The clinic is very busy on Saturday when they do the vaccines, a lot of people like to bring their pets into the lobby while they wait, so it is loud, and crowded. Very friendly staff and though I was a bit nervous, my pup had no problem feeling safe. Though I had previously bought a alternative collar to swap out the Cone of Shame. Glad I did. My girl just has too short of legs for the traditional cone.she scooped the ground and never held her head High enough to walk with it. Very reasonable prices with all that was done, spay, abnormal dew claw removal, rabies and microchipped. It has been 5 days and she is doing very well. Read Less

Low rating because they do not have a vet on staff on Mondays, which are only office days; no indication on website that no services are available on Mondays; no vet on staff for vaccinations or alterations or surgeries. This info should be on website so folks who travel more than 20 miles, like me, are better able to plan their day. This was a wasted trip. Still cost me gas money . Read Less

I've taken all my pets here to get fixed. They are reasonably cheap, check over your pet to make sure they don't need anything else. The staff is super nice! I've also had no issues with them healing or getting infections. Love this place. Read Less

I have taken a few kittens in to Pet Savers to be spayed/neutered. I took my two kittens in yesterday. The staff has always been very welcoming and compassionate. They were willing to answer any and all of my questions and were very informative. They said I could bring my pets back at N/C if I have any concerns within two weeks of their surgery. I am trying to help reduce a cat population on a farm by catching the barn cats, getting them fixed, and returning them. PetSavers was the only place I could find in this area that was affordable and would take a large volume of cats at a time. They allowed me to set up generic appointments for my animals which was very convenient because I did not know which cats I would be able the catch at that time. PetSavers identified that two of my cats needed entropion surgery on their eyelids but they did not have time to perform the surgeries that day. I explained that one of these cats was a feral tom cat that I would have difficulty catching again. They were so accomaditing that they stayed late to perform his surgery that evening! Additionally they helped cover some of the expensive surgery costs which I am very grateful for as I did not anticipate having to spend an extra few hundred dollars on a feral tom cat. I came back the following weekend for the other eye surgery and both cats look great and can see again now. The staff was very helpful and answered so many of my questions. They were extremely happy to help and very knowledgeable. I had no idea that two of the cats had severe eye issues and not only did PetSavers identify the problem, they fixed it! This was exactly what I needed to help the farm cat situation and I cannot express how happy I am with my experience. Read Less

I just took my pit yogi into pet savers and they did amazing they treated my pet like he was there own. we dropped him off early and had a call back that afternoon right after surgery to let me know he did well. They also did thing for my pet extra and didn't charge me for it overall experience the staff was amazing with answering all my questions and was never rude at all I would recommend this place to anyone not sure why others had such a bad time if they treat us all the same well then 5 stars from me cause they couldn't have done any better my pup was up and around the next day and has healed up amazing has not even had to take pain meds after the second day all in all amazing guys keep up the good work you do and thank you for being amazing on the price. Not sure what lilarob's problem is but they did the opposite of everything he said for my dog and the price was AMAZING not over priced at all watch out for trolls people this place really is great. We have taken other dogs here in the past and it was fine. Today, however they had an issue with one of their surgeries. They did not bother calling us until 1.5 hours before we were to pick up our dog. They told us that he had not even had the surgery yet. He would be the first surgery after everyone was done with their lunch. We live an hour out of town which would put us out very late getting home. I asked if we could just forget the whole thing and bring the dog back on a different day, and we could use the $50 for the appointment. They said they couldn't do that. When I couldn't make my appointment the week before I called and happily forfeited the $50 because it was my scheduling issue. I guess when they can't do what seems, at least in my mind to be reasonable we still owe them $50. No goodwill or trying to make customers happy at this place. Read Less

We had our new little rescue spayed yesterday. Couldn't be any happier with the service and care that was taken of her. We also took or kitten there 2.5yrs ago with the same great care. Plz do the right thing by having your 4-leggeds spayed n neutered. She came home with 3 days of pain meds which she needs. They also gave her the rabies vaccination she needed along with having her chipped. While it's not the nicest place, it is clean which is what I want. I would much rather they put the extra dollars into the health care of the animals then a fancy interior. I appreciate them taking such good care of her. If I could make it less, I would. Son took a purebred Staffordshire Terrier (American Bully) in to get fixed. Two days later she died at Pet Emergency. Blood clots - they couldn't stop the bleeding. I've taken 3 "feral" kitties there, and have had good experiences each time. They are a low cost spay & neuter clinic that also does low cost vaccines. As with ANY surgical procedure, there are risks associated. Premium priced "regular" vets occasionally lose patients or have unfortunate outcomes, as well (I know, I've worked for several in the Spokane area). It's a risk associated with anesthesia, regardless of where you take your pet. With a regular vet, you may have 1 on 1 contact with the vet & personnel working on your pet. Here, you do not. There are pros and cons to each type of clinic. No clinic is perfect. There is no 100% guarantee that positive outcomes will happen every time. This is a good, friendly clinic for the types of services they provide, and their positive results far outweigh the unfortunate negative results that are rarely, but certain to happen. Read Less

They are wam bam thank you mam spay and neuter clinic. Spayed my female cat from scraps with not as much as a follow up from surgery with out paying a fee! She was definitely having problems from her surgery. But they didn't care and got defensive that they make mistakes... Will never bring another animal there again! Read Less

I took my very shy husky here to get spayed and all her shots. I have gone back every time since then. I also was a volunteer here for a school credit and they are all awesome. Behind the scenes they are just as nice and the vets really care about the animals. It is low cost so you cannot expect the same experience as a family veterinarian, they deal with a lot of animals everyday for not a lot of money. However, they get the job done and they do it right. Went here for kitty's spay and shots and both times staff were super friendly and made both kitty and myself (cause, admit it, we too tend to get worked up concerning our babies' health) very comfortable. I love the indie feel of the space, which is like a converted house. They even billed me using my cat's name as 'patient', which is a cute and personal touch. I took my dog in to pet savers to be spayed. A week later she came down with a particularly nasty case of kennel cough with a temp. I have another dog and three puppies at home. They have all been exposed. So far it has cost me $212.00 to treat the female who was spayed at pet savers. I called pet savers to ask if they could provide medication for my other dogs so I wouldn't end up with a $500.00 vet bill. They were unsympathetic and offered no help. So this is turning out to be the most costly spay ever. Needless to say I will never again take an animal to pet savers for any reason. Read Less
