Doctor Nasal and her staff was very friendly and worked with us to have a prescription filled that was necessary to treat one of our dogs. they called in the prescription and had it delivered to their office for easy pickup. We called for a same day appointment due to my pup having a possible ear infection. Amazing! Just absolutely amazing. Usually my dog just gets told to take benadryl daily, and when he has a flair up steroids. She had a new ear medication that goes directly in the ears, staff was amazing, and prices great! I had recently taken my four month old kitten Patches into the Happy Tails Vet Clinic! What was suppose to be a routine normal spay was not.  Dr. Beth Nasal was spaying my kitten when she removed one ovary and had went to remove the other she had dropped and lost the other ovary!! She then had to make the incisions bigger to try to find the ovary, which she could not do. Dr. Nasal then had to end the spaying do the risk of keeping Patches under the anesthetic too long making a risk for to pass away.  She then stitched up Patches and left the dropped and lost ovary inside of her.  When she had stitched up Patches she stitched her up like a TEDDY BEAR.  Her stitches were all gapped and a mess.  When I got to take Patches home she had a gap on her belly leaking and oozing and she never gave her pain medicine or anything to put on it for her.  When I had taken Patches back to get her looked at the vets nurses there could not get Patches out of her kennel they took her kennel tipped it upside down causing Patches (sore, open, half assed stitched job) belly to rub on the bottom of her kennel, and they had the nerve to look at me like myself or Patches had tore her stitches if they were stitched right they would not have caused this to happen to her, would not have caused her to get a infection The carelessness, the ignorance, the unjustified inhumane way they did her spaying and stitching she would not have to ware her cone, her stitches or have, her infection, or have to be on a antibiotic.  She was spayed November 18, two weeks later she is still suffering because of there carelessness.  DONT TAKE YOUR KITTEN OR CAT HERE!!!!  HAPPY TAILS VET CLINIC  SHOULD BE CALLED SAD TAILS Read Less

Dr. Dan and the Happy Tails crew are amazing. We recently had to face the harsh reality that our cat, Tank, was gravely ill. Dr. Dan and the crew did everything they could to make sure we knew all of our options and kept us well appraised of Tank's condition. Dr. Dan personally called me late at night to keep me updated on his status. When we were faced with the awful choice to sent him to sleep, the staff were there to comfort us. They gave us a room to spend some final alone time with our little boy and mourned with us as Dr. Dan sent him gently on his way. Since then they've been amazing helping us make sure our other boy, Growler, isn't similarly affected despite having the same illness and have helped us warmly welcome a new kitten, Toast, into our lives. This whole process was devastating for us, but the staff at Happy Tails were so kind and attentive and I know that the process would have done so much more damage emotionally if they hadn't been the loving and guiding hands there for us when we needed them. We absolutely adore the entire veterinarian staff, technicians, and doctors at Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic! Every time we've had any concerns regarding our three fur-kids (Kaizer, Luci, and Abbott) they are wonderful about getting them in to see Dr. Nasal as soon as possible to provide the best care for our fur-kids. In addition, the veterinarian support staff and technicians are so kind, knowledgeable, and caring that it makes going there a pleasant experience for all us, especially our fur-kids :) Read Less

We have been taking our dog to Dr. Nasal and Dr. Dan at Happy Tails for over 5 years now and would never go anywhere else. They are very flexible with scheduling (even have weekend appointments) and have always been able to set something up extremely quickly if there is a concern outside of our annual appointments. Pricing is fair and there is never a push to sell products or services that we don't need. The staff has a great attitude and they seem to truly enjoy the work that they do. Great clinic! I've been going to Happy Tails for years now (probably close to eleven years). I'm thrilled with their knowledge and how they just love our pets. We've had tons of pets, including ferrets, a rabbit, and dogs and even had some boarded there. They truly care about pets. I've lived a bunch of places and I have to say, this vet's clinic is probably the best I've seen. So hats off to a great vet clinic! :) And my younger Bostons LOVE going to see their friends there.
