Always attentive and treats your animal like the family member, just as you do with the best of care. I always know when I need to take one of the several animals we have, that they are always in good hands. I have been through a lot with all the animals we have, and they have always been there. Also the pet plan is a fantastic option, as it saves you lots of money. Free bi annual full check ups, free office visits, and 20% off most all other services.
I highly recommend this great team.

We take our three cats and two dogs to Banfield. It’s super nice to have them on Wellness plans so that they call us every six months when they are due for shots or a checkup and we just take them in....
We take our three cats and two dogs to Banfield. It’s super nice to have them on Wellness plans so that they call us every six months when they are due for shots or a checkup and we just take them in. They found out that our dog had a bladder infection and we didn’t even know anything was wrong, so it’s so helpful to have a proactive check.
We also have office visits covered which means whenever something happens we don’t have to worry about getting them checked. They are usually to get us in pretty quick in those situations too.
For anyone who just wants to make sure their pet stays healthy regularly, I’d highly recommend Banfield and the Wellness plans.

ICK, my cat picked up ringworm here.... We brought our kitten to Banfield for his free first vet check and several days later he started showing symptoms- we brought him to another vet who stated he probably contracted it from getting handled or in the waiting room at Banfield. The free first visit has not been worth all the money we are now spending on medication and vet visits to treat the ringworm! The service was fast and the staff was helpful, but they might want to sterilize their areas more frequently!

I took my dog in for an ear problem. They were suppose to have cleaned her ear and put her on medication. They didn't clean her ear and the medication I later found out through the Internet that it can cause deafness in your dog. $275 is what I paid to have my dog no longer hear me. They should of informed me that this product can cause deafness but they didn't and went on and prescribed it. I went in again a week later for a check up and asked them to really clean her ears this time, still they took her back and pretended to do it. Don't take your dog to this vet, they all stand around doing nothing and when you pay them to do something they still do nothing. They are the worst vet I've ever been to. My dog no longer hears me which is very sad to say for me but mostly for my loveable dog.

What a fabulous experience. I have a dog that --Value Pet--labeled as aggressive. They even wanted to put her to sleep to exam her routinely. Knowing this Shortens a dogs life I was greatly worried about this and opted for an alternative. Well--I found "The Vet Team" Danica the Practice Manager, Dr.Kim, every single person we have interacted with has been fabulous! They played with my animal child like their own, gave her fabulous care, explained every single thing. That was just the start of our experience. We could not be happier !!!

I think the Banfield Wellness Plan is a great deal. The dental cleanings alone make it a savings. We see Dr. Cantrell, and I think she is wonderful. We choose in office exams rather than the drop off, as the drop off visits are not to my liking and cause our large dog a lot of stress. It's quick, affordable, and done correctly. I really like Dr. Cantrell, and would highly recommend requesting her specifically as well as in office exams. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it is a busy place and at times front desk can be a little overtasked, but always good people.

I've been coming here for a few years. I've never had a problem before. Now the last two times that I've brought my cat Diablo here he's come home incredibly stressed. The first visit the vet tech proceeded to tell me it was "my cats fault for being overweight and that's why they couldn't find a vein to draw blood for tests." She was completely rude and took no accountability which lead me to concern about what they were doing to my cat after he came home with many parts of his body shaved off. The second time they informed me that they couldn't do the tests because "he was hissing and swatting" isn't that what cats do??? Hello "kitty scruff and pull" if he's stressed out him in the kennel and let him calm down instead was of trying to sell me drugs to give to my cat!This is what I know, he's been coming there for years now the last two times he's been incredibly stressed out and I've been extremely concerned how my cat is being handled. I don't know if there turnover in vet techs or doctors but I am not subjecting my cat to a place where I fear for his safety!DUECES BANFIELD

I'm giving two stars instead of one because I can tell the staff here cares a lot about my pets. However, they seriously lack organization and consideration for guardians. I've had to reschedule almost every single appointment due to front desk staff blunders, I've been overcharged due to bad communication between vets (always see a different one and they never seem to be consistent or communicate with one another so lots of contrasting advice and recommendations for procedures), AND my pet was put in danger bc a staff member neglected to give us before and after care instructions, even after we asked. Overall wonderful people but really unprofessional and absent minded, not what you want in a vet office.

Had to take my baby IVY for anal gland issues (gross) but the staff was nice and to the point what came next was a surprise. My 2 pound chihuahua doesn't like anyone to touch her, I knew this was gonna be difficult and I was worried for their safety. Dr. Kim came in and told me it was gonna be too difficult because she was in pain and he didn't want her to suffer. About 30 mins later here comes my sweet baby all warm wrapped in a towel being held by an angel named Amanda she was able to express the gland flush it and to top it off even trimmer her nails with all the care of a sweet mother, I will come back for her and for this reason you should bring your fur babies here too.Side note I'm super poor and they seemed to be very sympathetic to this.

