They are very sweet with my little guy. They truly care. And if cost is an issue they are very good at keeping it down . my little guy suffers from bad allergies in the spring , this year was the worst . His poor little paws all swollen and sore from the pollen. Doing so much better today . thanks to Dr. Strauss.

I love this place. They put the animals first and are so caring. I had an emergency and the doctor was there told me to come in even though they were closed. He took care of my baby and treat me with respect. My baby I lost recently was always in because she had so many issues and they did stuff for her and didn't charge me for some of it. I will always take my babies there. No one else will do!

This is the second time over the span of 3 months that we had tests done and the instructions that were given we will call you when we get the results IF they’re bad. Of course last time they were we was not notified but we called and they’re were like “oh sorry about that” so I gave them a second chance because every one makes mistakes. But I will speak on the recent occurrence in detail. All these fact were concluded after seeing them in person and questioning a few people there to finally get to the truth matching up Several stories and documents. They received the results for my pet and it was a full 72 hours after before we had to call them just to verify that my pet was indeed sick. We ONLY got the results because we called due to reoccurring symptoms. After hearing this of course as loving pet owner I was upset and told them I want a medical record and i would be switching vets AFTER i pick up the medicine to treat my dog. This is where the LIES came into play. The front staff’s story of the timeline didn’t match up to the doctors and none of it match the medical records. I arrived to pick up medicine but they said the doctor did not prescribe any. If my dog is sick why would the doctor not want to treat that? And in the notes for why there was no treatment was that “i refused treatment and that the doctor told us warnings of signs to watch for.” NONE of which was true. I just Thank god that my dog didn’t have something super serious or I would be burying my dog today. After consulting with local vets, dog groomers, dog day cares, and pet stores in search of a new vet it seems that this place is Notorious for having a downward spiral of reputation and lowering of standards. Any owner who loves their pet I would take them else where. Because at the end of the day they will FORGE documents to cover their butts.

Well they replied with we are booked up for this evening and would I like to make an appointment for tomorrow, REALLY!!! I let them know that I was very unhappy, no, pissed off and that this is the second time they did this to me so I will never bring my babies to them again.
There was Also a time that I didn't have the money to pay so they wouldn't even look at my baby. They are all about the cash not your family. Find yourself another Vet. Signed, pissed off

Monday, April 9th My husband brought our cat him to the vet.. They had made an exception because she was in critical condition and said they would take her and even though if they had no appointments and keep an eye on her and give her payments but she died when she got to the parking lot they still ran out and tried to resuscitate her and they also gave my husband her Kitty cat paw printsin clay and put her in a Box to bring home and bury .This was all done at no charge and I cannot thank them the enough for everything they do for all my animals every time.

We have had Tahoma vet as our vet for the last 3 years for our Little dauchand Littlebit. During this time we have received excellent vet care and caring from all the staff. Unfortunately we recently had to make an emergency call for a vet to come in and put her down after she had a stroke.
The vets and staff showed so much compassion for our Littlebit and ourselves it's hard to explain.
Thank you so much to the staff and Drs of tahoma veterinary hospital.
We would recommend this vet care for any pet or animal you may have.

I just moved back about 6 months ago from college where our two labs had a vet, heard Tahoma was awesome and now I will never go anywhere else. My black lab had a torn acl for over a year and we spent thousands of dollars taking him to multiple vet offices in Ellensburg where they all said he just had bad hips, he is three and it wasn’t even his hips I was complaining about. The moment they saw Caliber, Dr. Long knew what was going on with him, we had X-rays done and he went in for surgery with the specialist less than a week later. When he got his X-rays done, cal was freaked out and they let me come back there with him the whole time. When we were waiting for the sedation medicine to kick in (about 10 minutes as he is a stubborn big boy,) I peeked around the corner multiple times as I sat on the floor with him and every single girl back behind the doors we normally don’t get to see were hugging, petting, comforting all the pets. I know 100% when I take my pups to Tahoma, they are being loved on and taken really really good care of! Caliber normally is terrified of the vet and although it isn’t as fun as the dog park for him, he loves all the girls! I’ve also always liked the front desk gals as well. It’s a little pricier than other vets we have seen but the quality of care and accurate diagnosis/treatment is worth every penny! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!!

