Greentree Animal Hospital

Seattle, Washington
General Info
Greentree Animal Hospital in Seattle examines overlooked details such as a pet's stance initiation, eye fixation points, and shoulder drop timing. Across Washington, that kind of insight drives better outcomes. The session initiates with spatial reading where observers examine how pets anchor their weight alongside the frequency of their eye movements and whether their tails move with stable motions or show hesitation. Based on those readings staff members position themselves diagonally when direct approaches cause tension and opt for pauses instead of vocal cues when animals display over-attunement. Initial tools are placed within view but not in motion allowing pets to visually normalize the space before any engagement begins. Greentree Animal Hospital delivers integrative diagnostic services alongside surgical consultations and pain tracking while offering sensory response care and structured mobility rehabilitation. Each treatment adapts in real time. Whenever a pet flattens its posture or redirects its gaze the session reverts to anchoring techniques which may involve patterned movement or rhythmic steps to restore calmness. Aftercare plans for owners focus on visual and tactile pacing techniques including how to extend hands in side arcs when to add movement contrast and methods for guiding reentry into routines using visual anchors. This mechanism prevents post-visit behavior from reaching unnecessary peaks while maintaining consistent care routines at home. Greentree Animal Hospital delivers an intricate communication experience through silent signals and responsive pacing to Seattle families and Washington pet owners.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Greentree and Dr. Kleven. This is by far the best veterinary clinic I've visited in Seattle. Dr. Kleven and all of the staff are great. They take the time to get to know your pets, and you can immediately tell that they genuinely love animals. Dr. Kleven is the vet for my two new kitties, and I am impressed with the amount of time he takes to examine them and explain things to me in depth. My first visit was free because he participates in the Humane Society's program that covers first vet exams post-adoption. Unlike other clinics I've visited where the vets are often distant and the goal seems to be to cycle through as many customers as possible, everyone at Greentree takes the time to build a relationship with both me and my pets. Dr. Kleven is frequently out in the reception area and feels very accessible. He's humorous and easy going, and he has a great 'bedside manner'. All in all, a great clinic! Read Less

Dr. Kleven and his wonderful staff provide the perfect balance of compassion and professionalism to both the animal and its owner(s). After relocating here from the East coast, we visited other veterinarians in the area so that we could get our pup established with a practice for future visits. And while each one that we visited was nice and probably good, none seemed like the right fit...until we visited Greentree Animal Hospital and found Dr. Kleven and his staff. From the first greeting, through the information they requested, the office visit and even the check-out process - every service was top-notch and clearly done with our pet (and us!) in mind. I read all of the reviews and took my dog to McKim based on your threads. The experience was not good - I too had a misdiagnosed dog /lots of unnecessary tests and he refered me to dermotologist but it was lymphoma (cancer). Going forward for people that read the blog reviews, our experience in details is probably more helpful. For instance, if you only go to McKim 1X a year for shots then, you more then likely would say it was a good experience. Did your dog have cancer and stating what steps and proceedures he suggested and the follow up of your pet progress. This type of detail might be more helpful to people like myself that rely on your feedback and trust in your opinion. I have been through an awful lot and love the dog enormously. Yes, I feel cheated - and in the back of my mind, I cant help but wonder, if we had caught it sooner and got the dog to chemo 4 months earlier, would it make a difference? We pet owners are very compassionate when it comes to Vets and believe that every Vet has been in the position of having a misdiagnosis- We just hope its not our pet that is the receipient of such bad news.
