So wonderful with my service dog. Explained everything to me in ways I could understand. They will definitely be my "go to" doctors for all his eye care needs.

The most amazing staff! The doctors, techs and front desk staff were helpful and supportive as I made hard decisions about my dog's eye care. Post-op was no different, just great caring people.

Their very caring staff took great care of my older Dane. It would be nice if there was a more comfortable area for dogs to sit in the lobby.

Friendly caring staff and competent Dr.; Nice, comfortable waiting room. FRESH homemade cookies and complimentary beverages. Our little dog Stella generally has a difficult time, suffering great anxiety when visiting the Vet. She was set at ease, and made comfortable by the Dr. and assistant. Enough to ease her nerves; so he could perform a successful examination. :-) Read Less

My dog Georgia Peach, is a very obnoxious, wiggly boxer, with a corneal ulcer and laceration in her left eye that has been having a difficult time healing- thanks to her breed and her fascination with a cat that did not want to be her friend. I came to Northwest Animal eye and had a GREAT experience. I currently work as a Veterinary Assistant at another hospital, and I highly recommend Northwest Animal Eye Specialists. The whole experience was amazing- from the administrative assistants to the veterinary assistants, technicians and the veterinary opthamologists. I'm impressed with the care and energy of the staff, as well as the willingness to explain their procedures (I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to dealWith). Thank you so much Dr. Tofflemire, for your excellent care- and to both your assistant and Technician. I wouldn't hate it if I have to return, but fingers crossed that I don't have to. :) Read Less

We needed to find a new ophthalmologist for our beloved fur baby after moving to Washington. Our dog had NEVER been to a vet where she didn't growl or get upset at until this one, she stays calm the whole time!  The staff is all SO friendly and caring so she must be able to feel that. This office is very clean and new and professional. I am SO grateful to have found them to help our pup with her needs (cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye & eye removal with prosthesis all diagnosed *& surgeries before we moved). The doc suggested a new regime for the eye drops for our pup and was thorough in discussing the whole process with us. Would recommend to anyone with animal eye doc needs! Read Less

We were referred here after business hours. My dogs optometrist and his assistant came to the office within an hour! We got to meet the rest of the staff in our follow up visits. You can tell they really care about animals. This seems rare now. Most of the vets I visit seem to see it as just a job. My dog trusts the staff here too and he gets chicken when he comes here. The humans get cookies! I noticed there were chocolate chip cookies available for humans all 3 times I came. My boyfriend thinks they're delicious and another couple was bummed all the cookies were gone by the time they arrived. I guess they must be good! Anyway if your animal friends ever have an eye injury, this is the place to go! Read Less
