I've been taking Hercules and Lexy to see Dr. Sharman for 13 years He is a truly amazing doctor. I drove in from the beach in the morning with my sick dog hoping I could get him in. I called while on the road and Porsche was able to fit Hercules in even though they were booked solid. Dr. Sharman was off and Dr. Courveen was there and she said she would fit him. OUTRAGEOUS!! behavior via our phone conversation today with dr. Jacqueline Courneen. Called regarding advice on our 2 pets, & their illness. She was rude, continued to interrupt during my phone conversation with her, and I actually had to ask her to let me finish what I was trying to say to no avail. Our regular vet had moved his business and this was our first and absolute last conversation with this person. I cannot review on the clinic as a whole as I have not used their services. I can however, tell you that after speaking with this vet there is NO way I would ever trust my pet(s) to someone so aggressive & rude. Read Less

Outrageous behavior by phone with dr. Jacqueline Courneen. She was EXTREMELY rude & interrupting when I called for advice for my pets. Our regular vet had moved his business, so we needed advice and called this local clinic. By phone alone, she was rude, aggressive in her speak to me and I refuse to ever take my pets to this clinic because of her. I will not recommend and in fact warn of such rude and insensitive way she spoke to me by phone to any friend looking for a vet. After making 'special 'arrangements to make my anxious dog at ease, they didn't follow through. Instead the lady vet came out (while my dog sat at her feet calmly) and said we can't give her a rabies shot. To unpredictable. As my dog sat there. She talked enough time, she could've Givin a shot. We had a plan and I'm extremely disappointed. Not once did she (lady vet) acknowledge my dog to befriend her. My dog loves everone! She doesn't like have things off schedule and to wait 20 min in parking lot then 20 in small room. She's never hurt anyone , but they 'can't give her a shot'. This vet clinic has now helped me with the passing of two of my best friends. They are extremely compassionate with regards to the pain of these moments. Love this place. I've taken my dogs there for years. My Dachshund Cici has stress seizures when she hits the vet floor. Dr. Sharman now sees her in my car. What vet ever does that? It is why I travel 20 miles to Woodland to this clinic. GREAT caring doctor and customer service. :-)Read Less

Dr. Courneen is the hands-down best veterinarian I've had the pleasure working with. She was genuinely concerned and consulted many specialists on what could be wrong with my cat. Unfortunately, at the age of 13, it was just her time. All staff on hand were very good about being sensitive and kind to our needs in her final time. It was everything I could have asked for, considering the circumstances. They also didn't emotionally exploit the situation by costing me an arm and a leg for our final moments together. Everyone there is a loving pet owner who understands and they have a lot of compassion for their patients and their humans. I would take my animals to Dr. Courneen for as long as she practices. Be sure to meet their resident vet kitty, Chester! :) He's super friendly. And he'll win a staring contest with you! Read Less
