We came here after a disappointing experience at a different vet in Beaver Dam. The staff could not have been friendlier or more excited to see my dog. The vet also found the source of my dogs rash/itching within 1 minute, that the previous vet had failed to find. Overall enjoyable visit, though the price for a nail clipping felt high at $18, however considering how awful my dog acts when cutting her nails, it was well worth it.

I want to thank all the staff for their kind, compassionate, delicate, manner after the death of my best friend. My dog Doodle was 16 years old and passed away at home. I called her regular vet to learn the office was closed that week for the holiday season. I called around checking prices, skeptical of calling random offices who had never known doodle I went with the most inexpensive quote and found The Animal Clinic Of Beaver Dam on De Clark Street. Today I picked up my beloved dogs ashes. I watched the woman walk to the cabinet where Doodles remains were. I watched her remove the package from the Shelf. I noticed how very careful she was as to not disturb. I thought that was extremely respectful of my dog. She handed me the package in a beautiful navy blue bag with a drawstring at the top. With these words embroidered in gold, " Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge. I open the bag. On the top was a clay paw print with Doodles name engraved in the clay and a red heart-shaped jewel embedded in the plaque. Ashes were placed in a classy white box not in a TIN CAN as I have seen so many times before. Also a certificate of cremation with Doodles full name on it. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. I only wish the staff had the opportunity to meet Doodle long before her passing. They did such a heartfelt, amazing Memorial my best friend and myself. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. XOXO. I wanna thank all the staff for their kindness, compassionate, delicate manner after my best friend passed away. My dog Doodle was 16 years old. She passed away at home. I called Doodles regular vet for a cremation, however that office was closed for that week. So I called around and found The Animal Clinc Of Beaver Dam. They had never met Doodle before. Today I picked up my beloved dogs ashes. The woman at the counter, walked over to the cabinet where Doodles remains were. I watched her take this package off the shelf and noticed how very careful she was. She handed the package to me in a beautiful navy blue velvet bag with a drawstring at the top. With this embroidered in gold. The receptionist Sue is also so kind and patient. When you walk in, you aren't treated like another number. I am so happy.

We came here after a disappointing experience at a different vet in Beaver Dam. The staff could not have been friendlier or more excited to see my dog. The vet also found the source of my dogs rash/itching within 1 minute, that the previous vet had failed to find.
