Outstanding clinic. I would give 5 stars except wait times for appointments can be quite long. In particular for eye exams for CERF I have experienced wait times up to 1.5 months. Otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

Awesome place. When you're freaking out over your doggie these people show care and understanding. Dr Kaiser is wonderful and walked me through everything and took care of my furry baby! They are definitely people who want your pet to be the best that they can be.

I own a small animal veterinary hospital in Coeur d' Alene and refer many patients to the Animal Eye Clinic. Both Dr. Yakely and Dr. Kaiser do an excellent job of conveying competence and compassion....
I own a small animal veterinary hospital in Coeur d' Alene and refer many patients to the Animal Eye Clinic. Both Dr. Yakely and Dr. Kaiser do an excellent job of conveying competence and compassion. Our clients consistently tell us how good the experience was when they have taken their pet for care.We feel very fortunate that such a good referral option exists for our patients so close to our practice.

Our diabetic 10 yr old was blind with cataracts. I picked her up in the afternoon after surgery and she could see. YAY!!! I love this clinic, very professional and took loving care of my precious dog.

One of our dogs has both her eye doctor and her dermatologist working out of this WSU-affiliated location. She has received excellent treatment (including cataract surgery on one eye in January 2015 and scheduled cataract surgery on the second eye in May 2015).The staff is friendly and caring.The Animal Eye Clinic does a great job of keeping our regular vet informed of our pet's issues and status. We're very pleased with them.

Service has been consistently friendly. Our Havanese has been referred to doctors here for both eye and skin care that we have been happy with. As it is a WSU teaching hospital, waits can be long some...
Service has been consistently friendly. Our Havanese has been referred to doctors here for both eye and skin care that we have been happy with. As it is a WSU teaching hospital, waits can be long sometimes between the consult and plan. There is a doggie comfort station in the main parking lot and a nice swath of soft, green grass adjacent to the parking area on the east side of the building.

We're told I surgery 95 percent effective. Dog is blind at this point $6000 later. Would not bother with these people. We are very displeased at the service that we receive from them.