I've never been to this Banfield and I don't ever plan on it after my experience calling in today. My dog cut her paw and it keeps bleeding when she walks on it, so I called to see what time they were open until with the hopes of possibly getting in this evening before they close for Thanksgiving. The person that answered was beyond rude. She informed me in a snooty voice that they were closing in 20 minutes and they were trying to get all of their patients out right now. No concern for my dog, no suggestions, nothing.

I've been using Banfield Pet hospital on Aurora for over a decade. They've been my primary healthcare provider for three cats and a dog and I've had the wellness plan for all of that time. Yes, it automatically renews - canceling it is a short phone call. What you get for the plan is really great value for money (try paying for pet emergencies at a regular vet, or treat aging animals who begin to develop serious conditions). Those people who are slamming the wellness plan really haven't tapped into its benefits. The people who work at Banfield are fabulous. Veterinarian care is a tough job. The people who sign up for this work have a degree of patience and positivity that's hard to find. At Banfield, I've always found the staff extremely helpful, attentive and caring. They develop bonds with your pets and they always know them by name when they arrive in the crate or on a leash. Banfield has helped me go through the rough experience of putting two of my pets to sleep and their approach, empathy and professionalism was exemplary. Over the years, they've made check-in/check-out much more efficient and they do a really great job of explaining everything that you are being charged for and they really try to encourage you to use your wellness plan benefits. I'm sad to say I'm moving out of state and I won't get to use them again. I'll be finding a Banfield in my next home though.

The people at Banfield saved my dog's life. While we were waiting to have Ginger (my golden retriever) spayed, she ended up with pyometra. Pyometra requires an immediate emergency spay surgery, and the amount the ER would have charged was sky high. We wanted very desperately to save her life, so we called her vet at Banfield and explained what had happened. The vet canceled all the appointments that day so she could do my dog's surgery right away. The surgery was also much more affordable because of our plan. Ginger is now alive and very healthy today! I will be forever thankful that my best friend wasn't taken away at such a young age.

I have taken my pets to many different vet hospitals over the years, and I also worked for a large regional chain. My experience has almost always been negative. When a co-worker of mine recommended taking our dog to Banfield, I was hesitant at first because like many people in Seattle, I dislike "big box" stores. Our Golden Retriever needed a dental cleaning and is getting long in the tooth, so we opted for the top level wellness plan, and we have been very satisfied with the quality of care and service. The cost of just a dental cleaning at many of the vet hospitals in the Seattle area easily exceeds the annual cost of the plan. It's a great value and I feel it allows the doctors to practice better medicine. Dr. Minton is so knowledgable and caring, and everyone that works there has been friendly and professional. Take a look at the care plans and do the math, especially if your pet is older. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

The vets, vet techs and other service reps provide great service for my beloved pug at the North Seattle location. The staff are always excited to see him and genuinely care about his well-being. Getting in for an appointment is never a problem, and the location is perfect. The hours are great benefit, too.
When I first got my dog, it had been 15 years since I had been responsible for any type of pet. Buying the wellness plan gave me a peace of mind knowing that every little thing that I might be afraid of could be inspected at a moment's notice. It also reduces the overall cost of care and makes the cost more predictable.
The Wellness-Plan became important when I discovered a lump on his bottom. The vets and nurses kept me aware of his condition throughout the procedure to remove his mass cell tumor. They even recommended that I combine it with a dental cleaning in order to cover the cost of anesthesia.
Some people have complained about it being a chain. To me this is a wonderful advantage. His medical records are on-line, and if I'm traveling or my dog is being boarded, I know that there will be a Banfield Pet Hospital nearby.

Beware of wellness plan renewals without notification. Banfield will "work with your bank" (depending on what bank you have perhaps), renew your plan without your notification. The plan was initially under a completely different card number when the plan started over a year ago. Banfield come renewal time, never gave us a notice before taking money out of the new card, a new card number which was never given to Banfield!Again, just beware of this business practice of non consenting plan renewals. It is absolutely shameful.

They will pad your bill with ridiculous items. They sound like they are cheap but start adding stuff until you just can't take it anymore. I found out that doing shots over again after they have already been done is NOT good for your puppy but they insisted on repeating shots the breeder had done. My dog caught ear mites at a year. The bill for ear mites was $130. and included weird stuff like "Ear prep kit". What the h*ll is a ear prep kit? You grab the ear, shoot some ear mite remedy in which sells for $8. and you're done! Total rip off! The next time he caught ear mites, again(!) I went back to the breeder and she did it for FREE!!!

