We have been coming to VCA for over 12 yrs. Consistently friendly staff and service. Doctors have come and gone.. although some staff has been around for years yet the level of care hasn't changed.
We have taken both dogs and cats and have used their grooming services. Would highly recommend

The staff is very nice, and you would definitely have to form your own opinion. Vets are not a one size fits all.......they weren't a good fit for me and my dog but they might be for you. I have a Rot...
The staff is very nice, and you would definitely have to form your own opinion. Vets are not a one size fits all.......they weren't a good fit for me and my dog but they might be for you. I have a Rottweiler that can be cranky and they seemed extremely intimidated by him...my Rottweiler doesn't bite and has never bit anyone, but his growl and size understandably can be intimidating but I feel as a clinic, they should be more trained to handle any situation....they would get timid when he growled which showed my dog if he growls then they back off....so, they just reinforced his bad behavior instead of standing their ground with him....if that makes sense. Rottweiler are very smart, and need a firmer hand. So, long story short....they are very nice, just not a good fit for us.

We came in without an appointment since my pup accidentally ate some onions. Even though they don't really deal with emergencies usually, they took care of our pup and put our minds at ease. Will definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

The staff was friendly. We however have decided this is not the vet clinic for us. One issue is when we asked about neutering fee we were quoted an amount the includes a micro chip which is not an opt...
The staff was friendly. We however have decided this is not the vet clinic for us. One issue is when we asked about neutering fee we were quoted an amount the includes a micro chip which is not an option you can take off. Our dog is already chipped yet we would be paying this fee regardless. I feel this should be something you can choose to not have without still paying for it. Also there was a lot of hard sell to buy a health plan and a lot of other things we aren't interested in.

I cannot say enough good things about this place & the people who work there. It's very apparent they have a love & passion for what they do; from the front desk, to the techs, and the vets themselves...
I cannot say enough good things about this place & the people who work there. It's very apparent they have a love & passion for what they do; from the front desk, to the techs, and the vets themselves are all so caring! It was very easy to make an appointment. Dr. Braun is AMAZING, we took our 2+ old pet rat to her for quite a large mass removal. She handled him so well during consultation (which is NOT easy to do with my guy), and kept us constantly informed the day of the surgery. We definitely were NOT overcharged, were given a text the next day to check on Sam's recovery, and they truly understood just how much my fur baby means to me! I highly recommend this clinic to any and all pet owners!

We take our pets here for their check ups and shots. They were wonderful when we brought our cat "Socks" in two years ago. We didn't know what was wrong with her. Her system was shutting down and they suggested putting her down. We agreed, we stayed there with her for her comfort while they prepped her. When she did finally pass they gave us a towel lined box to take her home so she could be laid to rest in our garden. They sent us her paw print and a card. They are very wonderful people.

my first experiance with Sno-Wood animal hospital was when my late dog pearl was attacted by another dog though i lost her the Drs did what they could to fix the damage done to her they couldnt save her it was very hard for me to put her down and the staff and Dr was very supportive . Since that time I have a new puppy spike who loves the staff at sno-wood as well as I do they are very friendly and treat spike as if he was their very own pet I would send all my friends to VCA for all their pet needs Thank You Sno- Wood Spike and I are looking forword to our next visit

I just returned from my dogs vet appointment. They were three times as expensive as my last vet (who was considered one of the best in the area). It was filthy and they recommended unnecessary surge...
I just returned from my dogs vet appointment. They were three times as expensive as my last vet (who was considered one of the best in the area). It was filthy and they recommended unnecessary surgeries and medications using scare tactics that my child would get sick or go blind. I have one of the friendliest dogs I've met, and she was terrified the minute she stepped in the building and because of her nervousness they muzzled her. I do not intent on returning and I intend on returning the medication they pushed on me.

The staff was friendly. We however have decided this is not the vet clinic for us. One issue is when we asked about neutering fee we were quoted an amount the includes a micro chip which is not an option you can take off. I just returned from my dogs vet appointment. They were three times as expensive as my last vet (who was considered one of the best in the area).
