I had been taking my pets to All Creatures veterinary clinic for 25+ years. Very disappointed in the last couple years with the service my animal received, and the exorbitant prices I was being charged for procedures. I decided to change veterinary clinics. My new clinic tried unsuccessfully to get records faxed for my pet’s first appointment. When I called myself to see if I could come pick up the records, the staff was very rude to me. I think it’s time to retire Dr. Jewett.

All heart.... that's all anyone needs to know...these people were all heart.... my Pepe died in my arms as I pulled into the parking space of their office... I ran in, said my dog wasn't breathing and the staff jumped up, carried him right in the back to Dr. Jewett...my boy was gone.... they could not have been kinder and more sympathetic. I highly recommend this Vet and his outstanding staff.

The entire staff here is amazing! Not only are they top notch, they also serve the community frequently such as at the Homeless Outreach, where they offer free vet care to people and their pets in need. With wonderful, loving hands does each employee handle every pet and situation. We have utilized them for everything from spay and neuter to euthanism and cremation. Every instance was handled as though it were the most important event of the day. I couldn't be more grateful for All Creatures Veterinary. They are 100% my recommendation every time. Thank you All Creatures, you have impacted my life in so many ways. And my pet's, of course.

Best Vet EVER!!! Can be a little pricey but worth every penny. Dr. Jewett may not be overly warm and fuzzy but he is very thorough, knowledgeable and he is willing to spend whatever time is necessary to make sure your pet gets the best care and you understand everything. They care for all animals too...we have a bunny. The staff there is very sweet and friendly too. Just AWESOME!

I love this vet! We have been using them for the last 15 years as a family vet. Everything from boosters, well visits, having our animals fixed, and especially emergency visits when our animals have been sick. Dr. Jewett and his staff are always there to help. He is very knowledgeable, and explains everything, I never feel confused about my animals diagnoses or treatment plans. I would suggest this vet to anyone in the Spokane area. Wether you live there or you are there for recreation All Creatures will have your pets best interest in mind during your time of need.

My family and extended family use All Creatures. Personally I am now looking for a new Vet. It has become a debacle dealing with them. I was quoted $230 to spay my female dog. When I arrived I was told it would be $300. I was also told I needed another $100 or so in additional shots. I agreed and asked if they could run payment on Friday as I wasn't expecting the additional cost. They said no I would need to reschedule the spay for a third time with them. I have had my pup in there since I have had her. They are extremely expensive and unflexible on payment. They are unavailable on weekends - ever. If you have a weekend issue you will have to find another vet to help you.

If it wasn't for them I would have been grieving the loss of my best friend many years before it was due. Now we will have lots more adventures in our future!In our case, we started off at the emergency pet clinic off of Mission and Division. My dog was extremely sick, not eating, vomiting and diarrhea. The clinic kept him overnight on a Sunday and ran so many tests, ultrasounds, biopsies...everything coming up negative. The entire time I was wishing my dog could tell me what was wrong. Noonish on Monday we made it to All Creatures. I won't say that it wasn't a hard couple weeks. But Dr. Jewett and the staff never gave up, they ran additional tests and even consulted with specialists. It took exploratory surgery to finally find the cause...a severe case of IBD. Because of their due diligence and extraordinary compassion, my dog is on the mend and we can look to many more years to come.I can't recommend them enough!

Wrangler got into something that we didn't know and they saved him. We are so blessed that Wrangler is 100% and they were so caring and informative while he was there. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.My dog was sick. She had been seen at All Creatures for two years, so we naturally that we took her to a vet that knows her. She was throwing up all day long and we were concerned. They kept her all day long, racked up a bill of over $1,000 for a one day stay. They gave us an OK bill of health and told us to take our dog home.After another day of nothing but my dog vomiting up her food, we took her to the Emergency Clinic on Mission/Ruby. The doctor there told us that our dog was extremely sick and had to repeat the X-Rays that we had already paid for at all creatures. Long story short, this clinic is incapable of caring for your animals short of administering annual shots. They sent our dog home with a clean bill of health without knowing that she would not survive the weekend. Completely incompetent, and not worthy of the title of Veterinary Doctor. After a thorough examination at the Emergency Clinic, by QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT DVM's, our dog is now back home and well.In case you are wondering what was done, and what was missed by All Creatures.... They took X-Rays of our dog and told us that they were NORMAL. Meanwhile, our dog had severe pneumonia and her lungs were full of fluid. Thanks to the people at the Emergency Clinic, we were able to nurse our baby back to health and she is now doing well. To make things even worse, we got a call today by All Creatures threatening to take us to collections for the bill. If you value the health of your pet.... DO NOT TAKE HIM OR HER TO ALL CREATURES. This is a hack veterinary clinic that should have their license to practice revoked.

