We love them! We've gone to them for routine care, everyday illness and end of life care. They're wonderful. You know they love animals they're gentle and kind. They sometimes run a bit late but they're worth the minor inconvenience. They don't rushed through explanations or instructions and they've never been rough with any of our cats no matter how busy they maybe or how much our girls protest the indignity of it all. They're compassionate and accommodating at the end of their lives. When it was time to let them go they got us in same day and gave us time to say goodbye and process the heartbreak. They recognize and understand what the furry little babies mean to us. They've been great with our geriatric cats and our kittens. Recommend to everyone. Read Less

Friend had a very poor experience during dogs final days. Staff used major guilt trips to convince her to spend more money on a dying dog. When she refused one of many expensive tests they made sure to outright blame her for the dog's condition. This did nothing but prolong her, and the dog's suffering. She won't be returning and neither will I. There are lots of good vets around this area, this isn't one of them. Read Less

This clinic is awesome. Twice in the past few days I called them about two of my chickens that were sick. Each time they told me that they have no experience treating chickens (not their specialty). But they said that they will do research for me and do their best to help them. So, they saw my chickens and gave me incredibly useful advice. We have known Leslie for quite some time now, since she was working in Cross Plains, then Mazo, now Black Earth. She is very trustworthy as a business owner & especially as someone caring for a member of your family (pets.)  Her compassion and that of the team at Black Earth Veterinary is unsurpassed. They are there for you and your pet from beginning of life until the end. I love when Dr. Pam covers shifts because she is absolutely the best, especially with my obnoxious Bengal kitties and my younger pup!  I lost one of my best friend's not long ago from hemangiosarcoma that invaded his lungs. He took his last breath with me by his side on his favorite blanket at this clinic with much support & love around us. His mom was cared for by Leslie at Cross Plains as a pup. Both lived until ages 14 1/2 & 13 1/2 I have tears in my eyes just writing this, but they had wonderful lives. I thank Leslie and her team for being there when we needed them. Read Less

I knew the staff before they opened their own clinic. When they moved, I moved. They have cared for all my creatures from the cradle to helping them cross the rainbow bridge. You can take my word for it when I say, this clinic is staffed with the best of bipeds from the entire galaxy. I would not take my four-leggeds to anyone or to anyplace else (unless they recommend it). They help keep the loves of my life healthy, happy and you will not find a more compassionate, caring, knowledgeable group anywhere. Read Less
