Very poor customer service. My dog had several teeth pulled during a routine teeth cleaning. The Vet never called me to let me know why they pulled them. When I asked the vet tech she said “we don’t just pull them for fun, there must have been a reason.” The vet to this day has never called me to see how he is doing or to explain why had 5 teeth pulled. We'd been bringing our 3 year old dog here since she was born and I've never been particularly thrilled with this vet's office. Never felt like I got thorough treatment for her, but she never really needed much either, so I put off switching vets. Then she got a rash and had itchy ears and they sent us home with meds saying it could be caused by anything. Not the diagnosis I was looking for. 2 months go by and she still scratched a bit, so we took her to a new vet and within the first minute, the vet combed her fur and found fleas. They did not check for this originally which is mind blowing to me. Seems like the most basic thing to check. So disappointed and it was the push I needed to permanently switch vets. I had my cat in in June to get a tooth pulled, he had to stay the day. A couple of weeks later my cay started getting nosebleeds. He was 18 years old and had never been sick before. I took him back, they were adament that he had not picked something up from their office. My cat continued to have nosebleeds, sneezing and lots of distress. I tried speaking to someone about where he got sick from , with no answers and hardly was even able to get a vet to call me back. In fact when they said they would call they didn't even bother. Suddenly my second cat got sick with the same illness. I decided at that time I would not return to this clinic any longer. I ended up having to put my first cat to sleep and my second cat is not doing well either. I still think my cat caught somethig at BD Vet Clinic, after all they had never, ever been sick before. We have taken 8 different cats to this vet over the course of the last 20 years and they have always treated us and our animals with great care and respect. They have been friendly, compassionate, receptive to our questions and concerns, and just plain wonderful. My Sons dog had a "ball" grow on the back of his neck that started out the size of a small pea. Son's wife sd she took him to "other" vet who kept telling her it was nothing. A different vet went in and took out a ci-bay-cious (?) cyst and we thought all was well. I took over his care after his surgery and 4 months later, the "ball" is back and growing aggressively. I called this vet and got him in the following day. They were excellent at taking care of my service dog. They found him to have a medium sized tumor. (!!!) They had him in surgery that hour. His care was excellent! He wouldn't allow me to check his incision let alone try to take out the stitches, but my Dog was so comfortable with the Dr. that he sat still (VERY UNCOMMON!) as a statue and allowed the Dr. to take them out, no problem. I recommend this vet clinic to everyone in the area. I was a little hesitant when I saw the outside of the building but as soon as I stepped through the doors I was treated exceptionally. They not only treated me well but more importantly were very nice to my pets. They always try to give you the best deal for your money. They aren't like other vets that are out for your money. i would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. my dog at the age of 3yrs suddenly started having grand mal seizures. got him in their office and he was diagnosed quickly. they are extremely courteous. when i called their office with questions they were extremely prompt about returning them. they were comforting to me and my dog. thanks to them, my dog, jake is doing much better. in fact i have scheduled him to be neutered there this coming friday. i completely trust them to take excellent care of my baby boy. =) Read Less
