I trust Dr. Michael to do what’s right for my two dogs. My 9 at the time yellow lab had a nodule on his knee. Didn’t feel like a normal fatty tumor. Well it was cancerous. Dr. Michael removed it. But he said it was in the worst spot! With all the ligaments and stuff going on there he was worried he might not have gotten clean lines? He suggested we take him to the UW Madison to have them reassess his work to be sure. He didn’t have to say that but he is always upfront and tells it how it is. He says he sleeps well at night and he plans on keeping it that way. Well we had no intention of allowing cancer a chance at Windsor and we took him to Madison. They said it looked good and they found no cancerous tissue! Dr. Michael had gotten it all. I appreciated him telling us he was worried. I honestly believe he loves Windsor and didn’t want to lose him either. When I see Dr. Michael, I feel like he’s more a brother in law etc. I can’t even tell you his last name!😂 His office is definitely not the nicest and I always imagine e what some new decor could do for the place! Lol But it’s clean and I don’t get a bunch of fluff diagnosis! My Labradoodle Marley is going on 17 this month. He has removed some loose teeth. But I’ll also share this. Marley had been leaking urine since she was lik 5 months old due to being spayed to soon. It was horrible and affected her quality of life even though she was on medication she had to take every day some of them twice!. She was 10 yrs old when we moved here. Dr. Michael prescribed her DES she takes once a week and it STOPPED! Poor Marley! Now she’s allowed on the couch! Dr. Michael is worth the wait!!

My experience has been excellent every time I have taken a dog in, I have no suggestions to improve; continue to stay focused on the pets, they are who we all love. The staff is the friendliest. I trust Dr. Mike above any other veterinarian I have ever known. Even Spike loves Dr. Mike, he has perked up just from seeing him. It matters that your clinic really cares about pets, I have been to ones that didn't prior.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mike is awesome with Willow and when we leave there he makes sure he has answered all my questions. They also always give a follow up call to see how Willow is doing. TLC has been my choice ever since they opened.

I would never take my pets anywhere but TLC Animal Hospital, they are truly the best! I refer everyone I know there. Dr. Michael has been wonderful and has helped my Jazzy in so many ways. The entire staff is attentive and follow up to make sure everything is progressing as it should. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Dr. Michael. You are the best there is!!

Our dogs have went to TLC Animal Hospital as long as we have had them. This weekend one of our dogs ran into a stick and was laying in the back of the car bleeding and choking to death. We rushed him to the vet, they turned him away because the vet didn't have time in his schedule. (The vet told us to drive 17 miles away to a vet that could see us) We will never go back and we are so lucky our dog made it through.

Last Friday our son's yellow lab that we were caring for was not the same. After the local vet office staff was not flexible, helpful or understanding (in a huge snowstorm) I called TLC. They had me bring Kenai in. Dr. Heather examined our dog and in 10 minutes had xrays and results with recommendations. We had a critical issue and were quickly sent to Appleton Animal Hospital for an emergency pericardiocentesis. I just want to say how much I appreciated the response from the office staff to get in a dog they had never seen and the competence of Dr. Heather to diagnose so fast. It would take a page to tell you about the excellent care recieved from Appleton staff and TLC working together. Sadly, we had Kenai with us only till 7 pm that evening and our hearts are empty. TLC staff was excellent-caring-competent - I won't go anywhere else EVER!

I trust Dr. Michael to do what’s right for my two dogs. My 9 at the time yellow lab had a nodule on his knee. Didn’t feel like a normal fatty tumor. Well it was cancerous. Dr. Michael removed it. Our dogs have went to TLC Animal Hospital as long as we have had them. This weekend one of our dogs ran into a stick and was laying in the back of the car bleeding and choking to death. We rushed him to the vet, they turned him away because the vet didn't have time in his schedule. (The vet told us to drive 17 miles away to a vet that could see us) We will never go back and we are so lucky our dog made it through.

Last Friday our son's yellow lab that we were caring for was not the same. After the local vet office staff was not flexible, helpful or understanding (in a huge snowstorm) I called TLC. They had me bring Kenai in. Dr. Heather examined our dog and in 10 minutes had xrays and results with recommendations.
