Best place to take your cat babies. Everyone on the staff is caring and kind. The environment is very homey and doesn’t feel too much like a vet clinic, which I think helps the cats feel less stressed. My only complaint is the hours, which make it hard for me to get in when I need to, but as it’s a small business, I understand and will give them a pass. I love how they are for cats only, again makes things more calm during visits and it means they have a good variety of cat only merchandise. Thanks for being awesome all the time! Read Less

We brought our cat, Cromwell in on a Monday morning. We were told that he had crystals in his urine and a UTI. The staff at the Cat Clinic told us to monitor him closely, which we did and kept in contact with them. Cromwell had been urinating somewhat regularly, but small amounts when he was. After he became very lethargic on Thursday night and Friday morning, we were instructed to bring him back in. The Vet informed us that he would need to spend the weekend at Emergency, as he had a blockage. (It was 1:30pm at this time, and Cromwell had just urinated at 6:30am that morning. We had spoke to them that morning at 7:30am, and they told us to come in at 1:30pm that day.) The vet was very courteous and did not charge us for this exam because he knew that we had a large bill coming to us at emergency. Upon arriving at Emergency, the vet there informed us that Cromwell's kidneys were failing, and that his levels were so high, the machines could not even read them. He told us that it was very likely this been happening since Monday. I wonder if more extensive testing would have stopped this situation from escalating? Cromwell is doing wonderful now! Home and happy. But unfortunately, it is now us hurting from the $1400 Emergency bill. I will not be returning to this establishment. Read Less

Cat artwork on the walls? Check. Cat bric-a-brac? Check. Cat patterned cat pads for the exam tables? Check. Cat sometimes randomly lounging about? Check. Cat staff enthusiastic about cats?  DOUBLE CHECK!  Every crazy cat person cliché can be found at this adorable little cat clinic and I love it!I started using this clinic a little more than a year ago when I adopted a senior kitty with more health issues than you could shake a stick at. The care and compassion received, nothing short of amazing.  Even when it came time to help my adorable old kitty find peace the tenderness shown was remarkable.Since I have become the proud human of a fiery hairless Sphynx and have only ever used Spokane Cat Clinic for her veterinary needs.  The reception staff, techs and vets have all been pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable. Wait times has been short to non-existent, rates are fair and appointments have been a breeze to schedule.  But most of all, they actually care about the wellness of your fur babies (or furless baby in my case). I recently (a few months ago) brought home a delightful little kitten! Of course, he's rambunctious, about as graceful as a 3 legged mule, and the craziest cat I've ever met... So when I decided to go on vacation, I knew I'd feel better if someone was watching him! I looked all over for a boarding place, and did a LOT of "digging" to find any kind of negative feedback on any place that I found. Spokane Cat Clinic was the only one that didn't come up with horror stories, and that sounded (based on reviews) like a clinic that cares. When I went to drop him off, they asked if I'd like to also do their vaccine/neuter package, along with a microchip. Of course! I really appreciated that they thought to offer that, and he definitely was of an age where it was "snip snip" or risk "spray spray!" It wasn't easy leaving him behind (I've only been away from him once and that was only overnight) but seeing where they keep all the boarding kitties was wonderful. He settled right in, and had his own little bed and everything! It's like the Hilton for cats! All the cats were just so happy and content, and even little Memphis wasn't at his maximum freak-out. I'm happy to say that I will definitely be bringing Memphis (as well as my older cat, who is able to stay home alone) here for his veterinary needs! The cherry on top of all this is their comparable pricing. For the boarding, neuter/vaccine, and chip, it all came to less than 200. For their caring service and personal touch, I'd pay twice that! I am not one who trusts many people with the care of my fur-kids, but I will give them a recommendation any day! If you're looking for a boarding facility, or a new vet, Spokane Cat Clinis is TOPS! Love this place. Everyone is professional and they clearly love cats, Lol! I took both my recently adopted kitties there and the docs gave them a great once over to make sure they were healthy. They are very reasonably priced for specifically being a cat clinic. When I was concerned about on of my kitties and they did not have space for a closer appointment they even emailed with me back and forth and suggested something to help him adjust. It made me feel better and stop panicking haha. In general I think it's a great cat clinic and your cats will be well taken care of. Read Less

Not wanting to leave my young cat home alone while away for a few days, I frantically searched for a place that could board cats! Spokane Cat Clinic wound up being my pick, and I am so glad for that! If you have a cat, I strongly recommend them! They even clipped his nails! (So appreciated!) Spokane Cat Clinic is amazing! Our two cats do not get along. And not just "oh, they scuffle sometimes!" More like we have to keep our cats completely separated and, if we don't, they bite each other. Well, unfortunately, one Monday morning at 5 am, that is exactly what happened. My boyfriend left the door open just enough for our bully cat to run in and bite our scaredy cat. Fur was everywhere and there was a bit of blood, too. Aside from being very upset, I was scared for our cat. The last time they got into a fight, which was probably about a year ago, our cat seemed fine but had developed an abscess under her fluffy fur that we couldn't see. We had to take her to an emergency vet where we waited for hours and she had to get a pretty scary procedure. She also had to wear a cone for a while, which she HATED. It was a bad experience all around. Fast forward a year later and we called the Spokane Cat Clinic as soon as they opened. They got us in that afternoon. Our cat was in and out in a matter of minutes. They shaved her wound, cleaned it, and gave her a long acting antibiotic that would ensure that an abscess doesn't form. The vet and vet techs were very nice. The vet tech loved our cat! It's great when you're at a place where you can tell they truly love animals and care about yours. The price? Less than the low cost emergency vet we went to last time. They also gave us a DVD to watch about how to help our cats get along better. They said that we can just bring it back whenever we're done with it. In addition, it seems like their online system is really accessible. You can receive email appointment reminders, confirm appointments via text message, and request appointments online. I find it hard to schedule appointments when I work 8-5, so it's really convenient that they offer those services. We were considering a few different vets in the area, and we are very glad that we went with the Spokane Cat Clinic. We will be back for all of our cat needs (and to return that DVD, I promise!) Wait times has been short to non-existent, rates are fair and appointments have been a breeze to schedule. Read Less

They asked if I'd also like to do their neuter package, and microchip. Yes to all of the above! Very reasonable prices, super calm and incredibly loving environment. If you have a cat, I strongly recommend them! They even clipped his nails! (So appreciated!) Though I'm pretty sure I'm never letting Memphis out of my sight ever again, if I ever have to, I'd be happy to take him back to this lovely place. Spokane Cat Clinic is amazing! We will be back for all of our cat needs (and to return that DVD, I promise!)
