I recently started coming to Indian Trail Animal Hospital and have had nothing but good vibes and excellent care for my pets. I have seen Dr. Seethaler every time and her compassion and empathy are above and beyond. My sweet Samantha crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday and thanks to the Indian Trail Animal Hospital her journey was pain free and quick. I was able to be with her and hold her until the end. The staff was amazing and let me compose myself and say my goodbyes as long as I needed. They sent me home with an imprint of her paw on a ceramic heart. After a terrible experience with an after hours vet who would not treat a very sick dog unless we paid over $1000 for unnecessary tests that were marked up by huge amounts, ITAH diagnosed the problem, gave me the medication to treat it and invited me back for a no cost recheck for less than the cost of simple blood work at the other place. The entire staff treated my sweet Tillie with love and compassion! And, Dr Armstrong saved her life this week! He was genuinely worried for her and excited when she improved! They worked her in when she took a turn for the worst and didn't even mention that it might have thrown them off schedule for the day! My bf and I couldn't be more thankful for this hospital. Our vet is home in Portland but I have seen this hospital. I left for a beach trip and my bf was watching our cats. He calls panicked and says a toy got tangled around his paw and he was whimpering. I immediately said take him to the hospital, NOW. Long story short, he took my baby Cuddles in and they got the toy off immediately. Their service was great and we are still thankful. My pug (Harley) received an injury to his eye.  I was able to set up an appointment with Dr. Armstrong.  Being new to the area, I chose Indian Trail on the recommendation of a neighbor.  Dr. A was wonderful!!  He was very attentive to Harley and reassuring to me.  He even  did some extra background checking after we left.  We returned in 7-10 days and the eye was nearly back to normal.THANK YOU Dr. Armstrong!