Always love taking my pittie Roscoe here. We always feel welcome and well taken care of! We have been coming to Tahoma Veterinary Hospital for a little less than a year now since Roscoe was a puppy, from regular appointments for shots to follow up appointments from more serious events. Roscoe loves coming to see Dr. LeFevre and the rest of the team. On our last visit he laid down in the lobby and refused to leave! Thank you for making our pup just as excited to come to the vet as he is when going to the park!

I was recommended to go here after i became unhappy with the experience i was having at another large vet. It took me a year to try this vet out because they are an hour from my house but I am so happy i did! I love them.
First. I have two small kids...the staff and the vet made us all feel comfortable and didn't make us feel bad for being a bit of a traveling circus. In fact the front desk ladies came and helped me bring in my 3 huskies.
Second. The vet sat on the floor loving on my dogs as he examined them. I have 3 huskies....this is no easy thing. They LOVED him.
Third. The vet didn't treat me like i was stupid nor did he withhold information. 2 of my huskies are getting geriatric and he spent the time to come up with a game plan for some health concerns and brainstorm some foods, etc.
Fourth. Not once was i rushed....from my other vet they get me in and out as fast as i can pay. This office was willing to take the time to make me feel welcome and answer any and all questions.
An hour drive with a toddler and a baby AND three huskies is not easy but i will gladly do it for the service i got and the medicine that they offer. Very very happy.

I brought Benny to Dr. Eric Long, because his name appeared on the adoption papers of the rescue dog that I acquired in Portland, Oregon. When Dr. Long entered the room and slid down to sit on the floor in the corner Benny ran to him and curled in his lap as an old and loved friend. That was the first hope that I had of training this uncontrollable dog. Benny is now a certified service dog and visits his old and trusted friend, Dr. Eric, who takes care of all of his medical needs. We travel from Kent, WA. , just over an hour to see Dr. Long and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Benny wouldn't let us.

I've been coming here for over 20 years and they have always had good service and took good care of all my pets. Over the last year it's been nothing but poor service. Always new people, long waits, never seen on time and when you call and they put you on hold and never get back to you. Today I arrived 15 mins. early, another lady came in but didn't have an appointment. They told her they would work her in between doctors. 10 min later they took her back, I said something and the girl behind the desk said she had appt. I said "no she didn't I heard what you said". After about 5 more min another girl ask me if I was ready to pay, I said are you kidding me i haven't been seen yet. I was eventually seen 20 min after my appt. time Hopefully this place gets things under control or I'll be looking for a new veterinarian.

I had recently scheduled an appointment during my last visit for a booster shot I was told was needed for my cats (2-3 weeks after the appt I was currently at). I showed up to the following appointment about 10 minutes early and was checked in like normal, but around my appointment time the confusion started. No one who worked there knew what shot it was that my cats needed. I told them what I was told which was "it's a shot similar to the flu shot". Still no one knew what I was talking about and had no record of what shot it was. I am still confused on WHY it took 40 minutes of me being there to finally tell me that it wasn't necessary, how was an appointment even scheduled for a shot that doesn't exist and did I pay for this mystery shot during my last visit? I feel like this Veterinary Clinic is too expensive to have so much confusion and even though they are conveniently located by my house, I think I'll start making a trip somewhere else.

Dr. Cooper is the best!! My 4yo Akita recently became very ill and unfortunately they couldn't take care of her the first day I took her in due to construction. Had to venture to a different vet but after X-rays and lab work, they couldn't tell me what's wrong with her. 2 days later she wasn't improving so I took her back to Tahoma and Dr. cooper did an ultrasound and a stool sample and found out she had salmon poisoning. She was very caring and very personable and did everything she could to help my pooch. 4 days later she is well on her road to recovery and I very much appreciate everything that was done for her. Not just by Dr. Cooper but the whole staff. A big THANK YOU from me and my "little" girl!

