My family and I purchased a purebred German Shepherd puppy. And we needed a vet and to get all his shots as well. After reading online reviews of several vet clinics, including this one. We chose Germantown Animal Hospital, and we couldn't be happier. They are super friendly, competent, and extremely through as well as reasonably priced. The staff was courteous, listened to our concerns and addressed all of our questions without even a hint of impatience. We took our cats here and the vet was nothing special. Gave them checkups and we were on our way. The problem with this place was when we tried to schedule a follow up visit 2 weeks later. One of our cats had been losing some of her hair above and below her eye and also one spot on her  paw. We work normal 8-5 schedules during the week so when we called we were trying to see when the vet would be available. Our first call they told us the vet was booked for the next few days and we said oh that's fine we'll check our schedules and see if we can fit something in. Well when we called the second time the woman on the phone lectured us on how fast the vets schedule fills up and that we should have just made an appointment when we first called. She was very snarky and rude. Customer service is still important in 2016 and this place is severely lacking. Read Less

My wife and I tried a few different vets in the Menomonee Falls area when we were looking for a regular vet for our dog.  At the recommendation of a neighbor, we landed at Germantown Animal Hospital.  The staff was friendly, compassionate and listened to our concerns.  Prices are also very reasonable.
