I have gone here for both planned and emergency visits. They aren't a traditional vet clinic, but they do have specialists for almost anything your animal could need. One of my dogs visits the ophthalmologist (yeah, I thought that was bizarre too!) for her dry eye syndrome. The staff is friendly, gentle, and attentive. We unfortunately had to make an emergency visit recently. The staff called a triage nurse to the lobby immediately upon entering. They took her back, checked her vitals, and had her back to me in 10 minutes. During the short wait between triage and the doctor, my poor pooch vomited the entire contents of her tiny tummy all over me, the lobby floor, and several of the chairs. Nobody complained. They ran out quickly with paper towels to clean up her mess, help me clean up mine, and offer her a comfy towel to be wrapped in (she's quite small). We were offered a plethora of options to suit our budget, and weren't rushed out as we asked our bajillion questions. I even got a follow up call the next morning! I don't even get that from the people doctor!! These people are amazing! Read Less
