My cat was attacked and we brought her in. When we did she was bleeding heavily. We walked into the animal hospital and nobody was at the front desk; workers were in the back petting a dog. We called for help and someone finally came up. We were asking for help with the cat in our arms and they were just staring at us. She was bleeding majorly to this point and they told us they didnt have a doctor on staff. After we asked if they could stop the bleeding until we could get to another hospital and they said that they could not. After this I told one of my friends about our experience and she said she had been to this place before and they didnt have a doctor on staff at that time either. Never again.

This is the best veterinarian office. The staff are all so friendly. Dr Neil is so caring, knowledgeable, and is so soft spoken as to not scare your pet in this unknown environment to them. He does a thorough exam and explains to you what is happening with your animal and recommends the best treatment he can. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend this animal clinic to anyone.

Both of our dogs have been seen by Dr. Rechsteiner, he is always professional and a complete joy to see. Susie, Yonah, Schnickelfritz (Fritz to his friends), and Buster are a combination of canine and feline furbabies that live with us and have successfully trained us to be great pet parents. All of their health needs are taken care of by The Allouez Animal Hospital. Friendly, professional, heartfelt concern and outstanding care is what we have grown accustomed to over the years. From regular checkups and vaccinations to the occasional phone call for advice, Dr Becky, Dr Neil, and every one of their staff are always happy to accommodate us. As responsible pet parents, weve had to make the decision to send some of our precious pets over the Rainbow Bridge. Each time the Allouez Animal Hospital has helped us with that chore, Ive felt that they treated us as though they were part of our family, and helped us take care of our family. In October 2015 my cat, Bonnie, died unexpectedly during the night. I was heartbroken that morning when I called the clinic . The receptionist took time to explain options for Bonnie and was very empathetic.. I had bought a large bag of food for Bonnie a couple of days earlier. She had a digestive sensitivity.The office took the unopened bag back in exchange for cremation fees. Dr Neil took the time to call me with the results of his post mortum exam. In January, I adopted two cats that were being cared for at the clinic from the Bay Area Animal Shelter. Again the staff showed me as well as my kitties kindness and special treatment. I know they care about our guys and always take time to explain things to me. One of my cats had renal failure and they gave him fluids every week so my spooky would feel better for no cost to me. They did this for almost 3 years before I lost him. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.

My emotional support dog broke her leg in a 90 degree angle after spending a ridiculous amount of money I couldn't afford we were turned away from the 24 hr clinic because we didn't have more money and of course it happened at night I was directed to Dr Becky first thing the next morning and she was amazing, reasonable pricing, easy to get in to see the staff was kind and caring a total opposite of our experience the night before she is good as new now thanks to Dr Becky and the staff I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

I can't express my thanks to Dr. Neil and Dr. Becky for helping take care of my felv positive kitties. They have always been very kind, and understanding with explaining different treatment options for my kiddos. And thanks to Dr. Neil for being so caring when I had to make the decision to help my sweet Cookie pass away. They are absolutely wonderful. Just wish they were not so pro bay area. BAHS has a stranglehold on the stray contract. Thankful every day my felv cats came in when the contract was NOT with them so they could live.

We moved to the area almost a year ago and started bringing our cat Ruby to the Allouez Animal Hospital because it was the closest to our house. Our kitty is an older kitty with chronic renal failure and Dr. Becky and the gals at this clinic have been so so amazing with our old girl! In my opinion, this clinic has gone above and beyond treating her. As a part of her treatment plan, she needs to have extra fluids given to her weekly (now bi-weekly) and these sweet gals help do this service for me every week, free of charge! They keep a close, loving eye on her and I just know they truly care about her. Thank you Allouez Animal Hospital for giving our family such caring treatment. Purrrrrr......from our Ruby. <3

These people are amazing! They are so understanding and compassionate. We had to have a growth removed from our dog's eye and we went to one vet that priced the operation and said it would cost over $1,000. We then took her to get a second opinion at GB Animal Hospital and they priced the surgery at $130!! Talk about a difference! We have been to several vets in the area with different animals and I can tell you with 100% certainty that we will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Green Bay Animal Hospital for serveral years now. Most of the time it is just the yearly visit for shots and well checkups. But in the last few years, it has been more frequent since my dog was getting older. Two weeks ago, we had to put our 13 year old Basset Hound to sleep. The staff, most of all Dr. Rechsteiner, was so wonderful. My whole family was in the room and we were all very emotional. Our Maude was part of our family. We were not rushed, we got to say our goodbye's and make the decisions we were most comfortable with and stayed in the room as long as we needed to. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care for them.

