Very caring and attentive staff, if a little overextended. It's obvious they're very busy here, but they make every opportunity to help you and your pet in a timely manner. My old cat Jonesy has bad teeth (we brush and add a dental supplement to his water everyday), so we brought him here for a check-up. After some blood work the doctor found out he had renal failure as well. He stayed overnight at their clinic, had some more tests done, then had his teeth cleaned the next day. The staff here are very skilled and know what they're talking about. They obviously don't try to push products on you to make themselves more money. I think this is why Jonesy's overnight and treatment came to be so reasonably priced.I hope they are around for a long time, as I feel I've finally found a vet clinic good enough to replace Cat Clinic that closed down a few years ago. Dr. Obegi and Dr. Rickel are outstanding veterinarians. I recommend them to all of my friends, especially for rats and other small mammals. I have brought several of my rats here for routine checkups, tumor removal, euthanasia, neuter/spay, and other illnesses like respiratory and abscess. I have always received very good care and great service from the rest of the staff as well. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! Especially if you need to get him/her neutered or spayed. We took our Husky here to have her fixed yesterday and we were quoted $450 to cover all cost and we come back the next day (as they insisted that they have to hold female dogs overnight), and our bill was $670!! $220 more than out quote. They were really rude in helping us figure out the bill and the bottom line is I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS VET. We took our Husky here to have her fixed yesterday and we were quoted $450. They said that that included all the costs associated with the procedure, microchip, and medication. We come back the next day (as they insisted that they have to hold female dogs overnight), and our bill was $670!!! From the bill it looks like they basically just nickeled and dimed us. Come on now. I'm a college student and I can't afford to be taken advantage of like that. If you quote someone a cost for service it should be within a reasonable range of that! We could have easily taken our girl somewhere else and spent 2/3 as much. When we brought this up to the receptionist, her response was ""well you chose to bring her here!"" Yes I meant to put an exclamation mark there because she was treating us like garbage and had some serious attitude. When we talked to the vet (Dr. Obegi) about the costs her excuse was simply that they had to give her special medication because she's a pure breed! Does that really account for a $220 difference. To me it appeared as though their only concern was to take as much money form me as possible. I will never go back to this place and because my experience was so awful, I'm going to take the time out of my busy schedule to write a review on every review page I can find to try and save some other poor soul from being taken advantage of the way that I just was. Love Dr. Obegi and staff. They've treated our 3 dogs, 2 cats and various foster dogs with the best care we could ask for! My neighbors and dog groomer all use Allpet Vet as well---their prices are so reasonable and you always feel like Dr. Obegi is engaging you in the process of your pets care---not talking at you, which I truly appreciate! Will never go anywhere else:)Read Less
