I am extremely picky about who I trust with my exotic animals such as reptiles, birds and amphibians. Dr.eugineo is who I take all of my animals to. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things, and is always willing to go above and beyond for us. He has proven himself time and time again in providing us with excellent care and helping our animals heal and live happy healthy lives. We greatly appreciate the entire staff here! Fantastic establishment.

I can never say enough good about this vet (Dr & office) or the staff! They truly take care of your pet as if it were their own. They've been taking care of my dog for the last few years (she had a different vet as a puppy) and when she was no longer well enough to continue the staff cried with us and understood when I was a mess. They even made me extra prints for a tattoo and knowing she had 2 households that loved her gave us 2 memorial pieces. I will always refer them, go to them if possible and remember their kindness in my sweet girls senior years. They are amazing and do everything in their power to take care of your animal in a loving, comfortable (for your pet) fashion. ❤️❤️❤️

So pleased with Dr. Eugenio and his staff for taking wonderful care of our cat. We adopted a 3 year old domestic medium hair in November and had our first appointment shortly after. Dr. Eugenio is very professional and knowledgeable in his practice and answered every question we had. We brought our cat back for his shots a couple days ago and Dr. Eugenio did a great job explaining them to us and making sure we were informed. He is excellent with pets and just as good with pet owners.

Our Rott/Lab mix Leo has never had a great relationship with vets and tends to give a warning growl. But Dr. Eugenio knew just how to approach him and become friends right away. We couldn't be more pleased with the treatment he's received and the service we've been provided. Everything is explained up front and Dr. Eugenio even opened early to perform a surgery that we know saved Leo's life. We are recommending Dr. Eugenio to all our friends and family!

So far I can't complain. I have been here once for my newly adopted cats wellness exam. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the vet and staff who helped hold my baby were very loving toward the animals. It's clear they enjoy working here and adore their furry clients. Dr. Eugio even waived the wellness exam and clipping my cats nails as a thank you for adopting a rescue cat :)My only suggestion is update/ remodel/ redecorate the inside, as the rooms seem really cold and unwelcoming.

Dr. Eugenio and Dr. Morency are THE BEST! Dr.Morency and the team were with us when we had to put our 13 year old lab to sleep and they were so amazingly compassionate given this was the closest we will ever have to a child. When we finally welcomed a new puppy into our home Dr. Eugenio has been right along side us as "new puppy parents" guiding us in the best parenting possible. We've made a couple "oops" and I ask a lot of questions but he's always so kind and compassionate in getting us through it. He takes as much time as you need. Shep's not spoiled, he's just well loved and always a bit nervous going in (it is the vet after all) but he really does love the team and Dr. E. He may hide under the chairs but his tail is wagging the whole time.

We absolutely love this office. I worked at a pet store and we would bring all the animals here and most of my co workers brought their pets here. We where seeing the female vet for about three visits, then she left and we started seeing Dr. Eugenio. He is absolutely amazing. He takes his time getting to know your pet and yourself. He's price conscious and doesn't push recomnnended procedures. Gideon loves him and the staff as well

Everything went as planned and the pets made it safely. Same situation, different vet. He was too arrogant to admit he didn't have the answer and call the APHIS office to clarify. Instead he offered to euthanize my cat. Some POS. Yeah, you really care about the animals. Just kill 'em if you can't make a simple phone call and get the right answer. And yes, it is that simple. Used another vet.

I have been very happy with this Veterinary clinic and its staff. My elderly parents had been taking their cat here for many years, until very recently when they had to move to a new home. Unfortunately, they moved too far away to continue coming to Fircrest Veterinary Hospital. With the help of this clinic, their cat has exceeded a typical feline lifespan, and is still doing quite well health wise.The staff here were very gracious, and faxed my parents' cat records to the new veterinarian. They have also been very helpful in answering my questions, as I've had to assist my parents with caring for their cat. I can strongly recommend Fircrest Veterinary Hospital as a great place to take your pet!

I can not express how comfortable everyone made us feel. Traveling from Bellingham it is way beyond worth it! Angie at the front desk is so nice and caring. Dr. Eugenio explained my dogs surgery in terms that I could understand and reassured me that my boy will be in the best of hands. His surgery is next week and I can already tell you that the 3 hour drive is worth it for how comfortable the entire staff has made us. Thank you Fircrest Veterinary Hospital for already making us feel like family!!