We had been taking our dog here for a few years, just for routine checkups and shots. Doctor barely says anything and seems nervous around dogs. Once my dog started aging and developing health problems the doctor misdiagnosed our dog's condition and gave him medication that could have killed him. He didn't offer to run any tests to even see if the medicine was ok for our dog. Told us our dog had a stroke, we later found out dogs don't get strokes. Plus the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful.Pros: Cheaper but you get what you pay forCons: Lack of interest, receptionist is rude, doctor seems clueless

We called for help and someone finally came up. We were asking for help with the cat in our arms and they were just staring at us. She was bleeding majorly to this point and they told us they didnt have a doctor on staff. After we asked if they could stop the bleeding until we could get to another hospital and they said that they could not. After this I told one of my friends about our experience and she said she had been to this place before and they didnt have a doctor on staff at that time either. Never again.

This is the best veterinarian office. The staff are all so friendly. Dr Neil is so caring, knowledgeable, and is so soft spoken as to not scare your pet in this unknown environment to them. He does a thorough exam and explains to you what is happening with your animal and recommends the best treatment he can. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend this animal clinic to anyone.

All of their health needs are taken care of by The Allouez Animal Hospital. Friendly, professional, heartfelt concern and outstanding care is what we have grown accustomed to over the years. From regular checkups and vaccinations to the occasional phone call for advice, Dr Becky, Dr Neil, and every one of their staff are always happy to accommodate us. As responsible pet parents, weve had to make the decision to send some of our precious pets over the Rainbow Bridge. In October 2015 my cat, Bonnie, died unexpectedly during the night. I was heartbroken that morning when I called the clinic . The receptionist took time to explain options for Bonnie and was very empathetic.. I had bought a large bag of food for Bonnie a couple of days earlier. She had a digestive sensitivity.The office took the unopened bag back in exchange for cremation fees. Dr Neil took the time to call me with the results of his post mortum exam. In January, I adopted two cats that were being cared for at the clinic from the Bay Area Animal Shelter. Again the staff showed me as well as my kitties kindness and special treatment. I know they care about our guys and always take time to explain things to me. One of my cats had renal failure and they gave him fluids every week so my spooky would feel better for no cost to me. They did this for almost 3 years before I lost him. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.

My emotional support dog broke her leg in a 90 degree angle after spending a ridiculous amount of money I couldn't afford we were turned away from the 24 hr clinic because we didn't have more money and of course it happened at night I was directed to Dr Becky first thing the next morning and she was amazing, reasonable pricing, easy to get in to see the staff was kind and caring a total opposite of our experience the night before she is good as new now thanks to Dr Becky and the staff I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

I can't express my thanks to Dr. Neil and Dr. Becky for helping take care of my felv positive kitties. They have always been very kind, and understanding with explaining different treatment options for my kiddos. And thanks to Dr. Neil for being so caring when I had to make the decision to help my sweet Cookie pass away. They are absolutely wonderful. Just wish they were not so pro bay area. BAHS has a stranglehold on the stray contract. Thankful every day my felv cats came in when the contract was NOT with them so they could live.

We moved to the area almost a year ago and started bringing our cat Ruby to the Allouez Animal Hospital because it was the closest to our house. Our kitty is an older kitty with chronic renal failure and Dr. Becky and the gals at this clinic have been so so amazing with our old girl! In my opinion, this clinic has gone above and beyond treating her. As a part of her treatment plan, she needs to have extra fluids given to her weekly (now bi-weekly) and these sweet gals help do this service for me every week, free of charge! They keep a close, loving eye on her and I just know they truly care about her. Thank you Allouez Animal Hospital for giving our family such caring treatment. Purrrrrr......from our Ruby. <3

These people are amazing! They are so understanding and compassionate. We had to have a growth removed from our dog's eye and we went to one vet that priced the operation and said it would cost over $1,000. We then took her to get a second opinion at GB Animal Hospital and they priced the surgery at $130!! Talk about a difference! We have been to several vets in the area with different animals and I can tell you with 100% certainty that we will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Green Bay Animal Hospital for serveral years now. Most of the time it is just the yearly visit for shots and well checkups. But in the last few years, it has been more frequent since my dog was getting older. Two weeks ago, we had to put our 13 year old Basset Hound to sleep. The staff, most of all Dr. Rechsteiner, was so wonderful. My whole family was in the room and we were all very emotional. Our Maude was part of our family. We were not rushed, we got to say our goodbye's and make the decisions we were most comfortable with and stayed in the room as long as we needed to. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care for them.

Once my dog started aging and developing health problems the doctor misdiagnosed our dog's condition and gave him medication that could have killed him. He didn't offer to run any tests to even see if the medicine was ok for our dog. Told us our dog had a stroke, we later found out dogs don't get strokes. Plus the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful.Pros: Cheaper but you get what you pay forCons: Lack of interest, receptionist is rude, doctor seems clueless
