We were regulars at this place for years, with our two dogs. The last visit was about two weeks ago, we took our dog here as she suddenly wasn't eating, and lethargic. The vet ran a blood test, along with a urine sample. The results of the blood work was described as normal, but the Urine showed some signs of bacteria. The Vet diagnosed her with a urinary track infection and prescribed antibiotics. Our dogs condition digressed over the next two weeks, but we though it may just be a reaction to the antibiotics. We called this clinic on Friday with the updated concerns, requesting a return call. The call did not come. We took the dog into a different vet yesterday, where they did an X-ray and blood work. The news that followed broke our hearts, as we learned our dog, a member of the family was very ill. She had a large growth in her abdomen, fluid on her lungs, her heart was near failure and her kidneys were almost all but shut down. The agonizing decision followed of letting her suffer for another moment with her, or put her to sleep. We put a member of our family to sleep yesterday. I do not know why Tahoma did not identify the same issues when we trusted them to care for her. I don't know why they didn't return our phone call when we needed them to. I don't know if any of this may have saved her life. I do know, my family is short one, and heartbroken this day. We will never return to Tahoma..... Read Less
