If you have a reptile do not bring it to this vet they do not know what they're doing they heated my box turtle from the bottom Instead of the top and all turtles Absorb their heat from the top not the bottom In by heating them from the bottom you can burn them or kill them They also opened up my turtles abscessed I told them do not seal it needs to stay open so it can finish draining/Weeping instead they sealed it up and then 4 days later the abscess was back and I take it back in and they charge me even more money (for their mistake) to open it back up again and this time they didn't seal cause once again I told them don't seal so they either listened to me for once or looked and seen I knew what I was talking about so find a different vet for your reptiles cause this place sucks They also put my turtle under anesthesia to drain the abscess when I told them if I hold him I can keep his neck out and you can drain it but because they knew they could charge me more money they sit up I tried that it won't work but they didn't try in front of me they put him inside some other room came back 10 minutes later claiming it didn't work so they had to knock him out and cost another 60-80 dollars so reptile lovers avoid this place at all cost If I could do negative stars I would Read Less

Our vet was booked for weeks, so we chose to take our puppy to North Heights to be neutered based on a recommendation from a co-worker who has been going there for many years. We are so glad that we did! When I walked in the door the woman at the front desk saw that I was struggling with our large puppy, who was very excited, and she brought me to an exam room right away rather than have me wait in the lobby. That alone was a huge relief! The exam room was what you would expect and was very clean. It only took a few moments for a vet tech to pop in to go over the procedure, options and pricing. She was friendly, patient and thorough. I felt very comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. Once the surgery was complete, we received a call from the doctor. Not the office staff. Not a vet tech. The actual doctor who performed the surgery. Dr. Byom was very friendly and provided detailed information about the procedure and after care. He also took the time to make sure he answered any questions that we had. When we picked up our puppy, the staff was again very pleasant and thorough; going over the doctor’s notes and instructions and answering our questions. There weren’t any surprises when it came time to pay the bill and the pricing was very reasonable for the care that we received. The only con is that the listed clinic hours don’t include any evenings, but there are Saturday appointments available. After this experience, we have decided to switch both of our dogs to North Heights and we really look forward to many years of them caring for our pets. Read Less
