I've been taking my pets here for about 6 months, and I have a dog and a cat.The staff here are fantastic; we've moved around the world, so I really find value in a veterinary clinic that wants you to be in the know. I've called with questions many times and never been rushed or pressured to make appointments, and they've always been willing to work with me. For example, I have a 12 year old cat who can be a handful: difficult to shave, difficult to collect urine samples from, etc. I outlined my concerns before our visit and the front desk remembered and was able to help me make the choices that were best for my cat (not the most expensive).Recently my boyfriend and I adopted a dog from Homeward Pet. They provide a free exam certificate, but MSAH was not one of the vets listed. I called and spoke to a member of staff and she asked me to email the certificate over. I did, and a couple hours later they verified that they could take it. We brought her in that same day, got the exam, and were told that she was very healthy. They did offer (not recommend, but offer) a few services that we could choose, but didn't push it when we weren't interested.Over all, I'm very happy. The prices, which many people bring up, are fair. I say this as someone who has had pets in three US states and two provinces in Korea. They give print outs beforehand and ask for approval for any procedures. Yes, there is a technician fee and a disposal fee ($20 total, I believe). If $20 makes and breaks your budget, skip the Starbucks and don't live on the west coast! Read Less