We take our three cats and two dogs to Banfield. It’s super nice to have them on Wellness plans so that they call us every six months when they are due for shots or a checkup and we just take them in....
We take our three cats and two dogs to Banfield. It’s super nice to have them on Wellness plans so that they call us every six months when they are due for shots or a checkup and we just take them in. They found out that our dog had a bladder infection and we didn’t even know anything was wrong, so it’s so helpful to have a proactive check.
We also have office visits covered which means whenever something happens we don’t have to worry about getting them checked. They are usually to get us in pretty quick in those situations too.
For anyone who just wants to make sure their pet stays healthy regularly, I’d highly recommend Banfield and the Wellness plans.

ICK, my cat picked up ringworm here.... We brought our kitten to Banfield for his free first vet check and several days later he started showing symptoms- we brought him to another vet who stated he probably contracted it from getting handled or in the waiting room at Banfield. The free first visit has not been worth all the money we are now spending on medication and vet visits to treat the ringworm! The service was fast and the staff was helpful, but they might want to sterilize their areas more frequently!

I took my dog in for an ear problem. They were suppose to have cleaned her ear and put her on medication. They didn't clean her ear and the medication I later found out through the Internet that it can cause deafness in your dog. $275 is what I paid to have my dog no longer hear me. They should of informed me that this product can cause deafness but they didn't and went on and prescribed it. I went in again a week later for a check up and asked them to really clean her ears this time, still they took her back and pretended to do it. Don't take your dog to this vet, they all stand around doing nothing and when you pay them to do something they still do nothing. They are the worst vet I've ever been to. My dog no longer hears me which is very sad to say for me but mostly for my loveable dog.

What a fabulous experience. I have a dog that --Value Pet--labeled as aggressive. They even wanted to put her to sleep to exam her routinely. Knowing this Shortens a dogs life I was greatly worried about this and opted for an alternative. Well--I found "The Vet Team" Danica the Practice Manager, Dr.Kim, every single person we have interacted with has been fabulous! They played with my animal child like their own, gave her fabulous care, explained every single thing. That was just the start of our experience. We could not be happier !!!

I think the Banfield Wellness Plan is a great deal. The dental cleanings alone make it a savings. We see Dr. Cantrell, and I think she is wonderful. We choose in office exams rather than the drop off, as the drop off visits are not to my liking and cause our large dog a lot of stress. It's quick, affordable, and done correctly. I really like Dr. Cantrell, and would highly recommend requesting her specifically as well as in office exams. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it is a busy place and at times front desk can be a little overtasked, but always good people.

I've been coming here for a few years. I've never had a problem before. Now the last two times that I've brought my cat Diablo here he's come home incredibly stressed. The first visit the vet tech proceeded to tell me it was "my cats fault for being overweight and that's why they couldn't find a vein to draw blood for tests." She was completely rude and took no accountability which lead me to concern about what they were doing to my cat after he came home with many parts of his body shaved off. The second time they informed me that they couldn't do the tests because "he was hissing and swatting" isn't that what cats do??? Hello "kitty scruff and pull" if he's stressed out him in the kennel and let him calm down instead was of trying to sell me drugs to give to my cat!This is what I know, he's been coming there for years now the last two times he's been incredibly stressed out and I've been extremely concerned how my cat is being handled. I don't know if there turnover in vet techs or doctors but I am not subjecting my cat to a place where I fear for his safety!DUECES BANFIELD

I'm giving two stars instead of one because I can tell the staff here cares a lot about my pets. However, they seriously lack organization and consideration for guardians. I've had to reschedule almost every single appointment due to front desk staff blunders, I've been overcharged due to bad communication between vets (always see a different one and they never seem to be consistent or communicate with one another so lots of contrasting advice and recommendations for procedures), AND my pet was put in danger bc a staff member neglected to give us before and after care instructions, even after we asked. Overall wonderful people but really unprofessional and absent minded, not what you want in a vet office.

Had to take my baby IVY for anal gland issues (gross) but the staff was nice and to the point what came next was a surprise. My 2 pound chihuahua doesn't like anyone to touch her, I knew this was gonna be difficult and I was worried for their safety. Dr. Kim came in and told me it was gonna be too difficult because she was in pain and he didn't want her to suffer. About 30 mins later here comes my sweet baby all warm wrapped in a towel being held by an angel named Amanda she was able to express the gland flush it and to top it off even trimmer her nails with all the care of a sweet mother, I will come back for her and for this reason you should bring your fur babies here too.Side note I'm super poor and they seemed to be very sympathetic to this.

