On Monday, July 18, 2016 I found a feral kitten on highway 27 that had been hit by a car and needed to be euthanized. The kitten was probably four or five weeks old. I pulled into the Pioneer Vet and asked him if he could put the kitten out of its misery. Without getting up from his chair, he told me he didn't have any euthanasia medication. He said he had run out, so I asked him if he could at least give the kitten something for pain. He said he was out of that too and told me to take the kitten to a vet down the road.
I wasted at least five minutes ar the Pioneer Vet while this precious kitten suffered and another 10 to 15 minutes taking the kitten to another vet who mercifully and without delay put it out of its pain and misery. He charged me nothing.
If your pet needs immediate attention and minutes count, don't waste time at the Pioneer Vet.
I would rate this vet a big fat ZERO!

Dr. Seth Valentine and his staff are capable, kind & provide great routine care for our pets. We have taken our cats & dogs to him for over 8 years and have always had good care.

If I could give this a Zero star, I would! Used to work for these crooks and if they know you had money they would edit the cost of services. Actually got into trouble for not editing the invoice of the woman who owned Goodtymes Bar and Grill and bred Chololate Labs. They over charged her around $15 a puppy. The wife of the vet would go into your time card and edit your hours so they wouldn't have to pay you. Never allowed you to take a lunch but made sure that a lunch was on your time card. I even witnessed the Vet nick a blood vessel while performing a spay on a golden retriever and the vet lied to the customer telling them that their dog had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. Save yourself the time and the pain and don't use these people.

On Monday, July 18, 2016 I found a feral kitten on highway 27 that had been hit by a car and needed to be euthanized. The kitten was probably four or five weeks old. I pulled into the Pioneer Vet and asked him if he could put the kitten out of its misery. Without getting up from his chair, he told me he didn't have any euthanasia medication.