If you are shopping for a veterinarian for your cat, dog, or reptile, Fircrest Vet is where you need to go. Dr. Eugenio did not hesitate to see my Red Eared Slider (turtle) "Herbie" and he knew immediately what was wrong with him. I was SO impressed by the amount of knowledge Dr. Eugenio had about the condition of Herbie's shell infection, he explained in great depth what was wrong, took time to clean him up, and created a treatment plan. He spend so much time with me showing me the best way to give Herbie his liquid medication (which could have been a very large headache), and he even fabricated a special syringe to make it super easy! I had originally taken Herbie to a different reptile veterinarian and they failed to present any knowledge about what was wrong with Herbie-they even misdiagnosed him and then charged me an arm and a leg to boot!Dr. Eugenio scheduled two follow up appointments to check Herbie's progress and he has now almost completely healed and is back to his old feisty self!Dr. Eugenio as well as ALL the staff at Fircrest Vet define compassion and customer service. They go above and beyond for every single pet & pet parent that walks through their doors. They don't just treat you like another appointment in their day-they make you feel like family. I will always refer people to this wonderful place, because it is truly what defines good veterinary care.

Just posted this review to Yelp: to my kittens. I also feel very supported as a pet owner. What's more, they are all really, very nice, congenial people that are easy to relate to. They never act as if they are in a rush to get you in/out, happy to answer any and all questions, and are very thorough with their exams and information. They really seem to love their work, and they are quite good at it. I signed up for yelp just write this review because I am so happy I found them. Cats can live a long time, so I am glad to have found such a great place to help me take care of them!

Instead he offered to euthanize my cat. Some POS. Yeah, you really care about the animals. Just kill 'em if you can't make a simple phone call and get the right answer. And yes, it is that simple. Used another vet.

Dr Eugenia and his staff always go above and beyond. I cannot say enough about the quality of care you can except from this Clinic. Love these people.

I have been very happy with this Veterinary clinic and its staff. My elderly parents had been taking their cat here for many years, until very recently when they had to move to a new home. Unfortunately, they moved too far away to continue coming to Fircrest Veterinary Hospital. With the help of this clinic, their cat has exceeded a typical feline lifespan, and is still doing quite well health wise.The staff here were very gracious, and faxed my parents' cat records to the new veterinarian. They have also been very helpful in answering my questions, as I've had to assist my parents with caring for their cat. I can strongly recommend Fircrest Veterinary Hospital as a great place to take your pet!

I can not express how comfortable everyone made us feel. Traveling from Bellingham it is way beyond worth it! Angie at the front desk is so nice and caring. Dr. Eugenio explained my dogs surgery in terms that I could understand and reassured me that my boy will be in the best of hands. His surgery is next week and I can already tell you that the 3 hour drive is worth it for how comfortable the entire staff has made us. Thank you Fircrest Veterinary Hospital for already making us feel like family!!

If you are shopping for a veterinarian for your cat, dog, or reptile, Fircrest Vet is where you need to go. Dr. Eugenio did not hesitate to see my Red Eared Slider (turtle) "Herbie" and he knew immediately what was wrong with him. I was SO impressed by the amount of knowledge Dr. Eugenio had about the condition of Herbie's shell infection, he explained in great depth what was wrong, took time to clean him up, and created a treatment plan. He spend so much time with me showing me the best way to give Herbie his liquid medication (which could have been a very large headache), and he even fabricated a special syringe to make it super easy! I had originally taken Herbie to a different reptile veterinarian and they failed to present any knowledge about what was wrong with Herbie-they even misdiagnosed him and then charged me an arm and a leg to boot!Dr. Eugenio scheduled two follow up appointments to check Herbie's progress and he has now almost completely healed and is back to his old feisty self!Dr. Eugenio as well as ALL the staff at Fircrest Vet define compassion and customer service. They go above and beyond for every single pet & pet parent that walks through their doors. They don't just treat you like another appointment in their day-they make you feel like family. I will always refer people to this wonderful place, because it is truly what defines good veterinary care.

Just posted this review to Yelp: to my kittens. I also feel very supported as a pet owner. What's more, they are all really, very nice, congenial people that are easy to relate to. They never act as if they are in a rush to get you in/out, happy to answer any and all questions, and are very thorough with their exams and information. They really seem to love their work, and they are quite good at it. I signed up for yelp just write this review because I am so happy I found them. Cats can live a long time, so I am glad to have found such a great place to help me take care of them!