We went to Tahoma Veterinary Hospital for the first time with our mama dog that just had puppies and she was having some complications, and let me tell you that from the first phone call, the visit and the last phone call they were the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I have so much confidence in them after just one visit. I recommend this Veterinarian Clinic and we will be back for all of our pets needs. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Cooper and all of the staff for taking such good care of us, from the moment we walked in the door to the time we walked out I knew our pride and joy was in good hands. Dr. and assistant both walked me through the options and helping me make the best decisions for our baby. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

Was a long time customer until my dog was treated for a GI problem and there was nothing wrong with her GI. My wife and I were continually brushed off when mentioning what we thought the problem was and were also told that our husky was just being a normal vocal husky and was not in pain. Since we have had the dog from 9 weeks old on I think we know "normal husky vocalization." Vet was pushing for exploratory surgery which was not needed. Spent a lot of money only to be told I needed to go to a specialist after my dog had been at that vet everyday for a week. It took an entire week for the multiple x-rays to be sent out to a radiologist. After going to the specialist my wife and I were told that my husky getting in and out of my truck to go back and forth to Tahoma Vet so much might have permanently injured her. Reached out to the owner and received no response. We are now looking into further options.
*On a side note the front desk staff is the only thing I will miss about Tahoma. They were always so nice and caring.

They would let my dog suffer because I didn't give them money to tell me my dog has something that I already know he has. Greedy, non- ethical medical professionals. I'm not asking them to tell me what they think my dog has over the phone only that I am going to get my dog some medicine but how much should I give him. MONEY HUNGRY!

I have brought in strays for chip checks and they have always been helpful with the sttays as well.
I know that the desk staff cannot really give you a good figure on pricing for certain issues but if you ever run into rude staff or someone being unprofessional you should probably talk to a manager or a doctor and see how they handle the employee first before thinking they are all uncaring folks.

We were regulars at this place for years, with our two dogs. The last visit was about two weeks ago, we took our dog here as she suddenly wasn't eating, and lethargic. The vet ran a blood test, along with a urine sample. The results of the blood work was described as normal, but the Urine showed some signs of bacteria. The Vet diagnosed her with a urinary track infection and prescribed antibiotics. Our dogs condition digressed over the next two weeks, but we though it may just be a reaction to the antibiotics. We called this clinic on Friday with the updated concerns, requesting a return call. The call did not come. We took the dog into a different vet yesterday, where they did an X-ray and blood work. The news that followed broke our hearts, as we learned our dog, a member of the family was very ill. She had a large growth in her abdomen, fluid on her lungs, her heart was near failure and her kidneys were almost all but shut down. The agonizing decision followed of letting her suffer for another moment with her, or put her to sleep. We put a member of our family to sleep yesterday. I do not know why Tahoma did not identify the same issues when we trusted them to care for her. I don't know why they didn't return our phone call when we needed them to. I don't know if any of this may have saved her life. I do know, my family is short one, and heartbroken this day. We will never return to Tahoma.....

I won't go anywhere else! The entire staff is amazing and super friendly. They saved my kitty's life and for that I am forever grateful. She was diagnosed with an illness not many cats recover from, but Dr Long never gave up on her. They brought her back from liver failure too! It took almost 3 weeks of daily visits and sometimes overnight stays but the staff was determined to get her well. They taught us how to give pills, IVs, and shots at home also. We love you Tahoma!!!

The vets are some of the best around! The staff can call each one of my dogs by name and they get excited to see them. From puppy check ups to ultrasounds on pregnant dogs they do it all and do it very well! Thanks guys!

She was VERY put out I asked for records. She didn't even send them all when I called back to get them all I asked to speak to a manager again she was rude. I talked to him then asked them to fax me the records . When they did the cover letter said from Kelsey with a smiley face. It was so rude! We won't go back!

We've been coming here for over ten years and used to be loyal customers. They've been going downhill in quality of care and customer service for a while, so we just moved to a different vet, no hard feelings.
Today, our 15 year old black lab stopped breathing. Fully stopped, tongue blue, the works. We called in to Tahoma because they were closest and this was a serious emergency. According to the lady on the phone, our dog not being able to breathe wasn't a "priority" and the earliest they could get her in was in about two hours. We ended up going to a REAL vet a little farther away and are waiting on the results of the surgery now.
The people at this "clinic" are a joke. They don't care at all about their clients or their beloved pets. Stay away if your animals mean anything to you.