I've never been to this Banfield and I don't ever plan on it after my experience calling in today. My dog cut her paw and it keeps bleeding when she walks on it, so I called to see what time they were open until with the hopes of possibly getting in this evening before they close for Thanksgiving. The person that answered was beyond rude. She informed me in a snooty voice that they were closing in 20 minutes and they were trying to get all of their patients out right now. No concern for my dog, no suggestions, nothing.

I've been using Banfield Pet hospital on Aurora for over a decade. They've been my primary healthcare provider for three cats and a dog and I've had the wellness plan for all of that time. Yes, it automatically renews - canceling it is a short phone call. What you get for the plan is really great value for money (try paying for pet emergencies at a regular vet, or treat aging animals who begin to develop serious conditions). Those people who are slamming the wellness plan really haven't tapped into its benefits. The people who work at Banfield are fabulous. Veterinarian care is a tough job. The people who sign up for this work have a degree of patience and positivity that's hard to find. At Banfield, I've always found the staff extremely helpful, attentive and caring. They develop bonds with your pets and they always know them by name when they arrive in the crate or on a leash. Banfield has helped me go through the rough experience of putting two of my pets to sleep and their approach, empathy and professionalism was exemplary. Over the years, they've made check-in/check-out much more efficient and they do a really great job of explaining everything that you are being charged for and they really try to encourage you to use your wellness plan benefits. I'm sad to say I'm moving out of state and I won't get to use them again. I'll be finding a Banfield in my next home though.

The people at Banfield saved my dog's life. While we were waiting to have Ginger (my golden retriever) spayed, she ended up with pyometra. Pyometra requires an immediate emergency spay surgery, and the amount the ER would have charged was sky high. We wanted very desperately to save her life, so we called her vet at Banfield and explained what had happened. The vet canceled all the appointments that day so she could do my dog's surgery right away. The surgery was also much more affordable because of our plan. Ginger is now alive and very healthy today! I will be forever thankful that my best friend wasn't taken away at such a young age.

I have taken my pets to many different vet hospitals over the years, and I also worked for a large regional chain. My experience has almost always been negative. When a co-worker of mine recommended taking our dog to Banfield, I was hesitant at first because like many people in Seattle, I dislike "big box" stores. Our Golden Retriever needed a dental cleaning and is getting long in the tooth, so we opted for the top level wellness plan, and we have been very satisfied with the quality of care and service. The cost of just a dental cleaning at many of the vet hospitals in the Seattle area easily exceeds the annual cost of the plan. It's a great value and I feel it allows the doctors to practice better medicine. Dr. Minton is so knowledgable and caring, and everyone that works there has been friendly and professional. Take a look at the care plans and do the math, especially if your pet is older. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

The vets, vet techs and other service reps provide great service for my beloved pug at the North Seattle location. The staff are always excited to see him and genuinely care about his well-being. Getting in for an appointment is never a problem, and the location is perfect. The hours are great benefit, too.
When I first got my dog, it had been 15 years since I had been responsible for any type of pet. Buying the wellness plan gave me a peace of mind knowing that every little thing that I might be afraid of could be inspected at a moment's notice. It also reduces the overall cost of care and makes the cost more predictable.
The Wellness-Plan became important when I discovered a lump on his bottom. The vets and nurses kept me aware of his condition throughout the procedure to remove his mass cell tumor. They even recommended that I combine it with a dental cleaning in order to cover the cost of anesthesia.
Some people have complained about it being a chain. To me this is a wonderful advantage. His medical records are on-line, and if I'm traveling or my dog is being boarded, I know that there will be a Banfield Pet Hospital nearby.

Beware of wellness plan renewals without notification. Banfield will "work with your bank" (depending on what bank you have perhaps), renew your plan without your notification. The plan was initially under a completely different card number when the plan started over a year ago. Banfield come renewal time, never gave us a notice before taking money out of the new card, a new card number which was never given to Banfield!Again, just beware of this business practice of non consenting plan renewals. It is absolutely shameful.

They will pad your bill with ridiculous items. They sound like they are cheap but start adding stuff until you just can't take it anymore. I found out that doing shots over again after they have already been done is NOT good for your puppy but they insisted on repeating shots the breeder had done. My dog caught ear mites at a year. The bill for ear mites was $130. and included weird stuff like "Ear prep kit". What the h*ll is a ear prep kit? You grab the ear, shoot some ear mite remedy in which sells for $8. and you're done! Total rip off! The next time he caught ear mites, again(!) I went back to the breeder and she did it for FREE!!!
