Nice facility, friendly staff. I only used them to cremate my cat after he got hit by a car. I bought a package where they take a paw print and you get that and an urn or a little box for the ashes.

Nice facility, friendly staff. I only used them to cremate my cat after he got hit by a car. I bought a package where they take a paw print and you get that and an urn or a little box for the ashes.
The urn is nice, but they didn't make a paw print. They said "sometimes they get busy and forget". That was not comforting at all. I wonder if these ashes even are my cat now, too.