I called to ask about treatment for my pup, as Tahoma is closer than my usual Vet. The receptionist was rude; she was more interested in getting my personal data inputed into the computer than in a brief conversation about care for my dog, or even speaking to me person to person rather than as a number with a billing address. She wasn't able to answer any questions about care for my dog after I made it through her gauntlet questionaire, so I'll just drive the extra 15 minutes to my humble but friendly Vet.

I was really impressed with his willingness to sit down on the floor with her and pet and clam her. The price was about average for a vet in the city, but he did work with me a little on that. He prescribed a less expensive medication and I don't think he charged me the exam fee for our follow up visit. When I had to leave my pup there so he could sedate her to clean her ears, I felt confident leaving my pet in Tahoma Vet's capable hands. I also appreciate the calm, relaxed feel of this clinic versus the chaotic, rushed experiences I've had at other vets. I will be back to this clinic and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I love how friendly the staff is and they are so helpful. I chose them as my vet clinic for my 3 fur babies based on the reviews I read and their location and services offered. They all show love and attention to my pit bill puppy when we come in and never have any staff shown any prejudice towards him. The vets call you back personally for test results and not a receptionist like other places. They are very personable and I'm proud to call this place my local veterinarian .

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I've heard nothing but good things about this place and today I found out for myself. My cat Dirty has a respiratory infection and they were able to get her in on a short notice and didn't overcharge me. I will bring all my babies here.

They are very sweet with my little guy. They truly care. I love this place. They put the animals first and are so caring. I had an emergency and the doctor was there told me to come in even though they were closed. He took care of my baby and treat me with respect. My baby I lost recently was always in because she had so many issues and they did stuff for her and didn't charge me for some of it. I will always take my babies there. No one else will do!

This is the second time over the span of 3 months that we had tests done and the instructions that were given we will call you when we get the results IF they’re bad. Of course last time they were we was not notified but we called and they’re were like “oh sorry about that” so I gave them a second chance because every one makes mistakes. But I will speak on the recent occurrence in detail. All these fact were concluded after seeing them in person and questioning a few people there to finally get to the truth matching up Several stories and documents. They received the results for my pet and it was a full 72 hours after before we had to call them just to verify that my pet was indeed sick. We ONLY got the results because we called due to reoccurring symptoms. After hearing this of course as loving pet owner I was upset and told them I want a medical record and i would be switching vets AFTER i pick up the medicine to treat my dog. This is where the LIES came into play. The front staff’s story of the timeline didn’t match up to the doctors and none of it match the medical records. I arrived to pick up medicine but they said the doctor did not prescribe any. If my dog is sick why would the doctor not want to treat that? And in the notes for why there was no treatment was that “i refused treatment and that the doctor told us warnings of signs to watch for.” NONE of which was true. I just Thank god that my dog didn’t have something super serious or I would be burying my dog today. After consulting with local vets, dog groomers, dog day cares, and pet stores in search of a new vet it seems that this place is Notorious for having a downward spiral of reputation and lowering of standards. Any owner who loves their pet I would take them else where. Because at the end of the day they will FORGE documents to cover their butts.

Well they replied with we are booked up for this evening and would I like to make an appointment for tomorrow, REALLY!!! I let them know that I was very unhappy, no, pissed off and that this is the second time they did this to me so I will never bring my babies to them again.
There was Also a time that I didn't have the money to pay so they wouldn't even look at my baby. They are all about the cash not your family. Find yourself another Vet. Signed, pissed off

Monday, April 9th My husband brought our cat him to the vet.. They had made an exception because she was in critical condition and said they would take her and even though if they had no appointments and keep an eye on her and give her payments but she died when she got to the parking lot they still ran out and tried to resuscitate her and they also gave my husband her Kitty cat paw printsin clay and put her in a Box to bring home and bury .This was all done at no charge and I cannot thank them the enough for everything they do for all my animals every time.

