My dog has gone here for 14 years, he had an appointment at 1130 this morning. He was limping and having a hard time getting around after being diagnosed with anal gland cancer. I called an hour before to verify his appointment and everything was good. I get there and they say "unfortunately we had a few emergencies and its going to be atleast and hour." When I walked in, there were four people sitting around doing nothing. I would have thought they could have called me and told me this so I didn't make the trip into town. I will never bring my animals here again. Which is sad because I really liked his veternarian. Read Less

Everyone at AHOH is amazing. I had an older pitbull who didn't like other dogs and they always let us wait behind the desk as they gave him treats. Sadly he got very sick and had to be put to sleep. Dr. Mark and the team was very compassionate from the beginning symptoms until the very end. I will be getting another pitbull that was surrendered to them and Dr. mark is taking care of costs to get him adoption ready for me. I can't say enough about him and the staff there. Read Less

My little kitten has been going to AHOH over the past few months for shots, and most recently surgery and stitch removal. Dr. Mark was amazing, so friendly, and I could tell how much he cared about Baby Olivia. I couldn't ask for better care! The assistant that is always there is also so friendly and Olivia loves her! Could not be happier with the care our yellow lab Aspen received from the staff. We had to be seen for an emergency visit while seeing family in the area. They got us in quickly and Dr. Kindschy was very thorough, he and his vet tech spent an hour and a half with us trying to figure out what was wrong with our fur baby. Just after adopting my dog from a shelter, I took him here to get checked over and was told he had an ear infection; I paid for the drops they told me he needed and administered them properly, but, when it didn't clear up, I went back in and when they re-checked him, they said that he actually had ear mites, and made me pay for the office visit and more treatment even though they were the ones who'd misdiagnosed him. Also, I've been a professional dog groomer for five years and usually groom my mother's tiny dachshund mix, but since I've relocated to another city, she took him here last week for a simple all-over shave-down. She arrived on time, the dog is complete docile and it's really the most basic groom you could ask for, and they completely botched it. There are long hairs all over him, it's horribly choppy, the pads weren't shaved well, it's longer than she asked for, and all for over $40. I re-shaved him entirely and took me fifteen minutes and looked perfect. I'll never bring my dogs here again, and my mother will be going elsewhere to get her easy little dog groomed!!Read Less
