouldn't received those vaccine, it's unnecessary for our dog. VCA redmond should have told us about that. Now I am highly doubt about their expertise.

I brought my 4 year old cat here as a new patient today. Our entire experience for both of us couldn't have been better. All of the staff there was courteous, professional, super knowledgeable and very patient. I never felt like treatment options were forced on me, I never felt judged by declining a treatment, and I felt like all recommendations were given in the best interest of my cat rather than in the best interest of profiting the corporate pocket. They were VERY accommodating for an emergency situation with our dog, 30 minutes before closing on a weekend, and this was our first visit there. Somehow our pupper ripped out a nail (the whole dang thing was straight up missing!) and she was gushing blood. Our normal vet was closed and so were several others we called.