We have had Tahoma vet as our vet for the last 3 years for our Little dauchand Littlebit. During this time we have received excellent vet care and caring from all the staff. Unfortunately we recently had to make an emergency call for a vet to come in and put her down after she had a stroke.
The vets and staff showed so much compassion for our Littlebit and ourselves it's hard to explain.
Thank you so much to the staff and Drs of tahoma veterinary hospital.
We would recommend this vet care for any pet or animal you may have.

I just moved back about 6 months ago from college where our two labs had a vet, heard Tahoma was awesome and now I will never go anywhere else. My black lab had a torn acl for over a year and we spent thousands of dollars taking him to multiple vet offices in Ellensburg where they all said he just had bad hips, he is three and it wasn’t even his hips I was complaining about. The moment they saw Caliber, Dr. Long knew what was going on with him, we had X-rays done and he went in for surgery with the specialist less than a week later. When he got his X-rays done, cal was freaked out and they let me come back there with him the whole time. When we were waiting for the sedation medicine to kick in (about 10 minutes as he is a stubborn big boy,) I peeked around the corner multiple times as I sat on the floor with him and every single girl back behind the doors we normally don’t get to see were hugging, petting, comforting all the pets. I know 100% when I take my pups to Tahoma, they are being loved on and taken really really good care of! Caliber normally is terrified of the vet and although it isn’t as fun as the dog park for him, he loves all the girls! I’ve also always liked the front desk gals as well. It’s a little pricier than other vets we have seen but the quality of care and accurate diagnosis/treatment is worth every penny! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!!

Always love taking my pittie Roscoe here. We always feel welcome and well taken care of! We have been coming to Tahoma Veterinary Hospital for a little less than a year now since Roscoe was a puppy, from regular appointments for shots to follow up appointments from more serious events. Roscoe loves coming to see Dr. LeFevre and the rest of the team. On our last visit he laid down in the lobby and refused to leave! Thank you for making our pup just as excited to come to the vet as he is when going to the park!

I was recommended to go here after i became unhappy with the experience i was having at another large vet. It took me a year to try this vet out because they are an hour from my house but I am so happy i did! I love them.
First. I have two small kids...the staff and the vet made us all feel comfortable and didn't make us feel bad for being a bit of a traveling circus. In fact the front desk ladies came and helped me bring in my 3 huskies.
Second. The vet sat on the floor loving on my dogs as he examined them. I have 3 huskies....this is no easy thing. They LOVED him.
Third. The vet didn't treat me like i was stupid nor did he withhold information. 2 of my huskies are getting geriatric and he spent the time to come up with a game plan for some health concerns and brainstorm some foods, etc.
Fourth. Not once was i rushed....from my other vet they get me in and out as fast as i can pay. This office was willing to take the time to make me feel welcome and answer any and all questions.
An hour drive with a toddler and a baby AND three huskies is not easy but i will gladly do it for the service i got and the medicine that they offer. Very very happy.

I brought Benny to Dr. Eric Long, because his name appeared on the adoption papers of the rescue dog that I acquired in Portland, Oregon. When Dr. Long entered the room and slid down to sit on the floor in the corner Benny ran to him and curled in his lap as an old and loved friend. That was the first hope that I had of training this uncontrollable dog. Benny is now a certified service dog and visits his old and trusted friend, Dr. Eric, who takes care of all of his medical needs. We travel from Kent, WA. , just over an hour to see Dr. Long and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Benny wouldn't let us.

I've been coming here for over 20 years and they have always had good service and took good care of all my pets. Over the last year it's been nothing but poor service. Always new people, long waits, never seen on time and when you call and they put you on hold and never get back to you. Today I arrived 15 mins. early, another lady came in but didn't have an appointment. They told her they would work her in between doctors. 10 min later they took her back, I said something and the girl behind the desk said she had appt. I said "no she didn't I heard what you said". After about 5 more min another girl ask me if I was ready to pay, I said are you kidding me i haven't been seen yet. I was eventually seen 20 min after my appt. time Hopefully this place gets things under control or I'll be looking for a new veterinarian.