I couldn't select 0 stars, or even a half, which is why they're getting 1 full star from me. I chose this clinic when I relocated from another part of the country. The office was clean and the desk staff was friendly and professional (with the exception of the rude and boorish office manager). If you require nothing beyond vaccinations and routine nail trims, this place may be OK. If you need actual veterinary care....avoid this place. I brought a very sick dog in, and she was diagnosed with dehydration and sent home. She continued to regurgitate foam from her nose and mouth, and as I drove her to the emergency clinic, I was assured that her xrays were normal. 3 days and $3000 later, the emergency vet and WSU diagnosed her with pneumonia in both lungs. If she hadn't been brought in for proper care when she was, she would not have survived the weekend. To add insult to injury, I received a very rude and threatening voicemail from the office manager. Apparently, due to a payroll issue (that was out of my control), my payment in full check was returned. The office manager's way of informing me of the situation was to leave a very rude and threatening voicemail. I called back to find out what happened (nothing ever registered on my bank's end). As she picked up the call, she didn't even say "hello" or identify herself before launching into her boorish behavior. I explained that it was due to a mistake in payroll that I am happy to correct immediately. I was then told "it better be here in 10 days or I will turn you over to collections. Cash." Seriously??? I felt like I was speaking to a loan shark!If you truly care about your pets, I would strongly advise you to seek care elsewhere. It made me nauseous to leave my dog there even for the afternoon while I waited for WSU to call back. Like I said, front desk and vet assistants were very friendly and professional. The Dr? Perhaps it's time to retire. And retire the office manager (who I suspect is Dr's wife), too. When you miss a diagnosis this big...and fail to follow up with your "patient"....it's time to "put-down" the practice.

In the past we have always received wonderful care for our pets at All Creatures Veterinary. But recently we had to have our 17 year old kitty put down. He was sick and no longer eating or drinking and we knew it was time. When we called All Creatures they got us right in. From the time we walked in the door until we left they handled Mittens with such gentleness and care. Dr. Jewett and all of his staff showed us so much compassion. I am pretty sure at least one of the staff was teary with us. Maybe all of them were. I wasn't seeing very well myself. Anyway, Thank you Dr. Jewett and staff. You were all so kind and cared so much. You will never know how much it meant to us. God bless you all!
As for those who may be reading this review....you can be assured your pet will be in kind capable hands at All Creatures Veterinary.

Dr. Jewett has always been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative any time we've had to bring one of our pets in. He is knowledgable about common pets (such as cats), as well as rabbits, which is hard to find. Even though Dr. Jewett's time is in high demand, he always explains things thoroughly, looks beyond the obvious, and takes great care of our pets. The staff is equally gracious with their time, including one nurse who introduced me to a great cat socialization guru on youtube. If you're looking for a long term veterinarian for your furry family members, Dr. Jewett is the best!

He is very knowledgeable, and explains everything, I never feel confused about my animals diagnoses or treatment plans. I would suggest this vet to anyone in the Spokane area. Wether you live there or you are there for recreation All Creatures will have your pets best interest in mind during your time of need.

My family and extended family use All Creatures. Personally I am now looking for a new Vet. It has become a debacle dealing with them. I was quoted $230 to spay my female dog. When I arrived I was told it would be $300. I was also told I needed another $100 or so in additional shots. I agreed and asked if they could run payment on Friday as I wasn't expecting the additional cost. They said no I would need to reschedule the spay for a third time with them. I have had my pup in there since I have had her. They are extremely expensive and unflexible on payment. They are unavailable on weekends - ever. If you have a weekend issue you will have to find another vet to help you.

If it wasn't for them I would have been grieving the loss of my best friend many years before it was due. Now we will have lots more adventures in our future!In our case, we started off at the emergency pet clinic off of Mission and Division. My dog was extremely sick, not eating, vomiting and diarrhea. The clinic kept him overnight on a Sunday and ran so many tests, ultrasounds, biopsies...everything coming up negative. The entire time I was wishing my dog could tell me what was wrong. Noonish on Monday we made it to All Creatures. I won't say that it wasn't a hard couple weeks. But Dr. Jewett and the staff never gave up, they ran additional tests and even consulted with specialists. It took exploratory surgery to finally find the cause...a severe case of IBD. Because of their due diligence and extraordinary compassion, my dog is on the mend and we can look to many more years to come.I can't recommend them enough!

