Best place to take your pet. Wonderful, caring staff and vets. Dr. Jacobs works with you, he doesn't try to pad the bill with unnecessary tests or procedures, he gives sensible advice that fits your pet and you. I'm in the (people) medical field so know a little about what's going on with the care and advice given. I've taken all my dogs here for almost 20 years and felt completely comfortable with the care given and the people here. They are willing to accommodate you in emergencies and times of stress. I am so sorry that I moved and have to find a new vet.

We make a fairly long drive to Park Pet just so the dog we inherited years ago can continue with the doctors and staff that had always treated him. It is so worth it! Jasper loves his vet and smiles at all the staff and doctors to prove it. Their compassion, knowledge and skill are top notch. Dr. Jacobs patiently answers the barrage of questions I have for him each time. We have total faith and confidence in the care provided here.

We normally see dr Poehlmann on a regular basis as our vet and she is always very kind and thorough. I completely trust her advice In treatments and tests for my two dogs. They are after all part of my family and she gets that. The staff and other vets are wonderful as well. My lab beau became ill recently and even though I feared the worst the whole staff put me at ease and allowed me to feel comfortable as I was very stressed. Dr Jacobs did the surgery on my dog and he was nothing short of amazing. We got surprisingly better news than expected and he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I know my buddy is in good hands when he is here.

Our Beagle had been a patient of Park Pet hospital for most of his 15 year life and we have been very happy with the care recieved. We are on our second dog now and have nothing but great things to say about this place as well as the care recieved there. While we primarily sees Dr. Bruce Hoppe we have also had occassion to see Dr's Jacobs and Poehlman. All are compassionte, good listeners and responsive.
It isn't a particularly flashy place and they don't push a lot of things your dog doesn't need but they educate you to give you the best choices for the care of your pet. Some Vet offices spend a lot of money on making their office look like a brand new hospital. Park Pet hospital seems to invest in providing a nice environment but more importantly the best care you could ask for and great people to interact with you and your dog. They are very fair in their pricing comparatively and have been receptive to our desire to compliment their care with holistic care while continuing to be our primary care vet.
I've been very impressed with how our dogs have been cared for through his adventures and misadventures (oh the things a beagle will eat). If you love your Dog (or Cat) as much as we do we highly recommend Park pet Hospital.

This is an excellent veterinary practice. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors themselves is very kind, warm, generous and understanding. I was referred by a friend when one of my cats had an emergency situation and my usual vet couldn't see her. I called Park Pet and inspite of the fact that they were also full that day, they said "bring her over now and we'll work her in." I was so impressed they would do this for someone who wasn't even a current client. I have taken several other cats there ever since and highly reccommend them to anyone.

I just got a puppy after several years without a pet and the first thing I did was make an appointment with Dr. Hoppe. It's worth the drive to get the service Park Pet delivers.

I had the good fortune to bring my Yorkie “Lolla” to Park Pet Hospital and also see behind the scenes. I Highly recommend them! There are no bill surprises; they are honestly looking out for the pets and clients best interests. You have to try this clinic for your pets, it was so worth the 1 hour drive for me to have these doctors as my veterinarian. Dr. Jacobs is a board-certified specialist in canine and feline medicine and surgery, He is the only ABVP certified practitioner in Milwaukee county. Along with Dr. Cathy Poehlmann and Dr. Hoppe they are so incredible skilled and compassionate. I love everyone their!

We normally see dr Poehlmann on a regular basis as our vet and she is always very kind and thorough. I completely trust her advice In treatments and tests for my two dogs. They are after all part of my family and she gets that. The staff and other vets are wonderful as well. This is an excellent veterinary practice. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors themselves is very kind, warm, generous and understanding. I was referred by a friend when one of my cats had an emergency situation and my usual vet couldn't see her. I had the good fortune to bring my Yorkie “Lolla” to Park Pet Hospital and also see behind the scenes. I Highly recommend them! There are no bill surprises; they are honestly looking out for the pets and clients best interests. You have to try this clinic for your pets, it was so worth the 1 hour drive for me to have these doctors as my veterinarian. Dr. Jacobs is a board-certified specialist in canine and feline medicine and surgery, He is the only ABVP certified practitioner in Milwaukee county. Along with Dr. Cathy Poehlmann and Dr. Hoppe they are so incredible skilled and compassionate. I love everyone their!

All my dogs have been patients at Park Pet. Dr Hoppe is/was their vet and is wonderful. He is so good with Louie even though all Louie wants to do is escape!! [just like we humans do] I would recommen...

Simply stated excellent vetrinary care and fairly priced.Our 11 year old Beagle has been a patient of Park Pet hospital for most of his adult life and we have been very happy with the care recieved. While he primarily sees Dr. Bruce Hoppe he has also had occassion to see Dr's Jacobs and Poehlman. All are compassionte, good listeners and responsive. It isn't a particularly flashy place and they don't push alot of things your dog doesn't need but they educate you to give you the best choices for the care of your pet. Some Vet offices spend alot of money on making their office look like a brand new hospital. Park Pet hospital seems to invest in providing a nice environment but more importantly the best care you could ask for and great people to interact with you and your dog. They are very fair in their pricing comparitively and have been receptive to our desire to compliment their care with wholistic care while continuing to be our primary care vet.I've been very impressed with how our beagle has been cared for through his adventures and misadventures (oh the things a beagle will eat). If you love your Dog (or Cat) as much as we do we highly recommend Park pet Hospital.