I had recently scheduled an appointment during my last visit for a booster shot I was told was needed for my cats (2-3 weeks after the appt I was currently at). I showed up to the following appointment about 10 minutes early and was checked in like normal, but around my appointment time the confusion started. No one who worked there knew what shot it was that my cats needed. I told them what I was told which was "it's a shot similar to the flu shot". Still no one knew what I was talking about and had no record of what shot it was. I am still confused on WHY it took 40 minutes of me being there to finally tell me that it wasn't necessary, how was an appointment even scheduled for a shot that doesn't exist and did I pay for this mystery shot during my last visit? I feel like this Veterinary Clinic is too expensive to have so much confusion and even though they are conveniently located by my house, I think I'll start making a trip somewhere else.

Dr. Cooper is the best!! My 4yo Akita recently became very ill and unfortunately they couldn't take care of her the first day I took her in due to construction. Had to venture to a different vet but after X-rays and lab work, they couldn't tell me what's wrong with her. 2 days later she wasn't improving so I took her back to Tahoma and Dr. cooper did an ultrasound and a stool sample and found out she had salmon poisoning. She was very caring and very personable and did everything she could to help my pooch. 4 days later she is well on her road to recovery and I very much appreciate everything that was done for her. Not just by Dr. Cooper but the whole staff. A big THANK YOU from me and my "little" girl!

We went to Tahoma Veterinary Hospital for the first time with our mama dog that just had puppies and she was having some complications, and let me tell you that from the first phone call, the visit and the last phone call they were the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I have so much confidence in them after just one visit. I recommend this Veterinarian Clinic and we will be back for all of our pets needs. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Cooper and all of the staff for taking such good care of us, from the moment we walked in the door to the time we walked out I knew our pride and joy was in good hands. Dr. and assistant both walked me through the options and helping me make the best decisions for our baby. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

Was a long time customer until my dog was treated for a GI problem and there was nothing wrong with her GI. My wife and I were continually brushed off when mentioning what we thought the problem was and were also told that our husky was just being a normal vocal husky and was not in pain. Since we have had the dog from 9 weeks old on I think we know "normal husky vocalization." Vet was pushing for exploratory surgery which was not needed. Spent a lot of money only to be told I needed to go to a specialist after my dog had been at that vet everyday for a week. It took an entire week for the multiple x-rays to be sent out to a radiologist. After going to the specialist my wife and I were told that my husky getting in and out of my truck to go back and forth to Tahoma Vet so much might have permanently injured her. Reached out to the owner and received no response. We are now looking into further options.
*On a side note the front desk staff is the only thing I will miss about Tahoma. They were always so nice and caring.

They would let my dog suffer because I didn't give them money to tell me my dog has something that I already know he has. Greedy, non- ethical medical professionals. I'm not asking them to tell me what they think my dog has over the phone only that I am going to get my dog some medicine but how much should I give him. MONEY HUNGRY!

I have brought in strays for chip checks and they have always been helpful with the sttays as well.
I know that the desk staff cannot really give you a good figure on pricing for certain issues but if you ever run into rude staff or someone being unprofessional you should probably talk to a manager or a doctor and see how they handle the employee first before thinking they are all uncaring folks.

We were regulars at this place for years, with our two dogs. The last visit was about two weeks ago, we took our dog here as she suddenly wasn't eating, and lethargic. The vet ran a blood test, along with a urine sample. The results of the blood work was described as normal, but the Urine showed some signs of bacteria. The Vet diagnosed her with a urinary track infection and prescribed antibiotics. Our dogs condition digressed over the next two weeks, but we though it may just be a reaction to the antibiotics. We called this clinic on Friday with the updated concerns, requesting a return call. The call did not come. We took the dog into a different vet yesterday, where they did an X-ray and blood work. The news that followed broke our hearts, as we learned our dog, a member of the family was very ill. She had a large growth in her abdomen, fluid on her lungs, her heart was near failure and her kidneys were almost all but shut down. The agonizing decision followed of letting her suffer for another moment with her, or put her to sleep. We put a member of our family to sleep yesterday. I do not know why Tahoma did not identify the same issues when we trusted them to care for her. I don't know why they didn't return our phone call when we needed them to. I don't know if any of this may have saved her life. I do know, my family is short one, and heartbroken this day. We will never return to Tahoma.....

