I called on a Friday & I had an appt set for Monday but my little one wasn't doing so great Friday night & when I called on Saturday morning they had fit her in that morning. We recently moved here from out of state with our two fur babies. Wyllow was recommended by a coworker. We took our kids there for new patient visits and were very happy with the team. Last Thursday, our little Nola was coughing and her breathing wasn't good. They made her an appointment that day with Dr. Yelk. We lost our little girl that night and were devastated. She was our precious love for over 13 years. Dr. Yelk and the team were amazing. They were all so caring and compassionate. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter's dog was very sick. They took him in and were told that they would send in his blood work for test when they would pay for it. They took him to Beaver Dam Veterinarian clinic where he was treated with love and care. Unfortunately, he passed away but at least he was cared for. When a vet cares more for money than she does for the animal, it is time to hang up the stethoscope. Read Less

Wyllow pet has been our vets for many years. They are amazing. We had to put our old cat Socks down and they were so comforting. They were thoughtful, empathic, kind, caring. My husband and I have been going to Wyllow pet hospital since 1978 (it was called Siegried Small Animal Hospital then). Followed some of the same staff and have made memories with them all. Dr. Vicki has been a rock for me and my family (humans and dogs). All the support of the Docs and techs as well as the office staff are kind and compassionate. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always treated our fur-babies like one of their own and have even cried with us when having to say goodbye to some of them. I have been going to Wyllow Pet Hospital forever, it seems. I may own one of the exam rooms! My very senior cat Jake is not a happy camper when he goes there. He is diabetic and now has kidney problems so he has gone through a lot of testing, poking and prodding. I am guessing the doctors draw straws to find out who will see him. Short straw loses. But having said that, Dr. Smith, Dr. Wilder and Dr. Yelk are the best vets anyone could ever ask for. Sadly, I lost my other senior cat Mattie this past January. Everyone at Wyllow could not have been more compassionate or thoughtful to me. There is such genuine concern and care from the entire staff. I believe Jake has made it to 21 because of the superior care he has received at Wyllow Pet Hospital. Thanks everyone; you're the best! Read Less

Our cat Abby was abandoned at 3 weeks, we took her in and gave her all the love parent can. The problem was no one could hold Abby with out donating blood, she would scream, nite and scratch. If she saw anyone go anywhere near her she would run. She is almost 4 now and even with meds she didn't change much until NOW. Dr Wright suggested we try Th Hills Science C/D Stress and all we could say is THANK YOU. I started crying when my baby girl jumped on my lap this week, she has NEVER done this, she even took treats out of my hand. Now she goes to her papa or I when called. We mixed her bag with her other food so she has been getting 50 /50 it's been about a month and I can't wait to see what happens when she gets the effect 100%. I recommend this to everyone that has a baby that is stressed. We are very happy and thank you Wyllow Pet Hospital for helping our baby.Read Less

I've never reviewed a vet clinic before, but here goes...The building is small, but easy to get to. There's only about 3 exam rooms.Some of the Veterinarians are better than others.Their prices are reasonable. A checkup for my dog is $35 +vaccines, or any medication that's needed.I say that some of the veterinarians are better than others because the vet we initially saw gave us the wrong diagnosis. She did recommend other testing because she 100% positive what was wrong with our pet. When we brought our pet back for follow-up testing, after a week of coping with the much more grim and incorrect diagnosis, we saw a different vet. She was very thorough and knows her stuff. She got answer and then double checked to make sure she was giving us the right answer. Now our pet is on the way to recovering from something that we were initially told would take its life.The staff at the desk is nice. Most of the vet-techs are female, which helps if your pet is shy.
