Found the doctor to be stand-offish. After months of my service animal having digestive issues and the expensive Prescription Diet he prescribed not working, I found a grain free, poultry free food that finally worked for her. This came after doing my own research and calling multiple manufacturers and talking to their food researchers. The doctor was quick point out what he felt was wrong with the food (who it was manufactured by) and wouldn't give me a refund on the expensive Prescription Diet food he prescribed and was still having problems on. He would only give me credit for services not yet provided. Sounded like sour grapes to me. I thought he was suppose to put the animal's well being ahead of his pay out from the prescription drug company. Huge disappointment. Read Less

Dr. Sanders offered thoughtful solutions that were practical and fit into my budget and did so without judgement. I wouldn't even give them a star if I had a choice. They are thee most unfit vet in most likely all of spokane and surrounding areas. I brought my cat in for a blockage. They neglected to do a urinalysis which was instructed to do! Then they took it out to soon, left him to pee all over himself which left burns ALL over his little body. THEN to top it all off they NEGLECTED to tell me he had been in complete kidney failure!!! While they choose to neglect my baby and continue to give me false information it led up to his passing. I hope no one puts their pets in the hands of this horrible company. Oh and the "vet" that works on Fridays is the biggest liar i've ever met. Do not take your pet there!!!! Dr. Clark and the staff are very professional and caring. Dr. Clark helped us to make some important decisions with regard to our dog, and thus extending our dog's life and quality of life significantly. We feel so welcome when go in, and I feel like our dog is in the best care as well. Staff is so easy to talk to and helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions. From the time we adopted our dog, they helped us with her diet and weight control. They have annually cleaned her teeth, and follow up monthly with teeth brushing and checks. She goes in twice annually for check ups as she is a senior. Dr. Clark has even operated on her since she was diagnosed with cancer. Could hope for a better experience. As a registered nurse, I am familiar with human medicine and very paticular about the level of care my dog receives. Dr. Clark has invested in technology that I could not find anywhere else in Spokane. My geriatric dog was in pain and having difficulty getting around. The new therapeutic laser treatments Dr. Clark performed on him has given him a new lease on life. I would not have believed it without seeing it for myself. If you're looking for a Spokane veterinarian, we can't say enough good things about Dr. Clark. Recently our yellow lab was very sick. We had no idea what was wrong. We took her to Dr. Clark, who met us at his office after regular hours. After keeping her for a couple of days and running tests, he concluded that she had an intestinal blockage and needed surgery. He found and removed the blockage (labs will eat anything!) and she is doing great. Had Dr. Clark decided to "wait and see" or take further tests, she likely would have died.