I won't go anywhere else! The entire staff is amazing and super friendly. They saved my kitty's life and for that I am forever grateful. She was diagnosed with an illness not many cats recover from, but Dr Long never gave up on her. They brought her back from liver failure too! It took almost 3 weeks of daily visits and sometimes overnight stays but the staff was determined to get her well. They taught us how to give pills, IVs, and shots at home also. We love you Tahoma!!!

This is my vet for all my animals! They know my dogs and my dogs trust them. That means a lot. I love the extended hours that they have when I can only come after work. The vets are some of the best around! The staff can call each one of my dogs by name and they get excited to see them. From puppy check ups to ultrasounds on pregnant dogs they do it all and do it very well! Thanks guys!

Well we have been going here for A while but we have a dog with a skin issue and we needed to go to a specialist. I called and asked for the records and the receptionist kelsey was EXTREMELY rude! She was VERY put out I asked for records. She didn't even send them all when I called back to get them all I asked to speak to a manager again she was rude. I talked to him then asked them to fax me the records . When they did the cover letter said from Kelsey with a smiley face. It was so rude! We won't go back!

We've been coming here for over ten years and used to be loyal customers. They've been going downhill in quality of care and customer service for a while, so we just moved to a different vet, no hard feelings.
Today, our 15 year old black lab stopped breathing. Fully stopped, tongue blue, the works. We called in to Tahoma because they were closest and this was a serious emergency. According to the lady on the phone, our dog not being able to breathe wasn't a "priority" and the earliest they could get her in was in about two hours. We ended up going to a REAL vet a little farther away and are waiting on the results of the surgery now.
The people at this "clinic" are a joke. They don't care at all about their clients or their beloved pets. Stay away if your animals mean anything to you.

I called to ask about treatment for my pup, as Tahoma is closer than my usual Vet. The receptionist was rude; she was more interested in getting my personal data inputed into the computer than in a brief conversation about care for my dog, or even speaking to me person to person rather than as a number with a billing address. She wasn't able to answer any questions about care for my dog after I made it through her gauntlet questionaire, so I'll just drive the extra 15 minutes to my humble but friendly Vet.

All of the staff at Tahoma Veterinary Clinic adored and loved on my hound dog like she was their own. Dr. Long saw her for an ear infection and was very patient and kind with her. I was really impressed with his willingness to sit down on the floor with her and pet and clam her. The price was about average for a vet in the city, but he did work with me a little on that. He prescribed a less expensive medication and I don't think he charged me the exam fee for our follow up visit. When I had to leave my pup there so he could sedate her to clean her ears, I felt confident leaving my pet in Tahoma Vet's capable hands. I also appreciate the calm, relaxed feel of this clinic versus the chaotic, rushed experiences I've had at other vets. I will be back to this clinic and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Look no further, stop here...do not pass Go! You have found your next vet. I've had some pretty great vet's in the past, but this amazing place tops them all. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, and more than ready to assist all of your pets needs. Dr Strauss...our saving grace, is nothing short of amazing. She always goes the extra mile, and we will never be able to express the appreciation we have for her. No matter what Vet you get here, you will not be disappointed. We've had the pleasure of seeing all of them. Dr Strauss, Dr Kertsen, Dr Long, Dr Cooper, all of the vet techs, and reception...on behalf of Rigby, woof woof!! (Thank you!!)

I love how friendly the staff is and they are so helpful. I chose them as my vet clinic for my 3 fur babies based on the reviews I read and their location and services offered. They all show love and attention to my pit bill puppy when we come in and never have any staff shown any prejudice towards him. The vets call you back personally for test results and not a receptionist like other places. They are very personable and I'm proud to call this place my local veterinarian .

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I've heard nothing but good things about this place and today I found out for myself. My cat Dirty has a respiratory infection and they were able to get her in on a short notice and didn't overcharge me. I will bring all my babies here.
