We came here after a disappointing experience at a different vet in Beaver Dam. The staff could not have been friendlier or more excited to see my dog. The vet also found the source of my dogs rash/itching within 1 minute, that the previous vet had failed to find. I want to thank all the staff for their kind, compassionate, delicate, manner after the death of my best friend. My dog Doodle was 16 years old and passed away at home. I called her regular vet to learn the office was closed that week for the holiday season. I called around checking prices, skeptical of calling random offices who had never known doodle I went with the most inexpensive quote and found The Animal Clinic Of Beaver Dam on De Clark Street. Today I picked up my beloved dogs ashes. I watched the woman walk to the cabinet where Doodles remains were. I watched her remove the package from the Shelf. I noticed how very careful she was as to not disturb. I thought that was extremely respectful of my dog. She handed me the package in a beautiful navy blue bag with a drawstring at the top. With these words embroidered in gold, " Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge. I open the bag. On the top was a clay paw print with Doodles name engraved in the clay and a red heart-shaped jewel embedded in the plaque. Ashes were placed in a classy white box not in a TIN CAN as I have seen so many times before. Also a certificate of cremation with Doodles full name on it. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. I only wish the staff had the opportunity to meet Doodle long before her passing.
