I brought my 13-year-old diabetic Golden Retriever to Scatter Creek under the recommendation of multiple friends when I desperately needed a second opinion. My girl was having serious pee problems (common for diabetics) and was slowly becoming ill. My former vet, Banfield, continued to deny antibiotics and just told me to up her insulin dosage and push vaccinations and their Wellness Plan on us.In less than 24 hours, Scatter Creek properly diagnosed her with a severe bladder infection, got her on antibiotics and complimenting herbal supplements, and began suggesting long term supplements and plan to help prevent it from happening again. She hugged me and gave me the time we needed to say goodbye, providing the privacy to make the moment as peaceful as it could be. And when it came, it was done with such care that it really felt like my girl just fell asleep.Dr. Suess and the Scatter Creek team went above and beyond to make such a difficult, tragic moment the best they could for us. I would recommend them to everyone. Read Less