Wrangler got into something that we didn't know and they saved him. We are so blessed that Wrangler is 100% and they were so caring and informative while he was there. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.My dog was sick. She had been seen at All Creatures for two years, so we naturally that we took her to a vet that knows her. She was throwing up all day long and we were concerned. They kept her all day long, racked up a bill of over $1,000 for a one day stay. They gave us an OK bill of health and told us to take our dog home.After another day of nothing but my dog vomiting up her food, we took her to the Emergency Clinic on Mission/Ruby. The doctor there told us that our dog was extremely sick and had to repeat the X-Rays that we had already paid for at all creatures. Long story short, this clinic is incapable of caring for your animals short of administering annual shots. They sent our dog home with a clean bill of health without knowing that she would not survive the weekend. Completely incompetent, and not worthy of the title of Veterinary Doctor. After a thorough examination at the Emergency Clinic, by QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT DVM's, our dog is now back home and well.In case you are wondering what was done, and what was missed by All Creatures.... They took X-Rays of our dog and told us that they were NORMAL. Meanwhile, our dog had severe pneumonia and her lungs were full of fluid. Thanks to the people at the Emergency Clinic, we were able to nurse our baby back to health and she is now doing well. To make things even worse, we got a call today by All Creatures threatening to take us to collections for the bill. If you value the health of your pet.... DO NOT TAKE HIM OR HER TO ALL CREATURES. This is a hack veterinary clinic that should have their license to practice revoked.

I couldn't select 0 stars, or even a half, which is why they're getting 1 full star from me. I chose this clinic when I relocated from another part of the country. The office was clean and the desk staff was friendly and professional (with the exception of the rude and boorish office manager). If you require nothing beyond vaccinations and routine nail trims, this place may be OK. If you need actual veterinary care....avoid this place. I brought a very sick dog in, and she was diagnosed with dehydration and sent home. She continued to regurgitate foam from her nose and mouth, and as I drove her to the emergency clinic, I was assured that her xrays were normal. 3 days and $3000 later, the emergency vet and WSU diagnosed her with pneumonia in both lungs. If she hadn't been brought in for proper care when she was, she would not have survived the weekend. To add insult to injury, I received a very rude and threatening voicemail from the office manager. Apparently, due to a payroll issue (that was out of my control), my payment in full check was returned. The office manager's way of informing me of the situation was to leave a very rude and threatening voicemail. I called back to find out what happened (nothing ever registered on my bank's end). As she picked up the call, she didn't even say "hello" or identify herself before launching into her boorish behavior. I explained that it was due to a mistake in payroll that I am happy to correct immediately. I was then told "it better be here in 10 days or I will turn you over to collections. Cash." Seriously??? I felt like I was speaking to a loan shark!If you truly care about your pets, I would strongly advise you to seek care elsewhere. It made me nauseous to leave my dog there even for the afternoon while I waited for WSU to call back. Like I said, front desk and vet assistants were very friendly and professional. The Dr? Perhaps it's time to retire. And retire the office manager (who I suspect is Dr's wife), too. When you miss a diagnosis this big...and fail to follow up with your "patient"....it's time to "put-down" the practice.

In the past we have always received wonderful care for our pets at All Creatures Veterinary. But recently we had to have our 17 year old kitty put down. He was sick and no longer eating or drinking and we knew it was time. When we called All Creatures they got us right in. From the time we walked in the door until we left they handled Mittens with such gentleness and care. Dr. Jewett and all of his staff showed us so much compassion. I am pretty sure at least one of the staff was teary with us. Maybe all of them were. I wasn't seeing very well myself. Anyway, Thank you Dr. Jewett and staff. You were all so kind and cared so much. You will never know how much it meant to us. God bless you all!
As for those who may be reading this review....you can be assured your pet will be in kind capable hands at All Creatures Veterinary.

Dr. Jewett has always been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative any time we've had to bring one of our pets in. He is knowledgable about common pets (such as cats), as well as rabbits, which is hard to find. Even though Dr. Jewett's time is in high demand, he always explains things thoroughly, looks beyond the obvious, and takes great care of our pets. The staff is equally gracious with their time, including one nurse who introduced me to a great cat socialization guru on youtube. If you're looking for a long term veterinarian for your furry family members, Dr. Jewett is the best!
