Horrible. My cat was suffering with a broken femur bone for 2 months due to his misdiagnosis and severely lacking listening skills. This vets solution for my cat, who was clearly in a ton of pain and ...
Horrible. My cat was suffering with a broken femur bone for 2 months due to his misdiagnosis and severely lacking listening skills. This vets solution for my cat, who was clearly in a ton of pain and wouldn’t even put his leg down on the ground at all, was 6 days of pain medication. When my cat wasn’t healed (2 months later!) and I brought it up to him again, he gave me a vitamin for him. Vitamins will not heal a broken bone that requires surgery. I finally took my cat to another vet who correctly, quickly, and accurately diagnosed him. We then scheduled his surgery for a few days later. Sorry I ever made my pets suffer though vet visits with him. Don’t waste your time or money bringing your animals to his vet. He has a concerning lack of veterinary skills.

Horrible. My cat was suffering with a broken femur bone for 2 months due to his misdiagnosis and severely lacking listening skills. This vets solution for my cat, who was clearly in a ton of pain and wouldn’t even put his leg down on the ground at all, was 6 days of pain medication. The only thing I have a problem with is that they didn't give me a jar of vasoline, because I got completely screwed. $80 for him to look at my cat for 5 minutes! For something he could have told me...
The only thing I have a problem with is that they didn't give me a jar of vasoline, because I got completely screwed. $80 for him to look at my cat for 5 minutes! For something he could have told me to do. Never going here again.

I’ve just started coming here I like Dr Rick and Theresa . Very reasonable, and don’t rush you you out when you have a concern or questions. I’m not afraid to recommend him

Zero compassion and does not listen to any concerns. I know my dog like I know my kids! We took our dog in for a second opinion elsewhere when we knew nothing was being done for her here and a simple X-ray found what we suspected, an intestinal blockage! A concern that we mentioned multiple times that was ignored. Our dog just turned 1 years old and this vet told me straight out after two weeks of her being sick, two vet visits and multiple phone calls “I think you need to cut your losses and put her down.” Our family is beyond disgusted!

I just called to see about prices and the guy who answered the phone was so rude! Very short and I felt like I was bothering him. I wouldn't want him touching my dogs that's for sure...

Very Greedy guy. He traveled 6 miles to give a horse that I wanted to buy a coggnins test; I worked to catch the horse for about twenty minutes while he sat and talked on his phone. I was unable to catch the horse.Then gave me an $80.00 bill; $40 for the 6 mile drive and $40.00 for his time he sat there.

The only thing I have a problem with is that they didn't give me a jar of vasoline, because I got completely screwed. $80 for him to look at my cat for 5 minutes! For something he could have told me to do. Never going here again.
